O termo de Banco de Dados Espacial tem sido usado frequentemente nas aplicações relativas a Sistemas de Informações Geográficas. Isto demonstra a aplicação de uma ferramenta computacional poderosa (Sistemas de Gerenciamento de Banco de Dados) na solução de problemas de Planejamento Urbano e Regional. Para que o Banco de Dados possa operar necessita uma Fonte de Dados ou Base de Dados que alimente a sua estrutura e garanta a qualidade e precisão dessas informações. Daí em diante se podeaplicar as suas próprias capacidades na solução dos problemas dos seus usuários. Reduzindo a escala podemos traçar um paralelo entre os Projetos de Planejamento Urbano e em Projeto de Edificações, logo as mesmas ferramentas podem ser utilizadas neste segundo tipo de projetos. Preparando caminho à utilização destas ferramentas, este trabalho relata o caminho escolhido, a implementação e a aplicação de uma abordagem de formação de Base de Dados Espaciais a partir do projeto de Edificações. / Spatial database is a term frequently used in Geographic Information Systems applications. This means the use of a powerful computing tool (Database Management System) in solving Regional and Urban Planning problems. A Database Management System needs a Data Source or Base of Data for the Data entry and quality and precise information guaranteening. Then we can use its own capacities in the solution of the problems of the users. Reducing the scale we can make a parallel between Urban Planning Design and Building Design and the same tools can be used for the second. Preparing the way of the utilization of these tools, this work speak about the choosing way, the implementation and an approach application of Base of Data formation from Building Design.

This report aims to serve as a logistical foundation for Husmuttern AB. This logistic foundation is defined by a transport solution, a loading solution that is associated with the transport, and a stock proposal for the elements. Husmuttern AB is a newly started company that has developed a new concept of modular housing, which will be built by order.The modular houses will be built by assembling prefabricated parts such as ceilings, walls, foundations and other elements. The advantage of building houses with prefabricated pieces is that the pieces themselves can hold a higher quality when prefabricated, than the pieces fabricated on the construction site, which results in a house that is built in a short matter of time, with high quality. Most of the elements will be prefabricated at Husmuttern’s micro factories.To make the prefabrication, construction and assembly of the houses possible, it is required that there is an efficient transport solution that transports all the necessary goods from retailers to the warehouse, micro-factory and construction site. The purpose of this work is to propose a suitable and efficient transport solution based on the weight and dimensions of the elements that have to be transported.This report is presenting solutions for these problems, where the solutions are assured by calculations that proves that the suggested transport is capable to deliver all necessary elements, and able of loading and unloading all the elements based on their weight and dimensions. A clear proposal on the stock solution for all elements is also presented in the report.The result of this work is considered as successful, due to the ensured transport method, loading method, and the suggested stock and transport partner. Thanks to these fundamental results, a foundation to the logistic solution is created and it is now possible to further develop the logistics, in order to achieve a complete logistics solution for Husmuttern AB.

It also includes an evaluation of the effectiveness of redesign in relation to the detail of the model and its link to the original drawing documentation.

This diploma work is focused on the project documentation of the multifunctional building. The emphasis is put on the legal procedure and the regulations in force which are required for the project documentation of the specific multifunctional building. It is the four floor building provided without cellar which is divided into the business part and the living part. There are two shops projected in the business part which are the internet goods issuing office and the clothes shop. In the ground floor of the living part there is a living background and in the other floors there are the apartments themselves. The first floor is made of formwork âDitonâ and the other floors are build of the bricks system âPorothermâ. The peripheral walls are warmed by means of the contact heating system âBaumit Open Reflectâ.

This diploma thesis deals with the processing of project documentation in the documentation phase for construction of building object SO 01 – Detached house with facilities. The thesis is not worked out in full extent, as prescribed in Decree No. 62/2013 Coll. Amending Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., On Construction Documentation. It includes only part A (Data Accompanying Report), B (Summary Technical Report), C (Situational Drawings), D.1.1 (Architectural and Building Solutions) and D.1.3 (Fire Safety Solutions) of Appendix 6 of this Decree. In addition, a thermal-technical assessment of the building was elaborated. There are two specializations in small range as additional part of the documentation as well. The proposed two-storey house with small cellar is situated on flat land in the village of Lipová-lázně and layout of the object is divided into two parts, part of house with function of housing and part with facilities for cooking and catering for more persons.

The pricing of developer projects and housing is a broad area. Setting the right common price is important especially in case of court actions, execution proceedings, the privatising of housing, company mergers, capital investments in companies, estate settlements, liquidations etc. In all these cases substantial financial values are at stake and that is why it is necessary to have quality, correct factual grounds. The sole and at the same time most important basis is an expert opinion, which should guarantee an objective assessment of all circumstances that may influence the common pricing of property, in order to prevent any prejudice to the parties involved, or ensure there is no doubt in respect of possible graft. At present there is no methodology for common pricing of units (apartments and commercial premises) within a larger complex, which would take locality, placement, size, fittings, general state and other parameters that influence the price, into consideration. Yet it is common knowledge that the same unit will have a different price on the first floor, higher floors or top floor, window orientation and view, better surrounding area etc. It is also common that a larger unit with the same fittings and appurtenances will have a lower unit price than a smaller unit. The pricing in these cases is more intuitive, rather than based on analyses and reasoning. The dissertations´ aim was a methodology of pricing individual units in houses or larger complexes, which would simultaneously objectify subjective pricing, providing a rationale that would be unambiguous. This is important especially in case of court actions, execution proceedings or the privatising of housing, to preclude any bias or suspicion of corruption. The methodology also includes a software application that automatically computes input data and allows reviewing of results.
