Rozvoj osobnosti managera, motivace, stimulace a celoživotní učení / Personal development of manager, motivation, stimulation and lifetime learning

The aim of this diploma work is the specification of approaches to the developement of manager´s personality, the identification of different ways of motivation and stimulation and getting of oppinions of lifetime laerning need. The research work was realized in the companies Farmtec and Kostečka. In the first part of this work are summarized the teoretical knowledge. The used method of data collection was questionairy examination. The characteristic of the both companies follows after the methodology of this work. In the results of the questionairy examination every question is compiled into a chart and a graph, followed by results and a discussion. In the couclusion the most important pieces of knowledge are summarized. The Farmtec company focuses on the knowledge and common sence. Their managers are efficienty motivated and stimulated. They prefer in born abilities to the lifetime learning. The Kostečka company prefers the gradual creation of knowledge. Their managers feel the need of solidarity. The repondents would more motivation anad stimulation, more autonomy and the opportunity to get on thein own.

Lidové vysoké školy a potenciál jejich rozvoje v rámci soudobého českého vzdělávání dospělých / Folk high schools and its development potential within contemporary Czech adult education

Folk high schools are adult education institutions established in Denmark in the 19th century, being known for their focus on specific values and approach to teaching. The diploma thesis covers the topic of folk high schools from the period of their establishment, throughout the historical evolution of the concept, until the current situation of folk high schools and their social function. The thesis examines the possibility of integration of the selected model of folk high school in Czech Republic, more specifically within the Municipal Library of Prague (MLP). At the theoretical level, it was identified that it is necessary to adapt the Czech legislation and provide a fixed financial cover, in order to incorporate the folk high school to the system of public libraries in reality. Conducted quantitative research confirms the interest of users of the Municipal Library of Prague in a library as an adult education activities provider. The aim of this diploma thesis is to formulate a strategy for lifelong education of the state forest administration authorities' workers. The Ministry of Agriculture runs the education in the state and public administration on the basis of the Education Conception of the Ministry of Agriculture for the years of 2015-2020. This conception outlines education of state and public administration workers with departmental specialization. It determines the basic frame of lifelong education of all workers with departmental specialization. Yet there is no detailed strategy for particular domains of the department which would respond to real needs in practice. The strategy proposed in this thesis focuses on state forest administration workers at municipalities and regional offices. It is based on results of previous research which surveys the situation of state forest administration workers from the point of view of their work performance. Our research, which makes part of this thesis, is focused on their vocational lifelong education and surveys their needs concerning work performance and preferred forms and tools of further special education. The theoretical part of the thesis expands on studying abroad and the Erasmus Programme. It also deals with the teacher's personality, their competencies and pedagogical skills. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to specific international study visits within selected academic fields; it also analyses the respective study plans and estimates the extent of their possible influence on future teachers.

The dissertation entitled "Formation of the catechists laymen in the Czech and Moravian dioceses (1990 - 2015)" focuses on the development of the formation of lay catechists in Czech and Moravian dioceses in the last twenty five years. With a view to the official catholic documents referring to the formation of lay catechists, this work is aimed to evaluate the fundamental and lifelong formation of catechists in particular dioceses. The dissertation is based on a combined research consisting of inquiries, which are being answered due to a solid insight into documents of dioceses, internal documents of diocesan catechetical centres as well as surveys and interviews with heads of catechetical centres and witnesses of the historical activity of these centres. The practical part contains charts. Final part of the dissertation indicates advantages of this work which can be used in future following research on the subject of formation of lay catechists in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to find out, what was the initial motive for the study of the doctoral program and what are the types of motivations and barriers in further education of adults in doctoral studies. The theoretical part is based on the concept of lifelong learning and lifelong learning. It defines the concept of further education of adults, which needs to be defined to anchor the topic in the work. It focuses on doctoral studies, phases during doctoral studies, related strategic documents, legislation and available research surveys, that focus on motivation and barriers. Another important part of the work is to define the motive, motivation, types of motivation in relation to the adult, which is part of further adult education. Barriers are viewed in terms of available research. The practical part is based on a quantitative and descriptive study examining motivations and barriers across the disciplines to pursue a doctoral degree, which was carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey. The research survey is aimed at doctoral students, who have already interrupted primary education and are returning to study after at least a one-year break. The work focuses on the issue of vocational education in the field of nutrition and nutritional needs of kindergarten children and aims to identify the educational needs of kindergarten employees in this area. Then the work compares the educational needs of teachers and school canteen staff. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and analytical. The theoretical one deals with the definition in terms of placing the issue in the context of lifelong learning, the specifics of adult education, competencies, vocational education and the introduction of the topic of education in kindergartens. At the same time, educational needs are defined and the related definition of the analysis of educational needs, theoretical approaches to the issue and the cycle of systematic education. The second part, analytical, deals with the evaluation of a questionnaire survey conducted among teachers and school canteen staff in kindergartens, which focuses on the analysis of educational needs of employees in the field of nutrition and nutritional needs of children and the differences between these groups. The purpose of this diploma work is to describe the possibilities of senior education and specific needs of senior education. The population of Czech republic is ageing. In order to this it is necessary to define very important terms like age, ageing, age management. Demographic situation will need new solutions in learning, because people will have to work longer than it was in history. To be successful at labour market, older people will have to pass various courses and trainings. It is also necessary to prepare for age, because people are living longer, this period can last 30 or 40 years. Learning is a very good way to keep healthy and vital. Senior education has many variations - for ambitious people it can be University of third age, for less demanding students it can be for example Leisure time university. It was proofed, that senior education has positive influence on their health, they are not so often sick, have better mood. Seniors can thank to learning understand the current world and that is useful for them and for the society too.
