The study of interaction between boiler factories and autherized factories

Abstract The special internet organization of small and medium enterprise administrations in Taiwan is famous in this world. Interaction in each other is the main factor to conduct such a relationship. From observing the boss of small enterprise administrations, we saw that when small and medium enterprise administrations in Taiwan face inconstant environment, they set up internet organization for survival. The agility and flexibility they showed have competition advantage against big business. At present, various work fields get their necessary materials by authorizing others and it became the main flow for development. In such tendency, for these enterprise administrations, how to built good interaction with authorized factories and create better competition advantage are problems they think about. Most inland boiler business existed as small enterprise administrations. The development of their relationship from how knowing each other till broken relationship, all cooperative conditions included in such relationship are the topic in this study. This study chose 5 bosses working in boiler for more than 15 years as our interviewers. The topic was interaction between boiler business and authorized factories. We processed deep interview to these interviewers by structural outline. We discussed the results by dividing the content of interview into four steps. The symptoms and problems at every step were analyzed since they are knowing each other, cooperation, maintaining relationship till breaking relationship. 1. Knowing each other: when they didn't know each other, they would give the first trust to subjects by vectors, such as friendship, consanguinity, etc. 2.Cooperation: according the interview results, the cooperative styles are divided into three parts, (1) market style, (2) team style, (3) project united style. 3. Maintaining and development: maintaining relationship was across social activities. Utilizing general activities could get rest time and improve relationship. 4.Breaking: trust was the first for cooperation. When doubting or finding subjects not following rules or invading private benefit, trust danger appeared because of broken benefit cooperation. It was the main factor causing such broken relationship.

The Voice of the Authorized Heritage Discourse : A critical analysis of signs at ancient monuments in SKåne, southern Sweden

The study presents an investigation of a regionalauthorized heritage discourse, represented by theCounty Administrative Board on signs set up at ancientmonuments and sites in the province of Skånein southern Sweden. The starting point is a criticalanalysis of layout, texts and illustrations to ascertainthe narratives conveyed by the signs. The results showthat slightly less than half of the studied signs workwell according to the criteria set up for the study. Theresult also demonstrates that more than half of thestudied signs do not work well according to these criteria.Those that work well give detailed informationabout the ancient monument or site. The signs that donot work well give inadequate information and riskexcluding a majority of the people who read them.The latter signs confirm what so many other discourseanalyses have shown, that the authorized heritage discourseto a large extent still privileges the perspectivesof a white, middle-class male. The former signs, thatis, those that are judged to work well in terms of thecriteria applied in this study, show that the authorizedheritage discourse does not only offer something thatprivileges the perspectives of that white, middle classmale, but also has the ability to offer narratives withother perspectives.

The Study of the Development of China¡¦s Toy Manufacturing Industry

This thesis primarily concentrates on studying the development of China¡¦s toy manufacturing industry. This study tries to figure out how does the China¡¦s toy manufacturing industry evolve from the lower to the higher position in the supply chain of the toy industry. The term ¡§Made in China¡¨ is a problematic concept here. In this thesis, the ¡§China¡¦s toy¡¨ which designed by foreign corporation and made in China calls ¡§authorized toy¡¨; the China¡¦s toy which designed by China and made in China calls ¡§Chinese toy.¡¨ Considering the differences (the style of design, the level of technology, and the object market, etc.) between the ¡§authorized toy¡¨ and the ¡§Chinese toy,¡¨ the Chinese toy just satisfies China¡¦s market. So the facts of the term ¡§Made in China¡¨ just means that China has a big toy manufacturing industry now, but it not a great toy country yet. This finding might help the readers to understand the main problems in China¡¦s toy manufacturing industry and China¡¦s status in the world toy industry.

Industrisamhällets lämningar: Ett accepterat kulturarv? : En studie om olika aktörers syn på industrimiljöer vid stadsomvandlingsprojekt

Denna uppsats syftar till att närmare undersöka hur industrihistoriska miljöer prioriteras och tas tillvara vid stadsomvandlingsprojekt, samt vilka utmaningar det kan medföra i praktiken. Studien grundar sig i en fallstudie av kvarteret Ångkvarn i Uppsala, vilket är ett tidigare industriområde som ska omvandlas till en stadsdel av blandstadskaraktär. Uppsatsens syfte och frågeställningar besvaras genom intervjuer med inblandade aktörer i projektet och analys av kommunala plandokument. Resultatet visar att det industriella arvet i kvarteret Ångkvarn anses viktigt enligt samtliga aktörer, dels för stadsdelen Kungsängens historiska karaktär, men även för Uppsala som stad där det tidigare industriområdet lyfts som en betydelsefull del av stadens historia. Av studien framgår att totalt fyra av områdets byggnader beslutats att bevaras, vilka är tegelbyggnaderna belägna närmast ån i form av tegelsilon med tillhörande skeppselevator, industrikvarnen och jästfabriken. Dessa beslut grundar sig i byggnadernas kulturhistoriska värden, men även estetiska och monumentala aspekter har visat sig vara betydande faktorer för de bevarandebeslut som tagits. Utmaningar som kan uppkomma med att bevara ett områdes kulturella arv samtidigt som det ska utvecklas för nya ändamål handlar enligt aktörerna till största del om tekniska utmaningar, men även ekonomiska utmaningar har identifierats i studien.

Examination of the advantageousness of the AEO certification to NORMA Sweden AB

NORMA Sweden AB is part of NORMA Group, a global market and technology leader in engineered joining technology. The Swedish business unit, NORMA Sweden, trades with various internal and external customers in different customs territories. In order to facilitate this, the management is considering to attain the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) certification that allows for customs facilitations. The AEO program consists of the AEO-C and AEO-S certification. Those two certifications can be achieved independently, they have different barriers and create different benefits. The extent to that these general benefits and barriers create benefits and barriers in a specific company varies a lot depending on the individual supply chain settings of the organisation. The purpose of this thesis is to assess the advantage of the AEO-C and the AEO-S certification to NORMA Sweden. In order to achieve a comprehensive result, the benefits and barriers of the AEO certifications to NORMA Sweden are analysed in the context of the company’s strategy and the drivers for the AEO application. A Framework is developed to conduct the examination. It allows to appraise the benefits and barriers of the certification that are combined into different impact areas. This is accomplished by a quantitative analysis that is based on a simplified scale of 0-3. The results are verified by a subsequent qualitative analysis. The Analysis has been conducted under consideration of literature, customs guidelines and empirical information that has been gathered by expert interviews as well as by observations. The results of the quantitative analysis indicate that both certifications are currently not beneficial to NORMA Sweden. Further, it is obvious that the gap between barriers and benefits is smaller for the AEO-C certification as it is for the AEO-S certification. The qualitative analysis reveals that NORMA Sweden should aim for an AEO certification anyway due to the strategy of the parent company and expected future developments. Following the findings of the quantitative and qualitative analysis the company is advised to aim for the AEO-C certification first.

Principais lacunas na disseminação das competências organizacionais junto a agentes autorizados de Telecom : o caso de uma operadora no RS

O setor de telefonia vem passando por transformações em seus canais de vendas nos últimos anos, o que tem afetado a forma como as competências organizacionais e funcionais são transmitidas para toda a rede de canais de distribuição das operadoras. A presente pesquisa visa a identificar e descrever quais são as principais lacunas existentes no desdobramento das competências organizacionais e funcionais de agentes autorizados que apresentam contrato de representantes comerciais junto a uma operadora de telefonia móvel do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Para tanto, a pesquisa envolveu a percepção tanto de proprietários quanto de funcionários da operadora, a fim de comparar tais visões e, assim, identificar pontos de convergência e divergência que pudessem se caracterizar em lacunas no desdobramento das competências. Foram entrevistadas 11 pessoas, sendo seis proprietários de agentes autorizados e cinco funcionários da operadora. A partir das entrevistas, foram identificadas 13 variáveis significativas quanto ao desdobramento das competências, que foram posteriormente reagrupadas em seis categorias de análise, realizando-se a identificação e descrição das percepções de cada um dos grupos de forma individualizada (em um primeiro momento), para posteriormente se proceder à comparação de tais visões. A partir desta comparação frente às seis categorias é que foi possível identificar as 22 lacunas que delas emergiram e que formam os principais fatores a serem desenvolvidos pela operadora para que haja o desdobramento das competências. / Over the last few years, the telephony industry has been experiencing transformations in its sales channels. Such adjustments have caused an impact on the way functional and organizational competences are transferred to the operator’s distribution channel networks. The present research intends to identify and delineate the main gaps that arise in the unfolding of functional and organizational competences with the authorized dealers who hold a business representative contract with a mobile telephony operator company in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. In order to identify the converging and diverging aspects that could constitute gaps in the unfolding of competences, this research confronted both the perceptions of the authorized dealer’s and the operator company employee’s. A total of 11 people were interviewed, 6 of whom were authorized dealers and 5 were employees of the operator company. From this interview’s, 13 important variables were initially identified and later regrouped into 6 categories for analysis. Individualized identification and description of the perceptions of each group was performed at first and comparison of the different points of view followed. From such comparison, it was possible to identify 22 points of divergence which comprise the main parameters to be improved by the operator so that the unfolding of competences can happen in a satisfactory manner.

This article is based on the restriction of the teacher¡¦s rights of work in university, focusing on discussion of faculty¡¦s qualification assessment and promotion system in Taiwan. First, about the teacher¡¦s rights of work, it will emphasize on human nature dignity, academic freedom and legal system safeguard. Second, regarding the restriction of the teacher¡¦s rights of work, government uses teacher's legal qualification and the certificate to limit it. This article will claim law authorization, public interest, and proportion principle. Finally, The third part is mainly the comments on the review, jurisdiction, institution, content, procedure and the relief of faculty¡¦s qualification assessment and promotion system. It will suggest legal retention principle, legal system uniformization, professional assessment principle, due process of law, relief system effectiveness and authorized discretion. Therefore, the reform of faculty¡¦s qualification assessment and promotion system is completely return university autonomy, taking the teacher qualifications by the special work's disciplinary power examination the standard. Government only makes the principled low density standard and afterward the legal surveillance.
