However, disorders involving sexual behavior are often related to cases of sexual abuse. The variable sexual behavior is therefore taken into account in most psychological assessments aimed at diagnosing situations and abusive sexual experiences. For the inclusion of the assessment of these behaviors in an objective and reliable sexual victimization diagnostic procedure, the use of adequate evaluation tools for the child's cultural context is required. This study inquires about the sexual behavior of children between six and twelve years and compares the differences in the frequency and intensity of these behaviors from children of three different groups: victims of sexual abuse, victims of abuse and with clinical symptoms. The empirical section investigates the differences in the occurrence of sexual behavior between groups and the influence of social-demographic variables. In order to accomplish this, the translation and adaptation of the Child Sexual Behavior Inventory (CSBI) (Friedrich, 1997) was held, which served as a tool to survey the type, intensity and frequency of sexual behaviors in the studied sample. No significant differences were found between the groups in the total score of CSBI. However, the instrument's domain responsible for investigating sexual knowledge inappropriate for the child's age was different between groups, with the group who experienced sexual abuse presenting significantly more behaviors related to that domain. Besides the empirical section, a theoretical study, focused upon academic works that have addressed the issue of sexual behaviors in childhood and its relation to the experience of sexual abuse, was developed. The studies that made up the review were published between the years 2003 and 2013. Eight studies, from five different countries, were selected. Most instruments used in these studies were the CSBI and the CBCL. There were no studies in the national context that addressed the issue of sexual behaviors. Noteworthy is also the small number of works addressing the selected theme. / A manifesta??o de comportamentos sexuais na inf?ncia ? esperada e est? presente no desenvolvimento infantil t?pico. Todavia, dist?rbios envolvendo condutas sexuais s?o, ami?de, relacionados ? hip?tese de abusos sexuais. A vari?vel comportamento sexual ?, portanto, levada em considera??o em grande parte das avalia??es psicol?gicas que visam a diagnosticar situa??es e viv?ncias sexualmente abusivas. Para que a avalia??o das condutas sexuais possa ser inclu?da de maneira objetiva e confi?vel nos processos de diagn?stico da vitimiza??o sexual, ? necess?rio que haja ferramentas adequadas para o contexto cultural em que a crian?a est? inserida. O objetivo deste estudo foi investigar os comportamentos sexuais de crian?as entre seis e doze anos, bem como verificar se h? diferen?as na frequ?ncia e intensidade dos comportamentos sexuais de crian?as de tr?s grupos distintos: crian?as v?timas de abusos sexuais, crian?as v?timas de maus-tratos e crian?as com sintomas cl?nicos. Na sess?o emp?rica da disserta??o, foram investigadas poss?veis diferen?as entre grupos na manifesta??o dos comportamentos sexuais, bem como a influ?ncia de vari?veis sociodemogr?ficas na manifesta??o dessas condutas. Para que este objetivo fosse alcan?ado, foi realizada a tradu??o e adapta??o do instrumento Child Sexual Behavior Inventory (CSBI), o qual serviu como ferramenta para o levantamento do tipo, intensidade e frequ?ncia das condutas sexuais na amostra pesquisada. N?o foram encontradas diferen?as significativas entre os grupos no escore total do CSBI. Entretanto, o dom?nio do instrumento que investiga conhecimentos sexuais inapropriados para a idade apresentou diferen?a entre grupos, tendo as crian?as do grupo que vivenciou abuso sexual apresentado significativamente mais comportamentos relacionados a esse dom?nio. A disserta??o integrou ainda um estudo te?rico, o qual identificou e caracterizou estudos que abordaram o tema dos comportamentos sexuais na inf?ncia e sua rela??o com a viv?ncia de abusos sexuais. Os estudos que integraram a revis?o foram publicados entre os anos de 2003 e 2013. Foram selecionados oito estudos com esta tem?tica, produzidos em cinco diferentes pa?ses: Estados Unidos, Canad?, Inglaterra, Austr?lia e Nova Zel?ndia. Os instrumentos mais empregados nestes estudos foram o CSBI e o CBCL. N?o foram encontradas pesquisas no contexto nacional que contemplassem a tem?tica dos comportamentos sexuais. Os estudos apontaram a viv?ncia de abuso sexual, viol?ncia dom?stica, idade e g?nero como fatores relacionados ao aparecimento de problemas de comportamento sexual. Destaca-se, ainda, o pequeno n?mero de investiga??es com o tema selecionado.

However, it is among the most used and studied by Psychologists and Psychology Students. In order to contribute to research on this instrument and its usefulness in the psychological evaluation of children, two studies were conducted. The first one, with the objective of searching for Validity and Reliability Evidence of the Clinical Scale of the Draw-a-Person Test (CS DAP), evaluated 423 children from 6 to 12 years old and compared the DAP data with the performance in the CBCL / 6-18. The results shows that CS DAP wasn?t sensitive to identify total problems of behavior, internalizing problems and to differentiate psychotherapy group from the without psychotherapy group. The second study has as its objective identify the DPT indicators according to the specific symptomatology presented by the child. 273 draws from children aged 6 to 12 years were analyzed and the results were compared in CS DPT with the symptoms identified in the behavior assessment questionnaires (CBCL / 6-18 and SDQ). The results support that CS DAP showed adequate ability to differentiate hyperactivity problems in girls aged 6 to 8 years, behavioral problems, social problems and hyperactivity in boys aged 6 to 8 years. In spite of that, the group of 9 to 12 years wasn?t sensitive to discriminate any symptomatology in neither of the genres. Beyond this, it wasn?t possible to find a pattern related to items punctuated according to children's symptoms. / O Desenho da Figura Humana (DFH) ? uma t?cnica de avalia??o muito questionada quanto a sua validade pela falta de estudos emp?ricos, no entanto, encontra-se entre as mais utilizadas e estudadas por Psic?logos e Estudantes de Psicologia. Buscando contribuir com as pesquisas sobre esse instrumento e a sua utilidade perante a avalia??o psicol?gica de crian?as, foram realizados dois estudos. O primeiro com o objetivo de buscar Evid?ncias de Validade e Fidedignidade da Escala Cl?nica do Desenho da Figura Humana (EC DFH), avaliou 423 crian?as de 6 a 12 anos e comparou os dados do DFH com o desempenho no CBCL/6-18. Os resultados indicam que a EC DFH n?o foi sens?vel para identificar problemas totais do comportamento, problemas internalizantes e diferenciar o grupo de psicoterapia e sem psicoterapia. O segundo estudo, teve como objetivo identificar os indicadores do DFH de acordo com a sintomatologia espec?fica apresentada pela crian?a. Foram analisados desenhos de 273 crian?as de 6 a 12 anos e comparados os resultados na EC DFH com os sintomas identificados nos question?rios de avalia??o do comportamento (CBCL/6-18 e o SDQ). Os resultados apontaram que a EC DFH demonstrou adequada capacidade de diferenciar problemas de hiperatividade nas meninas de 6 a 8 anos, problemas de comportamento, problemas sociais e de hiperatividade nos meninos de 6 a 8 anos. No entanto, no grupo de 9 a 12 anos tanto nas meninas como nos meninos n?o foi sens?vel para discriminar nenhuma sintomatologia. Al?m disso, n?o foi poss?vel encontrar um padr?o em rela??o aos itens pontuados de acordo com os sintomas das crian?as.

Indicadores de criatividade no desenho da figura humana / Indicators of creativity in human figure drawing

This study aimed to contribute to the understanding of the creativity indicators present in the human figure drawing. More specifically, the indicators that are typically perceived as being from emotional origin. Thus, three studies were conducted. The first one involved the construction of an analysis protocol of creative skills possibly present in human figure drawing. The analysis protocol was called Creative Screening Guide, and underwent to the second study, also called precision study. In which the instrument was considered appropriate by the accuracy level of 75% or more. Finally, the third study, which refers to the study of validity evidence was attended by 208 children (M = 93 F = 115) of private schools (n = 60) and public schools (n = 148) from the Campinas metropolitan area in the state of S?o Paulo-Brazil. The children were aged between 9 years to 11 years and 11 months old. The instruments used were the Test of Figural Creativity for Kids and Creative Screening Guide, built in study 1. The total of both instruments were compared using Pearson's correlation and factor analysis. The results suggested that the creative indicators present at the human figure drawing, such as Elaboration, Expression of Emotion and Motion are related to creative characteristics evaluated by means of Test of Figural Creativity for kids. Influences of variables like school type and sex were observed for the items movement, unusual perspective and use of context. Other studies should be conducted to better understand the relationship of the items Fantasy, Unusual Perspective, Internal Perspective and Use of Context with the concept of creativity, as well as with other psychological constructs. Therefore, it is possible to conclude that the human figure drawing as an instrument of psychological evaluation is sensitive to the expression of creative potential. / O desenho ? uma rica fonte de possibilidades de express?o, que favorece a compreens?o do desenvolvimento cognitivo infantil, aspectos emocionais e express?o de habilidades criativas. Este estudo teve como principal objetivo contribuir para a compreens?o dos indicadores de criatividade presentes no desenho da figura humana. Os quais s?o tradicionalmente percebidos como sendo de origem emocional. Assim sendo, foram conduzidos tr?s estudos. O primeiro envolveu a constru??o de um protocolo de an?lise das caracter?sticas criativas possivelmente presentes no desenho da figura humana. O protocolo de an?lise foi chamado de Guia de Triagem Criativa, e foi submetido ao segundo estudo, tamb?m chamado de estudo de precis?o. Neste estudo, o instrumento foi considerado apropriado por meio do ?ndice de precis?o de 75% ou mais. Finalmente, foi realizado o estudo 3, que referiu-se ao estudo de evid?ncias de validade do qual participaram 208 crian?as (F=115; M=93) de escolas particulares (n=60) e p?blicas (n=148) da regi?o metropolitana de Campinas - SP, com idades entre 9 anos e 11 anos e 11 meses. Foram observadas influ?ncias das vari?veis tipo de escola e sexo para os itens movimento, perspectiva incomum e uso de contextos. Teste brasileiro de criatividade infantil: normatiza??o de instrumento no ensino fundamental / Brazilian test of infantile creativity: instrument standardization on elementary school

This study aimed to gather data to standardize the Brazilian Test of Figural Creativity. 1,426 students (672F/754M), from 1st to 8th grade of Elementary School, from public and private schools of southeast (n=476, 232F/244M), northeast (n=496, 219F/277M) and center-west regions (n=454, 220F/234M) are comprised on this study. The instrument is composed by three activities that must be answered with drawings from the proposed stimuli, and it was collectively applied in classrooms. It allows to evaluate 13 emotional and cognitive indicators of creativity: Fluency, Flexibility, Elaboration, Originality, Emotion Expression, Fantasy, Movement, Uncommon Perspective, Internal Perspective, Context Use, Combinations, Limits Stretching and Expressive Titles, besides Figural Creative Index I (sum of the four first characteristics considered as cognitive ones) and Figural Creative Index II (sum of all characteristics, cognitive and emotional ones). When comparing the results through a Variance Analysis we found significant effects of the series variables (F=6.93, p?0.000) in all creative characteristics except Combinations, region (F=7.09, p?0.000) in nine of fifteen characteristics and sex (F= 7.08, p?0.000) in five characteristics. Such data confirmed the need of presenting standards of specific interpretation, allowing the obtained results to be properly interpreted through representative standards by sex, grade and domicile region. / A criatividade tem sido uma caracter?stica muito valorizada e encontrar formas de medi-la tem sido desafio para muitos pesquisadores. Este estudo visou a coleta de dados para normatiza??o do Teste Brasileiro de Criatividade Figural. Participaram 1426 estudantes (672F/754M), de 1? a 8? s?rie do Ensino Fundamental, provenientes de escolas p?blicas e particulares das regi?es Sudeste (n=476, 232F/244M), Nordeste (n=496, 219F/277M) e Centro-Oeste (n=454, 220F/234M). An attempt is made to contribute to the toolset available for investigation in the field through the adaptation of a selfawareness self-report scale. Article 1 consists of a thematic study of the self-awareness literature, from classical and analytical philosophers and early authors in psychology, to the historic disinterest in the field following the ascension of behaviorism, and the renewed interest in experimental manipulation and measurement of self-awareness in the 1970s and on, to the reappearance of multi-level models of self-awareness in the last 15 years. Article 2 consists of the translation and adaptation of the Situational Self Awareness-Scale for Brazilian adults, examining evidences of validity through exploratory factor analysis, concurrent validity comparisons with self-consciousness scales and test-retest reliability. Further exploratory and pilot studies are reported in the form of notes from the field. / Nessa disserta??o uma revis?o dos instrumentos e teorias de autoconsci?ncia s?o utilizados para refletir sobre o papel de diversas formas de acesso ao fen?meno e como diferentes n?veis de evid?ncia podem auxiliar numa compreens?o articulada da autoconsci?ncia. Uma tentativa foi feita de contribuir para as ferramentas dispon?veis para a investiga??o nesse campo atrav?s da adapta??o de uma escala de autorrelato de autoconsci?ncia situacional. Participaram do estudo indiv?duos com ICC, dos sexos masculino e feminino, com faixa et?ria entre 18 e 85 anos, atendidos em hospital de refer?ncia da cidade de Natal-RN. Um total de 120 pacientes responderam, al?m do MBMD, outro question?rio estruturado com itens referentes a aspectos sociodemogr?ficos e cl?nicos. Os resultados indicaram que o par?metro de fidedignidade do MBMD mostrou-se satisfat?rio, demonstrando a const?ncia dos resultados para avalia??es realizadas com o instrumento em quest?o. Em se tratando da popula??o pesquisada, p?de-se verificar que a doen?a foi mais prevalente no sexo masculino, mas as mulheres apresentaram as maiores m?dias nos indicadores referentes a h?bitos negativos de sa?de e humor deprimido. Os mais jovens e aqueles que n?o tinham companheiro apresentaram as maiores m?dias em grupos de itens que tratavam de sentimentos de tristeza e des?nimo. Interventions that claim to optimize patient adherence to their medical regimen, and improve self-care behavior, have proven effective in preventing unplanned admissions and improves the outcome for patients, however, studies have shown the problem of non-adherence, and some psychological instruments have been used to show that traces indicate difficulties with treatment adherence. Having shown this, the aim of this work is to evaluate the evidence of validity of the Millon Behavioral Medicine Diagnostic (MBMD) in a population of patients with CHF. The study included individuals with CHF, males and females, between the age of 18 and 85 years, treated in a reference hospital in the city of NatalRN. A total of 120 patients answered, in addition to the MBMD, another questionnaire structured with sociodemographic aspects and clinical itens. The results indicated that the parameter of the MBMD reliability was satisfactory the most of extracted factors, and some scale. In terms of the population studied, we could verify that the disease was more prevalent in men, but women had the highest average in indicators related to negative health habits and depressed mood. Younger pacients and those who had no partner had the highest averages in groups of items that dealt with feelings of sadness and discouragement. Hasn?t been observed differences related to negative health habits and problematic adherence among patients in different functional classes. More studies in this research line, with a larger population and from other regions of the country, are needed in order to expand the data presented here

Como objetivos espec?ficos: I) caracterizar o estado da arte sobre avalia??o relacionada ao abuso e depend?ncia de ?lcool; II) investigar e sistematizar aspectos referentes aos fatores psicossociais preditivos para a depend?ncia de ?lcool; III) construir um instrumento para avalia??o de abuso de ?lcool e fatores de prote??o e risco para desenvolvimento de depend?ncia alco?lica; e IV) verificar evid?ncias de validade do instrumento constru?do para a popula??o brasileira. No Estudo I, observou-se que a preval?ncia de artigos referentes ao uso de ?lcool de forma problem?tica, sem classifica??o de depend?ncia, ? menor que a de artigos que investigam a doen?a j? manifestada, al?m de escassos estudos sistem?ticos sobre o tema de abuso de ?lcool no meio cient?fico. No Estudo II, foram realizados grupos focais (GFs), as an?lises acerca dos discursos dos GFs foram feitas atrav?s do Software ALCESTE e p?de-se observar um padr?o de respostas existente entre os participantes em diferentes grupos, com a gera??o de cinco classes. No Estudo III, foi desenvolvido um instrumento contemplando aspectos da S?ndrome de Depend?ncia de ?lcool do Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory-III, al?m das caracter?sticas definidas no Estudo I e no Estudo II. A vers?o final do instrumento contou com 59 itens avaliados atrav?s de escala likert de cinco pontos. No estudo IV, a administra??o do mesmo foi realizada no formato on line em estudantes universit?rios entre 18 e 24 anos, residentes em cidades metropolitanas brasileiras. Uma vez que os indicadores de abuso e o perfil dos abusadores tenha sido identificado, o paciente pode a ter seu tratamento/interven??o voltado para o transtorno e/ou s?ndrome espec?fica, tendo assim uma melhora r?pida e aparente. / The abusive use of alcohol is closely related to dependence and to social and work damages. The main focus of this thesis is to create an instrument about alcohol abuse, in order to differentiate the degree of commitment of the symptomatology, considering its psychosocial factors of prediction. As specific goals: I) characterize the state of the art about assessment related to the abuse and dependence to alcohol; II) investigate and systematize aspects related to the predictive psychosocial factors for alcohol dependence; III) build an instrument for the assessment of alcohol abuse and protection and risk factors for the development of an alcohol dependence; and IV) verify validity evidence of the instrument built for the Brazilian population. In Study I, it was possible to observe the prevalence of articles related to the use of alcohol in a problematic way, without a classification dependence, it is lower than the one of articles that investigate the disease when it is already manifested, not to mention a few systematic studies about the theme of alcohol abuse in the scientific environment. In Study II, focus groups (FGs) were conducted, the analysis about the discourses of the focus groups were made through the ALCESTE software and it was possible to observe a response pattern that existed among the participants in different groups, with the generation of five classes. In Study III, we developed an instrument that contemplated aspects of the Alcohol Dependence Syndrome of the Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory-III, in addition to the characteristics defined in Study I and in Study II. The final version of the instrument had 59 items assessed through the likert scale of five points. In Study IV, the administration of the instrument was performed in an online format with university students ranging from 18 to 24 years old, residents in Brazilian metropolitan cities. The results evidenced that the internal consistency of the instrument is considered satisfactory (? = 0,882) and in what it refers to classes, the most significant data was the one related to financial loss and criteria for the diagnosis of alcohol abuse. It is important to consider the evaluative potential of risk and protective factors for the development of alcohol dependence of the instrument as a whole. Once the indicators of abuse and the profile of the abusers has been modified, the patient may have his/her treatment/intervention focused on the trouble and/or specific syndrome, thus having a clear and fast improvement.

Tal situa??o ? agravada se for considerado o contexto da inf?ncia e da adolesc?ncia. Considerando a relev?ncia da MCPV para os processos t?picos e at?picos, de desenvolvimento e aprendizagem, de crian?as e adolescentes, bem como a escassez de instrumentos normatizados para a popula??o brasileira, o presente teve como objetivo a constru??o de dados normativos do Teste Pict?rico de Mem?ria Visual (TEPIC-M), para crian?as e adolescentes de seis a 16 anos da cidade de Natal/RN. Adicionalmente, investigou a interfer?ncia das vari?veis idade, sexo e tipo de escola sobre o desempenho no teste. O TEPIC-M investiga a capacidade de o indiv?duo recuperar uma informa??o num curto per?odo de tempo. Participaram da pesquisa 542 estudantes, sendo 301 do sexo feminino e 241 do sexo masculino. Deste total, 256 pertenciam ? rede de p?blica de ensino e 286 ? rede privada. Os dados obtidos foram submetidos a an?lises estat?sticas descritivas e inferenciais previamente inspiradas na proposi??o dos autores do instrumento. Para verificar o n?vel de signific?ncia das diferen?as entre os desempenhos obtidos em fun??o das vari?veis sexo e tipo de escola, foi realizado o teste estat?stico inferencial U de Mann-Whitney, cujo resultado indica que n?o houve diferen?a significativa entre os dois grupos em fun??o da vari?vel sexo (p=0,808), todavia quando analisada a vari?vel tipo de escola encontra-se diferen?a significativa entre os desempenhos, em benef?cio da escola particular (p<0,001). Posteriormente foi realizado o teste de correla??o de Spearman que verificou a interfer?ncia da vari?vel idade sobre o desempenho no teste da amostra total (p<0,001). Posteriormente, foi realizada an?lise de vari?ncia multi-variada (n-Anova) e an?lise post-hoc (Teste LSD), comparando os desempenhos de cada grupo et?rio em fun??o dos demais. Com base nas signific?ncias encontradas na an?lise post-hoc, prop?e-se nesse estudo o agrupamento das crian?as e adolescentes em quatro grupos et?rios: 6 e 7; 8 e 9; 10 e 11; 12 a 16, bem como a divis?o destas por tipo de escola. Os dados apresentados no presente estudo atestam a validade desenvolvimental do Teste Pict?rico de Mem?ria Visual (TEPIC-M), apresentando dados normativos para a faixa et?ria dos 6 aos 16 anos, ampliando assim o potencial de alcance do teste na sua proposi??o original. Desta forma, disponibiliza para os profissionais brasileiros, que trabalham com avalia??o psicol?gica, um instrumento com evid?ncias de validade e que se prop?e a investigar o sistema de mem?ria de curto prazo visual, para o qual se identifica escassez de instrumentos dispon?veis. / Memory, as a cognitive process, allows the acquisition, the maintenance as well as the recall of information already stored of information may originate from an external or internal event. It?s possible to identify the different classifications for memory, considering aspects related to the duration of the information, the content of the stored material and the function. Within the mnemonic system we have the short-term memory, which displays temporary storage of a reduced number of information for a short period of time, playing a crucial role in everyday activities such as object recognition, mental imagery, spatial orientation, including the learning process and visual spatial reasoning. However, despite of their importance in the domains of education process and work activities, research instruments are still scarce, especially those that allow the separate investigation of short-term visual memory and working memory. This situation is aggravated if one considers the context of childhood and adolescence. Considering the relevance of MCPV to the typical and atypical processes of development and learning of children and adolescents, as well as a shortage of normative instruments for the Brazilian population, the present study had as objective the construction of normative data of the Pictorial Test of Visual Memory (TEPIC-M), for children and adolescents from six to 16 years of age in the city of Natal / RN. Farther, Investigated the interference of variables age, sex, and school type on test performance. TEPIC-M investigates the individual's ability to retrieve information in a short period of time. A total of 542 students from the city of Natal participated in the study, 301 of whom were female and 241 were male. Of this total, 256 belong to public school and 286 to private school. The data obtained in the experiment were submitted to descriptive and inferential statistical analyzes inspired by the authors' instrument. In order to verify the magnitude of discrepancy between the performances obtained according to gender and school type variables, a statistic inferential test - the U de Mann-Whitney - was performed indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups (p = 0.808). However, the analyses of the type of school showed a significant difference towards the benefit of the private school system (p <0.001). Subsequently, a Spearman correlation test was performed to verify the existence of a correlation between age variables (p <00.01). Also regarding age variables, a multi-varied analysis (n-Anova) and a post-hoc analysis (LSD Test) were performed, seeking to verify if there was a significant difference between the performances, according to age groups, to the whole sample. Based on the significance found in the post-hoc analysis, this study suggests the grouping of children and adolescents into age groups, proposing the categorization into four age groups: 6 and 7; 8 and 9; 10 and 11; 12 to 16, as well as the division of these by type of school, since the inferential analysis of this variable has a significant result (p <0.001). The data presented in this study attest to the developmental validity of the Pictorial Memory Test (TEPIC-M), exhibiting normative data for the age group of 6 to 16, hence extending the potential scope of the test since its original proposition. As a result, it makes available to Brazilian professionals currently working with psychological evaluation, an instrument with evidence of efficacy and that proposes to investigate the visual short-term memory system, for which a shortage of instruments are currently available.

In this way, the objective of this work was to construct the Computerized Scale of Evaluation of Creative Characteristics, for evaluation of youngsters and adults, aged between 18 and 50 years. Four studies were conducted for the initial investigation of their psychometric qualities. In study 1, searching for evidences of content validity, five judges participated in Master and Doctoral studies. The concordance index and Kappa coefficient were adequate for all items after four rounds of analysis. In study 2, a pilot study was conducted, aiming at the adequacy of the instrument to the target population. The sample consisted of 50 participants, aged 18 to 50 years (M = 32,70; SD = 10,24), graduate students - lato sensu, from a college located in the interior of the state of S?o Paulo Paulo, selected for convenience. After the application and reading of the annotations suggested by the participants, as well as the records of the researcher's observations, the results showed that the scale needed some adjustments, such as letter size, explanations about the Likert scale, word re-adaptation, which were done. Study 3 looked for evidence of validity based on internal structure analysis. There were 321 students (M=28, 82; SD=8, 75). From the Exploratory Factor Analysis it was possible to verify that the items were grouped into eight factors: Fluency / Flexibility - Positive; Unusual Perspective; Fluency / Flexibility - Negative; Expression of Emotion; Elaboration; Originality; Analogies and Metaphors; Fantasia, which separated the items according to the creative characteristics they represented. Study 4 aimed to investigate the relations of the indices obtained in the scale with external variables. For this the Torrance Creative Thinking with Words Test was taken as a convergent criterion. There were 105 students (M= 23,71; SD=7,84). The results show a very small number of significant correlations between the creativity measures of the two instruments, which involved Factor 1 (Fluency and Positive Flexibility) with the Creative Verbal I Index (r = 0,284, p ? 0,003); Verbal Creative Index II (r = 0,301, p ? 0,002); Fluency (r = 0,194, p ? 0,048), Flexibility (r = 0,234, p ? 0,016) and Elaboration (r = 0,196, p ? 0,045). It is concluded that the results pointed to favorable evidence of the validity of the instruments in development process, as well as the possibility that their future availability could bring contributions and advances in the area of psychological assessment, especially in the computerization of psychological instruments, as well as to enrich the researches in the area of the evaluation of the creativity. / La Evaluaci?n Psicol?gica tiene cada vez m?s buscado desarrollar instrumentos psicol?gicos que puedan contribuir al avance del ?rea, siendo que una posibilidad implica el uso de recursos de la inform?tica en el proceso de construcci?n de pruebas. De esta manera, el objetivo de este trabajo fue construir la Escala Informatizada de Evaluaci?n de las Caracter?sticas Creativas, para evaluaci?n de j?venes y adultos, con edades entre 18 a 50 a?os. Cuatro estudios se realizaron para la investigaci?n inicial de sus cualidades psicom?tricas. En el estudio 1, de b?squeda por evidencias de validez de contenido, participaron cinco jueces estudiantes de Maestr?a y Doctorado. Los ?ndices de concordancia y coeficiente Kappa se mostraron adecuados para todos los ?tems, despu?s de cuatro rondas de an?lisis. El estudio 4, tuvo como objetivo investigar las relaciones de los ?ndices obtenidos en la escala con variables externas. Para ello la Prueba Pensando Creativa con Palabras de Torrance fue tomada como criterio convergente. Participaron 105 estudiantes (M=23,71; DP=7,84). Studies show that the development of high levels of PTG after a specific situation is positively related to the use of adaptive coping strategies, rumination, perception of social support and the actual situation being experienced as traumatic, such as breast cancer. From this perspective, a tool that evaluates different emotional and interpersonal aspects of an individual with cancer can be useful when working with prevention and promotion of mental health and quality of life. Knowing predictors of PTG, already described in literature, can be used as a resource to aid the process of elaboration. That would enable thinking about treatments that prioritize possible positive aspects, working in adaptive coping strategies to assist in the situation elaboration. This dissertation had as an initial objective to verify if social support perception, rumination, and use of adaptive coping strategies show a significant correlation with levels of PTG in women with confirmed breast cancer diagnosis. In order to do that, a transversal and exploratory research with two studies was conducted. The first a systematic review that focused on compiling and discussing the results of studies that studied rumination and/or social support as predictors of PTG. The second a empiric study, transversal and exploratory, with the objective of verifying if PTG is a variable present in women with breast cancer in Brazil (n=84) and if rumination, social support and adaptive coping strategies prove to be predictors of it in this population. The Posttraumatic Growth Inventory, Ways of Coping Checklist, Scale of Perceived Social Support (adult version), Rumination and Reflection Questionnaire, Baptista Depression Scale (adult version) were used, and a sociodemographic and health scale was applied.On study 1, there were found 12 articles that corresponded to the including and excluding established criteria. Through quantitative analysis of the methodological and results quality, it was observed that there is almost a consensus of rumination and social support being predictor variables for PTG in different populations. As for study 2, marital social support and adaptive coping strategies were the predictors for PTG in the studied sample. The total score of social support did not appear as a predictor, but presented a significant positive correlation. Moreover, having a religion of identification contributed in regressive models for two different factors that composed the instrument utilized for PTG evaluation. From these studies, it was concluded that the social support, rumination, and adaptive coping strategies variables proved to be predictors of higher scores of PTG. However, it is believed that each one will present different contributions according to the studied populations. The study of predictors is still recent in Brazil regarding PTG. From this research, path is opened to other studies with different populations and methodologies in order to better understand the specificities of this model and its evaluated variables in the Brazilian context. Nonetheless, this dissertation contributes to the foundation of intervention strategies based on these predictors to this specific population. / O crescimento p?s-traum?tico (CPT) trata de uma mudan?a psicol?gica positiva resultante de situa??es vividas em circunst?ncias desafiadoras e dif?ceis. Estudos apontam que o desenvolvimento de altos ?ndices de CPT ap?s uma situa??o espec?fica est? positivamente relacionado ao uso de estrat?gias de coping adaptativas, rumina??o, percep??o de suporte social e da situa??o vivida como traum?tica, como ? o caso do c?ncer de mama. Nesta perspectiva, uma medida que avalie diferentes aspectos emocionais e interpessoais do indiv?duo com c?ncer se mostra ?til no trabalho da preven??o e promo??o de sa?de mental e qualidade de vida. O conhecimento acerca dos preditores de CPT, j? descritos na literatura, pode ser usado como recurso para auxiliar no processo de elabora??o. Pode-se assim pensar em tratamentos que priorizem poss?veis aspectos positivos, trabalhando estrat?gias de enfrentamento adaptativas no que diz respeito ao aux?lio na elabora??o da situa??o. Esta disserta??o teve como objetivo geral verificar se percep??o de suporte social, rumina??o e uso de estrat?gias de coping adaptativas apresentam correla??o com os escores de CPT de mulheres com diagn?stico confirmado de c?ncer de mama. Trata-se de uma pesquisa transversal e explorat?ria, dividida em dois estudos. O primeiro uma revis?o sistem?tica que buscou copilar e discutir resultados de estudos que objetivaram estudar a rumina??o e/ou suporte social como preditores de CPT. O segundo um estudo emp?rico, transversal e explorat?rio, com objetivo de verificar se o CPT ? uma vari?vel presente em mulheres com c?ncer de mama no Brasil (n=84) e se rumina??o, suporte social e estrat?gias de coping adaptativas se mostram preditores do mesmo nesta popula??o. Utilizou-se o Invent?rio de Crescimento P?s-Traum?tico, Invent?rio de Estrat?gias de Coping de Folkman e Lazarus, Escala de Percep??o de Suporte Social, Question?rio de Rumina??o e Reflex?o, Escala Baptista de Depress?o ? vers?o adultos, e aplicada ficha de dados 10 sociodemogr?ficos e de sa?de. No estudo 1, encontrou-se 12 artigos que corresponderam aos crit?rios de inclus?o e exclus?o estabelecidos. Atrav?s de an?lise quantitativa da qualidade metodol?gica e qualitativa dos resultados, observou-se que h? quase consenso de que rumina??o e suporte social s?o vari?veis preditoras de CPT em diferentes popula??es. J? no estudo 2, o suporte social marital e estrat?gias de coping adaptativas foram preditoras de CPT na amostra estudada. O escore total de suporte social n?o se mostrou preditor, mas apresentou correla??o positiva significativa. Ademais, possuir religi?o de identifica??o contribuiu em modelos regressivos para dois diferentes fatores que comp?e o instrumento para avalia??o de CPT. A partir dos estudos, concluiu-se que as vari?veis suporte social, rumina??o e estrat?gias de coping adaptativas se mostram preditoras de maiores escores de CPT. Por?m, acredita-se que as mesmas apresentem diferentes contribui??es de acordo com as popula??es estudadas. O estudo de preditores ainda ? recente no Brasil no que diz respeito ao CPT. A partir desta pesquisa, abre-se espa?o para outros estudos, com diferentes popula??es e metodologias, a fim de melhor compreender as especificidades do modelo e das vari?veis avaliadas no contexto brasileiro. Entretanto, esta disserta??o contribui para o embasamento de estrat?gias de interven??o pautadas nestes preditores para esta popula??o espec?fica.
