This thesis deals with the exploration and evaluation of historic masonry building. The researched building was built in the 20th 20th century. Is located in the premises of the Philosophical Faculty of Masaryk University in Brno. During preparation for the planned modernization of the survey was conducted several objects of the university complex. In this work, however, we consider only the building named "C". It will be processed by selected diagnostic method. The findings will then serve as a basis for static analysis and follow-up activities associated with modernization.

This master thesis deals with the development of the academic relations between the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany during the so-called normalization, so from the beginning of the 1970s to the fall of the so-called Iron Curtain. The main focus lies on the inter-university partnership between Charles University in Prague and the University of Hamburg, which was concluded in Prague in 1980 and is successfully carried out till today. It was the first cooperation agreement Charles University made with a West German university during the period of the cold war. The thesis analyses, in which way both universities approached the partnership and how the cooperation could be put into practice. The main objective of the text is to find out which dynamics the partnership in the observed period gained and if the cooperation even managed to overcome the original expectations of the main actors considering the given conditions within the domestic and international politics. The examined cooperation is put into a broader context, not only of the development of the Czechoslovak-West German relations but also of the situation within international politics. This Thesis called "Amenity migration and regional identity in the Prachatice region" looks into comparing the strenght of regional identity of inhabitants and amenity migrants in the field of interest area ORP Prachatice. Amenity migration is quite new term that can be translated as "pleasure migration". This specific type of migration stems from the hum desire to live in areas with high quality environment. This usualy includes the transition of population from urban to countryside environment. For the use of this Thesis the area of interest was chosen area of ORP Prachatice that consist of three executive offices - PÚ Netolice, PÚ Prachatice and PÚ Volary. The whole area of interest offers on a quite narrow territory three different environments. The aim of this Thesis is the comparison of the level of regional identity among inhabitants in relation to the diverse environment and also the comparison of the strenght of regional identity between the group of permanent inhabitants and amenity migrants. The subject of this thesis is to record the every-day life, local and collective memory, and relationships of individuals - local inhabitants of the 'panel-housing' estate, Jižní Město, in Prague - towards the specific urban and social space in which they live. The thesis is based on interviews, with the long-term inhabitants of Jižní Město, which were structured to record their lived experience in the housing estate during two consecutive periods in recent Czechoslovak history - the so-called normalisation and post-socialism periods. The interviews were used as an empirical counterbalance to architectural/city planning discourse and Czech media, which has interpreted the legacy of 'panel-housing' estates in a negative way, as the socialist form of housing par excellence. The aim of this thesis is to analyse this discourse, which also reflects how Czech society deals with its communist past, and to compare it with the experiences, evaluations and current challenges in the lives of these long- term inhabitants, living in the biggest Czech 'panel-housing' estate with a bad reputation. Работа посвящена участию маршала Жана II Ле Менгра, прозванного Бусико, во французской политике в Средиземноморье на рубеже XIV–XV в. Для достижения целей исследования был установлен ход и результаты французской внешней политики, а также личность самого маршала Бусико. В результате было установлено, что Жан II Ле Менгр участвовал в военных экспедициях французской короны на Балканы (1396 г.) и в Малую Азию (1399), а также управлял Генуей (1401–1409) от имени французского короля Карла VI Валуа. Военный опыт и дипломатические связи позволили Бусико обеспечить локальные тактические успехи на каждом направлении проводимой внешней политики в Средиземноморье, однако его ресурсов и навыков не хватило для того, чтобы Франция добилась стратегического успеха в Средиземноморском регионе на рубеже XIV–XV в. / The work is devoted to the participation of Marshal Jean II Le Meingres, called Boucicaut, in French politics in the Mediterranean at the turn of the 14th–15th centuries. To achieve the goals of the study, the course and results of French foreign policy, as well as the personality of Marshal Boucicaut himself, were established. As a result, it was established that Jean II Le Meingres participated in the military expeditions of the French crown to the Balkans (1396) and Asia Minor (1399), and also ruled Genoa (1401–1409) on behalf of the French king Charles VI of Valois. Military experience and diplomatic connections allowed Boucicaut to ensure local tactical successes in each direction of foreign policy in the Mediterranean, but his resources and skills were not enough for France to achieve strategic success in the Mediterranean region at the turn of the 14th–15th centuries.

The diploma thesis Czech Press for People Called up to Do Forced Labour in Nazi Germany deals with the weekly Czech Labourer which was sent to the Czech workers called up to German factories during the period of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia within the years 1939-1945. The thesis aims at exploring its origin, publishing and changes concerning its publishers and owners. It also analyses its distribution to Nazi Germany and its content in detail. Furthermore, by means of the quantitative analysis the thesis surveys the thematic agenda of the main articles on the front pages. It discusses the impact of the propagandistic information in media on those who were called up to do forced labour. Within the context, this paper examines the operation of media during the period of Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia.

The current paper aims to show that the technique of the so-called impertinence must be used as a manner to restrain the abuse of the law in the process, avoiding as much as possible injury to the parts and to Justice Administration, emphasizing its restraining role. The first part of the paper concerns the phenomena of the civil process constitutionalization, analyzing the constitutional guarantees that are directly connected to the theme of this study. On the second part, the theories of law abuse are analyzed, as well as their incidence on the material and procedural spheres concerning the law exercises of sueing and defending, including appeals and procedural incidents. The third part is dedicated to the study of many hypotheses of the so-called impertinence that are present in the Brazilian civil process system, analyzing the instructions of the doctrine and the understanding of the jurisprudence. Finally, we defend the use of the technique of the so-called impertinence in cases that are not explicitly seen in the system / Os estudos sobre o abuso do direito no plano processual, encontrados na doutrina, abordam o tema destacando a punição da parte e o ressarcimento do prejudicado, especialmente diante das hipóteses de litigância de má-fé. A presente dissertação tem o objetivo de mostrar que a técnica da manifesta improcedência deve ser utilizada como forma de coibir o abuso do direito no processo, evitando, tanto quanto possível, a ocorrência de danos às partes, ressaltando a sua característica inibitória. A primeira parte do trabalho aborda o fenômeno da constitucionalização do processo civil, analisando as garantias constitucionais que estão diretamente ligadas ao tema deste estudo. Na segunda parte, são examinadas as teorias sobre o abuso do direito, bem como a sua incidência nos planos material e processual, no que diz respeito ao exercício dos direitos de demandar e de defesa, inclusive por meio de recursos e incidentes processuais. A terceira parte é dedicada ao estudo das diversas hipóteses de manifesta improcedência que estão previstas no ordenamento processual civil brasileiro, analisando-se os ensinamentos da doutrina e os entendimentos jurisprudenciais.
