The thesis deals with the tree energetic balance closely related to the phenomenon of plant transpiration. Living systems have a unique ability to equilibrate gradients in the nature. Storing energy of the incoming solar radiation into a latent heat of water evaporation is an example of such tree feature. It dissipates energy and simultaneously recycles nutrients and water in the ecosystem. There are few possible ways of energy balance detection shown in this work. The thermal imagining can be used as a method for an indirect indication of transpiration - transpiring plants have lower leaf surface temperature. An alternative method for determining the rate of transpiration is a direct measurement of transpiration on leaves or transpiration flow in a tree trunk. However, extrapolation of the above mentioned methods to entire stands can encounter some difficulties. This study focuses on the influence of precipitation on shallow catchments of mineral springs in the special area of Františkovy Lázně. The thesis was made on the basis of the data provided by the company Spa Františkovy Lázně a.s.. The interdependent relations between yield springs, precipitations, atmospheric pressure and the content of free CO2 were studied. These relations were observed onto six springs - František, Luční, Nový, Solný, Železnatý and Žofie. The precipitations were compared with the yield of individual springs. The season was proved by three springs (František, Železnatý and Žofie). Retention of the precipitation was determined for springs František, Solný, Železnatý and Žofie. Considering more than half a year delay, we cannot claim that the precipitations should have a major influence on the dotation of mineral springs. The downtrend was founded for the free CO2 in all researched resources. Significant indirect relation was found using the correlation coefficient between atmospheric pressure and free CO2.

Digital river network dataset is an important source of information in any aspect of water management decision making. It is also a base for modelling or scientific research in many different fields. Development of the dataset in the Czech Republic had been fragmented in a past and as a result three different datasets have been developed that cover the whole of the state's territory. The datasets contain different geometries, different and often conflicting attributes and serve different purposes. Today the time has come that water management decision makers have realised that the situation is no longer sustainable and make effort to merge the datasets into one. The task brings in several technical issues and a potential for severe legal consequences. The aim of this study is to develop a methodological approach to merging the existing datasets into one. This methodological approach to decision which of the conflicting or different attributes should be adopted is based on assumption that the existing datasets will be merged into one consisting the best of all. Topic: Intervention Program for Weight Reduction in Adults Goals: The aim of this thesis is to devise as well as implement an intervention program covering exercise and dietary regimes for individuals that are overweight or obese. The goal also involves verifying the effectiveness by measuring various anthropometric parameters. Methods: The monitoring activities covered the period from 2.2. 2015 until 3.8. 2015. The intervention sample involved 9 individuals aged between 26 and 59. The sample was composed of three women and six men. The intervention program lasted for three weeks and I measured the weight using a normal personal weight and the waist circumference using a measuring tape. Results: The intervention program had a positive impact on the individuals that were involved. This resulted in decreased weight and a reduction in the weight circumference. The average loss of weight was 2.1 kg and the average waist circumference reduction was 2.4 cm. Thanks to the intervention program, the monitored anthropometric values were reduced. However, it also lead to the people achieving a better relationship towards physical activity and increased their awareness of the principles of a healthy diet. The work deals with the structure of the balance of payments, including its compensation process. It also includes an analysis of this statement in the Czech Republic. Given the importance of foreign direct investment in today's economy, which is based on the international division of labor, the work also focuses on the role of FDI in the country.

This thesis deals with global imbalances in the world economy. Chapter one focuses on balance of payments theory, savings and investment. It also specifies global imbalances and presents the most important periods of their development. Chapter two analyses main causes of global imbalances and discusses the relationship between imbalances and current economic crisis. Chapter three describes current development of global imbalances, anticipated development in future and analyses possible solutions at national and international level.

Diploma thesis deals with the Russian external economic balance, particularly with the balance of payments, indebtness and the rubl exchange rate. The first chapter introduces the theory of balance of payments. The second chapter includes a theoretical approach to exchange rate and development of the ruble exchange rate. Furthermore, I focus on the status of current and financial account of Russian balance of payments in the years 2000-2010. The fifth chapter is focused on analysis of Russian indebtness.

Práce rozebírá podmínky, které je vhodné dodržet při zakládání soukromé zdravotnické praxe chápané jako "podnik". Mezi nejdůležitější podmínky patří zejména podnikatelský záměr, ekonomická bilance, časový plán, rozpočet, technické podmínky, účetnictví a ceny zdravotních výkonů. Cílem práce je srovnání ekonomické výhodnosti zřízení soukromé zdravotnické praxe, blíže zubní ordinace "na zelené louce", tj. zavedení zcela nové praxe nebo nákup již zavedené praxe. Pod pojmem "zubní ordinace" je myšleno pouze místo, ve kterém se soukromé zdravotnické zařízení nachází.
