Few studies have addressed this issue in family corporations, either being by the low number of formal councils or the difficulty to access information. This study aimed to answer the following question: what is the influence of the board composition in strategic decision making in a large family corporate group? For this purpose, a content analysis of 38 proceedings and two board meeting transcripts of a large family corporate group was performed. The results indicate that the internal members have a strong focus on operational issues, while the external members are guided in strategic aspects. The existence of two families in the shareholding control creates conflicts, and there is also support for decisions within the family. The members with extensive experience are resistant to change their opinions and avoid decisions involving retrenchment, even facing unfavorable scenarios. The main contributions of this study relate to: identify some theoretical dimensions that involve the study of decision making; evidence to show that conflicts between different families are detrimental to decision making in the board; and indications that the participation of outside directors is critical to increasing the strategic focus of the decisions. / Os Conselhos Empresariais são observados como uma verdadeira caixa preta devido ao pouco que se conhece sobre a influência de seus membros nas decisões organizacionais. Poucos estudos abordaram este tema em empresas familiares, seja pelo baixo número de Conselhos formais existentes, seja pela dificuldade de acesso a suas informações. Neste estudo buscou-se responder a seguinte questão: qual a influência da composição do Conselho na tomada de decisão estratégica em um grupo empresarial familiar de grande porte? Para isso foi realizada uma análise do conteúdo de 38 Atas e duas transcrições de reuniões do Conselho de um grupo empresarial familiar de grande porte. Os resultados indicam que os membros internos possuem grande foco em questões operacionais, enquanto os membros externos se pautam em aspectos estratégicos. A existência de duas famílias no controle acionário gera conflitos, havendo também apoio das decisões dentro do núcleo familiar. Membros com grande experiência são resistentes a mudanças de opiniões e evitam decisões que envolvam retrenchment, mesmo diante de cenários desfavoráveis. As principais contribuições deste estudo se relacionam com: identificação de algumas dimensões teóricas que envolvem os estudos sobre tomada de decisão; indícios que apontam que os conflitos existentes entre diferentes famílias são prejudiciais para a tomada de decisão no Conselho; e indicativos de que a participação de conselheiros externos é fundamental para o aumento do foco estratégico das decisões.

El objetivo general planteado en este estudio fue realizar un estudio bibliométrico de las publicaciones sobre el uso terapéutico del MDMA en relación al estrés post traumático utilizando como base de datos EBSCOhost. Para ello, se efectuó la búsqueda de las variables de investigación en la base de datos de EBSCOhost, hallándose 18 publicaciones de las cuales se seleccionaron 12 que cumplían con los criterios de inclusión, dichas publicaciones conformaron la muestra de estudio de la presente investigación. Posteriormente, se procedió a realizar el análisis bibliométrico de la muestra seleccionada. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran la gran cantidad de investigaciones exploratorias. Asimismo, se observa que todas las publicaciones presentan como parte de su contenido la introducción del artículo y el abstract del mismo. Finalmente, se concluye que la bibliometría es una herramienta provechosa para estimar los resultados de la investigación y poder dilucidar fenómenos que se presentan complejos de estudiar. Volviendo tangible la información y los procesos de nuevas sustancias en el uso clínico psicoterapéutico. / The general objective of this study was to perform a bibliometric study of the publications on the therapeutic use of MDMA in relation to post-traumatic stress using EBSCOhost as a database. To do this, the research variables were searched in the EBSCOhost database, finding 18 publications of which 12 met the inclusion criteria, these publications formed the study sample of the present investigation. Subsequently, the bibliometric analysis of the selected sample was done.The results obtained show the main presence of exploratory research. Likewise, it is observed that all publications present as part of their content the introduction of the article and the abstract of itself. Finally, it is concluded that bibliometrics is a useful tool for estimating research results and being able to elucidate phenomena that are complex to study. Making the information and processes of new substances tangible in psychotherapeutic clinical use. / Trabajo de investigación

El objetivo del estudio fue realizar un análisis bibliométrico de los artículos sobre compromiso organizacional encontrados en la base de datos Scielo desde el año 2014 al 2020. Para este fin, se realizó una búsqueda en la base de datos encontrándose 10 investigaciones, de las cuales fueron seleccionadas 5 estudios relacionados al ámbito psicológico organizacional y acorde a los criterios de inclusión para el presente estudio. Después, se realizó un análisis de datos para conocer las metodologías utilizadas en cada investigación. Por otro lado, se observó que cada artículo presentaba abstract, palabras claves, introducción, resultados, discusión y referencias. Por último, se concluye que la realización de un estudio bibliométrico permite caracterizar el desarrollo de disciplinas científicas y sus líneas de investigación. / The objective of the study was to carry out a bibliometric analysis of the articles on organizational commitment found in the Scielo database from 2014 to 2020. For this, a search was carried out in the database, finding 10 investigations, of which they were selected 5 studies related to the field of organizational psychology and according to the inclusion criteria for the present study. Subsequently, a data analysis was carried out to know the methodologies used in each investigation. On the other hand, it was observed that each article presented a summary, keywords, introduction, results, discussions and references. El objetivo del estudio fue realizar un análisis bibliométrico sobre el estado de las tesis de grado de satisfacción laboral en colaboradores del rubro minero recogidos de la base de datos Alicia entre el periodo de tiempo 2016 al 2020. Se encontró un total de 13 tesis, de las cuales quedaron seleccionadas 9 investigaciones que cumplían con los criterios de inclusión. Posteriormente, se realizó el análisis de la información en las investigaciones recopiladas. En cuanto a los resultados, se destaca que la totalidad de la producción científica incluye introducción, objetivo, hipótesis, método, resultados, conclusiones, recomendaciones y referencias. No obstante, solo el 22.22% no presenta en su estructura un resumen, abstract, palabras claves y discusión; y el 11.11% no cuenta con una sección de análisis de datos. Finalmente se concluye que, la producción científica en relación a la satisfacción laboral en población minera durante los últimos 5 años es escasa y que la mayoría de tesis de grado presentan una estructura. / The objective of the study was to perform a bibliometric analysis on the status of theses of degree of job satisfaction in collaborators of the mining sector collected from the Alicia database between 2016 and 2020. A total of 13 theses were found, of which were selected 9 investigations that met the inclusion criteria. Subsequently, the analysis of the information in the collected investigations was carried out. The results showed that the entire scientific production includes an introduction, objective, hypothesis, method, results, conclusions, recommendations and references. However, only 22.22% do not present a summary, abstract, keywords and discussion in their structure; and 11.11% do not have a data analysis section. Finally, it is concluded that the scientific production in relation to job satisfaction in the mining population during the last 5 years is scarce and that most of the degree theses present a structure. / Trabajo de investigación

El objetivo del presente estudio fue realizar un análisis bibliométrico de las investigaciones relacionadas a la musicoterapia en el ámbito psicológico, revisadas en la base de datos EBSCOHost. Por este motivo, se realizó una búsqueda en dicha base, de todas las investigaciones que tuvieron como eje central la aplicación de la musicoterapia, encontrándose en total 50 estudios. Después de pasar por revisiones estandarizadas, se seleccionaron 21 de estas investigaciones, cuyo enfoque fue la aplicación de la musicoterapia en diversos ámbitos psicológicos, conformando así la muestra total. De esta manera, se procedió con el análisis de datos y de la información recabada, los cuales brindaron como resultados que doce investigaciones formularon el planteamiento de objetivos, diecinueve de ellas presentaron resumen y solo cuatro de los veintiún estudios formularon hipótesis. Cabe destacar que, en todas las investigaciones se brindó especial énfasis a la observación y conducta. En conclusión, la presente investigación bibliométrica contribuyó a la revisión de la información de los estudios analizados. / The aim of the study was to carry out a bibliometric analysis of the research related to music therapy in the psychological field, reviewed in the EBSCOhost database. For this reason, a search was carried out in this database, of all the investigations that had the application of music therapy as their central axis, finding a total of 50 studies. After going through standardized reviews, 21 of these investigations were selected whose focus was the application of music therapy in various psychological fields, thus making up the total sample. Subsequently, a data analysis and the information collected were applied, which provided as results that twelve investigations formulated objectives, nineteen of them presented a summary and only four of the twenty-one studies formulated hypotheses. It should be noted that, in all the investigations, special emphasis was placed on observation and behavior. In conclusion, the present bibliometric investigation contributed to the reviews of the information of the analyzed studies. / Trabajo de investigación

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo realizar un estudio bibliométrico de los artículos sobre depresión en adultos mayores encontrados en la base de datos Scielo - Perú desde el 2010 hasta abril del 2020. Para este fin, se realizó una búsqueda en la base de datos encontrándose 23 investigaciones, de las cuales fueron seleccionadas 9 estudios relacionados al ámbito psicológico y acorde a los criterios de inclusión establecidos para el presente estudio. Posteriormente, se realizaron los análisis de datos con la información recaudada. En los resultados se destaca la gran cantidad de estudios cuantitativos y uno de carácter cualitativo, los cuales contienen resumen, abstract, palabras claves, introducción y objetivos. Se concluye que la bibliometría es el sistema adecuado para el análisis de distintas investigaciones, ya que brinda una evaluación eficaz al respecto. / The present investigation is a bibliometric study of articles on depression in elderly people found in the Scielo-Peru database from 2010 to April 2020. For this purpose, a search was carried out in the database, finding 23 investigations, of which nine studies related to the field of psychology and according to the inclusion criteria established for this research were selected. Subsequently, data analyzes were performed with the information collected. The results highlight many quantitative studies and one of a qualitative nature. All investigations contain a summary, an abstract, keywords, an introduction and objectives. It is concluded that bibliometrics is the appropriate system for the analysis of different investigations since it provides an effective evaluation in this regard. / Trabajo de investigación

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo realizar un estudio bibliométrico sobre las publicaciones de los artículos científicos de Psicología sobre habilidades sociales en adolescentes en los últimos 5 años recogidos de la base de datos Scielo. Para este fin, se realizó una búsqueda en la base de datos encontrándose 19 investigaciones, de las cuales fueron seleccionadas 9 estudios de acuerdo a los criterios de inclusión establecidos para el presente estudio. Posteriormente, se realizaron los análisis de datos y metodologías utilizadas y se desarrolló un análisis de información obtenida. En los resultados se resalta la gran cantidad de estudios cuantitativos en relación a la variable habilidades sociales, se pudo observar que todos los artículos presentaban abstract, palabras claves, introducción, objetivos, discusión, resultados y referencias. Se concluyó, la relevancia del uso de la bibliometría para medir resultados de la investigación y lo importante que es abordar la variable de las habilidades sociales. / This research aims to carry out a bibliometric study on the publications of scientific articles in Psychology on social skills in adolescents in the last 5 years collected from the Scielo database. For this, a database search was carried out, finding 19 investigations, of which 9 studies were selected according to the inclusion criteria established for the present study. Subsequently, the data analysis and the methodologies used were carried out and an analysis of the information obtained was developed. The results highlight a large number of quantitative studies on the social skills variable, it was observed that all articles presented abstract, keywords, introduction, objectives, discussion, results, and references. El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo realizar un estudio bibliométrico de las tesis de grado sobre el Estrés Parental y Estilos de Afrontamiento en padres de hijos con Trastorno del Espectro Autista (TEA) en la base de datos Alicia Concytec comprendidos del año 2012 a 2021. Para ello, se realizó la búsqueda de las variables de investigación en la base de datos mencionada, hallando así 18 estudios preliminarmente de los cuales se seleccionaron 11 de ellos debido a que cumplían con los criterios de inclusión. Posteriormente, se efectuó el análisis bibliométrico de la información obtenida. Los resultados resaltan una alta cantidad de estudios cuantitativos, de corte correlacional y con la utilización de una misma técnica de recolección de información. A su vez, hubo una escasa cantidad de estudios cualitativos de corte fenomenológico. Por otro lado, se observó que todos los estudios cuentan con introducción y resumen del mismo. No obstante, se hace énfasis en fomentar la adición del acápite de sugerencias y limitaciones para investigaciones futuras. Se concluye así que la bibliometría es una rama fundamental para observar el estado real de la actividad científica y evidenciar los fenómenos a estudiar. Tal como este estudio lo realizó mediante el recojo de información de manera sistemática ayudando a la mayor comprensión y difusión de investigaciones relacionadas a estilos afrontamiento y estrés parental en universidades del Perú. / The objective of this research work was to carry out a bibliometric study of the degree theses on Parental Stress and Coping Styles in parents of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the Alicia Concytec database from 2012 to 2021 To do this, the research variables were searched in the aforementioned database, finding 18 preliminarily, of which 11 were selected because they met the inclusion criteria. Subsequently, the bibliometric analysis of the information obtained was carried out. The results highlight a high number of quantitative studies, of correlational cut and with the use of the same information collection technique. In turn, there was a limited number of qualitative studies of a phenomenological nature. On the other hand, it is believed that all studies have an introduction and summary thereof. However, emphasis is placed on encouraging the addition of the suggestions and limitations section for future research. It is thus concluded that bibliometrics is a fundamental branch to observe the real state of scientific activity and to show the phenomena to be studied. As this study carried out by collecting information in a systematic way, helping to better understand and disseminate research related to coping styles and parental stress in Peruvian universities. / Trabajo de investigación

Cette thèse présente un retour d’expérience sur le dispositif de veille et d’intelligence économique mise en place au sein de Marseille Innovation pour permettre aux éditeurs open source accompagnées dans sa pépinière d’entreprise de surveiller efficacement leur environnement pour y détecter des opportunités de développement. Ce projet s’inscrit dans le cadre d’une démarche globale, conduite par Marseille Innovation et ses partenaires pour structurer un réseau d’acteurs open source en PACA.Nous avons tout d’abord réalisé un état de l’art de la littérature open source en soulignant le paradoxe que pose le modèle open source pour les éditeurs qui choisissent d’utiliser les licences libres : l’adoption d’un modèle open source par certains éditeurs pour leurs logiciels permet une création de valeur pouvant être supérieure à celle générée dans le cadre de modèles propriétaires traditionnels, mais que cet avantage est contrebalancé par une dangereuse incertitude, quant à la captation de cette valeur, susceptible d’être récupérée par des concurrents n’ayant pourtant consentis aucun effort de développement et n’en ayant pas subis les coûts. Par la suite, nous avons présenté la naissance du logiciel libre comme le résultat des mutations de l’industrie informatique qui ont marqué le début des années 70, mutations qui ont fait passer le logiciel libre de la sphère publique à la sphère commerciale. En réaction, les défenseurs du logiciel libre ont inventé un système original de « licences publiques » pour protéger ces logiciels contre tout verrouillage technique ou légal de leur utilisation, de leur diffusion et de leur modification. Cependant, si ces licences publiques permettent de favoriser la création de valeur, à travers la coopération d’une communauté de programmeurs et la diffusion du logiciel, le caractère aléatoire de la rémunération dans le modèle open source a conduit les éditeurs à chercher et inventer de nouveaux « Bunisess Models » plus ou moins aléatoires, garantissant mieux leurs revenus.Partant des connaissances accumulées sur le modèle open source, nous avons par la suite exposé la démarche initiée par Marseille Innovation, en collaboration avec CCI de Marseille Provence et l’association Libertis, pour structurer un réseau d’acteurs open source en PACA. Cette démarche a abouti au lancement de plusieurs chantiers d’intérêt commun dont un sur la mise en place d’un dispositif de surveillance sur la filière open source.La stratégie adoptée pour mettre en place ce dispositif de surveillance consiste dans un premier temps à dresser un état de l’art des différentes approches théoriques et pratiques recensées sur le sujet dans la littérature SIC. Ensuite, une approche pragmatique de la veille a été choisie et les moyens organisationnels, processuels et techniques pour mettre en place ce dispositif de surveillance ont été étudiés. Des actions de sensibilisation à la veille et l’intelligence économique ont été également conduites auprès des membres du réseau et des startups open source accompagnées par Marseille Innovation, grâce à lesquelles des besoins en veille sont identifiés et des produits d’information sont élaborés pour permettre aux membres du réseau open source de suivre efficacement leur environnement. Des études de veille sont également réalisées pour répondre aux attentes des entreprises sur le mode de création et de captation de valeurs dans l’open source, les segments de marché porteurs, les licences informatiques et les business models qui en découlent. / This thesis presents a feedback on the competitive intelligence device set up in Marseille Innovation to allow open source software editors housed in its business incubator, to effectively monitor their environment in order to detect new opportunities for development. This project is part of a comprehensive approach, led by Marseille Innovation and its partners to structure a network of open source companies in the PACA area (south of France).First, we achieved a state of the art of open source literature emphasizing the paradox posed by the open source model for software editors who choose to use free software licenses : the adoption of an open source model by some editors for their software allows a value creation that could be greater than that generated through traditional proprietary models, but this advantage is offset by a dangerous uncertainty as to the value capture, could be recovered by competitors who have yet made no programming effort to and not having incurred costs. Subsequently, we presented the birth of free software as the result of changes in the computer industry that marked the early '70s, changes which caused the passage of free software from non commercial/public sphere to commercial/private sphere. In response, defenders of free software have invented an original system of "public licenses" to protect these software’s against any technical or legal interlocking of their use, their distribution and their modification. However, if these public licenses allow to promote a value creation, through the cooperation of a community of programmers and software distribution, the randomness of remuneration in the open source model has led software editors to seek and invent new "Business Models" more or less random, to better ensure their income.Based on knowledge accumulated on the open source model, we have subsequently explained the approach initiated by Marseille Innovation, in collaboration with Marseille-Provence Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) and Libertis, to structure a network of open source companies in the PACA area. This approach led to the launch of several projects of mutual interest, including one on the setting-up of a monitoring device to monitor open source software industry.The approach adopted to setting-up this monitoring device consists in a first step to establish a state of the art of different theoretical approaches and practices identified in the information and communication sciences’ literature. Then, a pragmatic approach of monitoring has been chosen. Organizational means, processual and technical have been studied to set up this monitoring device. Raising awareness actions to competitive intelligence were also conducted with members of the network and open source startups coached by Marseille Innovation, through which information needs are identified and information products are developed to enable members of open source network to effectively monitor their environment. Bibliometric studies are also made to meet the expectations of open source companies on how to create and capture value in the open source software model, about promising market segments, software licenses and business models that result.
