As evidências demonstradas na literatura sobre as características da criação de conhecimento não têm atentado às práticas vivenciadas pelos atores, que facilitam este processo. Assim, a dinâmica das práticas colaborativas não consegue ser suficientemente explicada pelas perspectivas teóricas existentes, apresentando-se como uma “caixa preta” para os estudos das relações interorganizacionais. Neste trabalho, buscou-se compreender como ocorre a dinâmica das práticas colaborativas de criação do conhecimento em projetos colaborativos de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento (P&D), a partir do significado que os participantes do projeto atribuem às suas experiências. Na presente pesquisa, desenvolveu-se uma contribuição substantiva para explicar a dinâmica das práticas colaborativas de criação do conhecimento, que visa contribuir, tanto com o incremento da visão relacional, quanto da teoria de criação do conhecimento, utilizando os procedimentos metodológicos da grounded theory, bem como narrativa e mapas temporais em um estudo de caso único, tomando-se uma abordagem processual, de caráter qualitativo e de cunho analitico. Para que isso fosse possível, resgatou-se a história do desenvolvimento de um projeto colaborativo que começa na pesquisa básica e vai até o desenvolvimento experimental do produto. Neste estudo, contou-se a história do projeto colaborativo desenvolvido nos últimos 15 anos (1999 a 2014) a partir da percepção dos atores que colaboraram na criação do transistor FD-SOI 28nm. Dessa forma, por meio da análise de dados, foi possível fornecer uma descrição pragmática das condições contextuais responsáveis pela emergência de um conjunto de práticas colaborativas utilizadas no projeto. Essa descrição processual, somada à identificação das práticas colaborativas adotadas para a criação do conhecimento, permitiu a compreensão da dinâmica das práticas colaborativas em projetos conjuntos de P&D, que é a grande originalidade deste estudo. Entre os principais achados da pesquisa está o entendimento de que as diferentes práticas colaborativas adotadas tendem a agregar diferentes tipos de conhecimentos ao projeto; garantindo, assim, a síntese dinâmica entre conhecimentos tácitos e explícitos. Outrossim, reconheceu-se que o tipo de prática colaborativa adotada em um projeto conjunto de P&D varia de acordo com o estoque de conhecimento necessário para tornar o conceito realidade, e também conforme a estratégia de criação do conhecimento adotada em cada fase do projeto colaborativo de P&D. Este estudo possibilitou confirmar a tese de que a dinâmica das práticas colaborativas de criação do conhecimento em projetos conjuntos de P&D na indústria de semicondutores são fundamentais para a criação de conhecimento interorganizacional. Espera-se que os resultados encontrados por este estudo possam aumentar o conhecimento sobre a gestão de projetos colaborativos de P&D na indústria de semicondutores, assim como se espera que esses resultados possam gerar reflexões governamentais, sociais e novas contribuições acadêmicas sobre a criação de conhecimento interorganizacional. / The study of collaborative practices of knowledge creation in collaborative projects of research and development is particularly relevant when considering intensive- knowledge industry projects such as the semiconductor in the case of the project of the FD-SOI 28nm transistor, developed in the microelectronics cluster in Grenoble, France. The evidence demonstrated in the literature on the characteristics of knowledge creation do not attack the practices experienced by actors that facilitate this process. Thus, the dynamics of collaborative practices cannot be sufficiently explained by the existing theoretical perspectives, being a black box for the study of inter-organizational relationships. In this work, we sought to understand how the dynamics of collaborative practices of knowledge creation in collaborative projects of R&D occur, from the meaning that project participants attach to their experiences. In this research, we developed a substantive contribution to explain the dynamics of collaborative practices of knowledge creation, which aims at contributing to increase the relational view, as well as the knowledge creation theory by using methodological procedures of grounded theory as well as narrative and temporal maps, in a single case study, taking a procedural approach of qualitative and analitycal nature. To make this possible, we recovered the history of the development of a collaborative project which begins in basic research and extends to the experimental product development. In this study, the story of the collaborative project developed over the last 15 years (1999-2014) was described, according to actors who collaborated in the creation of the FD-SOI 28nm transistor. So, from the data analysis, it was possible to provide a pragmatic description of the contextual conditions responsible for the emergence of a set of collaborative practices used in the project. This procedural description, plus the identification of collaborative practices for knowledge creation, allowed the understanding of the dynamics of collaborative practices in joint R&D projects, which is the greatest originality of this study. Among the main findings of the research, it’s the understanding that the various collaborative practices tend to aggregate different types of knowledge to the project, thus ensuring a dynamic synthesis between tacit and explicit knowledge. It was also recognized that the type of collaborative practice adopted in a joint R&D project varies according to the stock of knowledge required to make the concept real, and according to the knowledge creation strategy, adopted at each stage of the collaborative R&D project. This study allowed us to confirm the thesis that the collaborative practices of knowledge creation in joint R&D projects in the semiconductor industry are fundamental to the creation of inter-organizational knowledge. We hope that the findings of this study will increase awareness of the management of collaborative projects of R&D in the semiconductor industry, and it is expected that these results will generate government and social reflections and new academic contributions on creating inter-organizational knowledge.

La fabrique des conso-marchands : une approche par les dispositifs sociotechniques dans le contexte de la consommation collaborative / The Making of the “Consumer-Seller” : An Approach by Socio-technical dispositives in the Context of Collaborative Consumption.

La consommation collaborative est souvent présentée comme la nouvelle économie du partage et prône l’usage vs la propriété. Il semble pourtant que certaines pratiques collaboratives soient sources d’hyperconsommation et encouragent au contraire le consumérisme. Dans le cadre de la présente recherche doctorale, nous cherchons à identifier et comprendre les modalités de la montée en compétences marchandes des consommateurs. Nous étudions ce processus à travers les dispositifssociotechniques dans le contexte de la consommation collaborative. Nos résultats révèlent que certaines pratiques collaboratives permettent l’expression de l’Homme-entrepreneur et alimentent la logique néolibérale plutôt que de la remettre en question. Ils montrent également que les dispositifs sociotechniques sont omniprésents et capables de former en masse des consommateurs, les amenant àse conduire tels des conso-marchands au sein d’une hétérotopie « consumériste ». Notre travail souligne en outre que les conso-marchandes étudiées, dans la pratique du vide-dressing, développent certes leur entrepreneurialité mais veulent néanmoins préserv er un espace entre le jeu et le sérieux pour continuer à « jouer à la marchande ». / Collaborative consumption is often presented as the new economy of sharing and advocates usage vs. ownership. However, it seems that certain collaborative practices are sources of hyperconsumption and that they actually encourage consumerism. As part of this doctoral research, we seek to identify and understand the rise of commercial skills among consumers. We take a sociotechnical dispositives approach to study this process in the context of collaborative consumption. Our results demonstrate that certain collaborative practices allow the expression of the entrepreneurial subject and fuel the neoliberal logic rather than question it. They also show that socio-technical dispositives are omnipresent and capable of mass shaping consumers, leading them to behave like consumer-seller within a "consumerist" heterotopy. Furthermore, our results reveal how the consumersellers studied, in the context of a jumble sale, certainly develop their entrepreneurship but nevertheless want to preserve a certain distance between game and reality to continue to "play shop".

Un système de produits-services est une offre composée de produits et de services dont l’objectif est d’apporter une forte valeur ajoutée aux besoins des clients. Le développement de telles offres requiert de nombreuses compétences, certaines étant maîtrisées par l’entreprise qui initie ce développement, d’autres étant spécifiques à ses fournisseurs. Collaborer avec ces derniers est devenu crucial pour l’entreprise cliente afin de répondre aux besoins d’innovation, d’être plus réactif vis-à-vis de l’évolution des marchés et d’optimiser le tryptique coût, qualité et délai de l’offre finale. De telles collaborations nécessitent d’être soigneusement construites, puis managées, pour que le développement de la nouvelle offre soit un succès. Le projet de recherche présenté dans ce mémoire, mené lors d’une thèse sous contrat CIFRE avec Schneider Electric, contribue à la mise en œuvre d’une collaboration client-fournisseurs performante dans le développement de systèmes de produits-services. L’objectif de ce travail était de formaliser un processus permettant de structurer la collaboration, ceci afin de venir en support aux équipes menant des projets en collaboration avec des fournisseurs. Le résultat porté par ce projet de recherche est un processus de co-développement, intégrant l’approche managériale du développement d’une nouvelle offre, avec la dimension relationnelle qui caractérise la manière dont se vit la collaboration au quotidien. Une recherche de type ingénierique a été menée. Elle s’appuie sur sept études de cas conduites au sein de l’entreprise Schneider Electric et auprès de six autres entreprises issues de secteurs industriels différents tels l’armement, la cosmétique ou encore l’assurance. De nombreux acteurs, intervenant au niveau central dans les entreprises et dans les projets de développement, ont été sollicités aussi bien du côté des entreprises clientes que de celui des fournisseurs. Le processus de co-développement, que nous proposons ici, se fonde sur le cycle de vie de la collaboration et le cycle de vie de l’offre. D’une part, il décrit les activités managériales et leur séquencement, les rôles et responsabilités de chaque fonction impliquée dans le projet et les liens avec les autres processus de l’entreprise. Cette approche, dite top-down, permet de comprendre la collaboration client-fournisseurs dans son ensemble et d’anticiper les activités à mener avec les fournisseurs. D’autre part, cette approche managériale a été enrichie par des illustrations des pratiques collaboratives décrivant les interactions au jour le jour entre les acteurs client et fournisseurs. Cette seconde approche, de type bottom-up, insiste sur la dimension relationnelle au sein du projet. Elle caractérise les interactions entre les participants au quotidien et contribue ainsi à la création de confiance et d’engagement, à l’alignement des efforts, à l’apprentissage mutuel : des éléments nécessaires à la réussite du développement de la nouvelle offre. L’originalité de notre travail réside dans la combinaison de ces deux approches dans l'élaboration d'un même processus, combinaison qui permet de comprendre comment s’effectue au quotidien le co-développement d'un nouveau système de produits-services entre plusieurs entreprises. / A products-services system is an offer integrating products and services with the aim of bringing a strong added value to the needs of the clients. The development of such offers requires numerous capabilities, some being mastered by the company developing the offer, others being specific to the suppliers. To collaborate with them became crucial for the customer company to meet the needs of innovation, to be more reactive toward the evolution of markets and to optimize the cost, the quality and the development time of the offer. Such collaborations require to be carefully constructed, then managed, so that the development of the new offer is successful. The research project presented in this report, led during a thesis under a CIFRE contract with Schneider Electric, contributes to the implementation of successful customer-suppliers collaborations in development of products-services systems. The aim of this work was to formalize a process that would help the structuring of a collaboration, which would in turn support the teams in charge of leading collaborative projects with suppliers. The final result of our work is a co-development process integrating the managerial approach of the development of a new offer, with the relational dimension characterizing the way collaboration is lived on a daily basis. The engineered research approach has been followed in this project, which leans on seven case studies within Schneider Electric company and six others companies stemming from different branches of industry such armament, cosmetic or insurance. Numerous actors, working at the corporate level in companies and in development projects, have been mobilized in client companies as well as in suppliers companies. The co-development process we propose here is based on the life cycle of the collaboration and the life cycle of the products-services systems. On one hand, it describes the managerial activities and their sequencing, the roles and the responsibilities of functions involved in the project, and the links with the others processes of the company. This top-down approach allows understanding the customer-suppliers collaboration as a whole and to anticipate the activities to be led with the suppliers. On the other hand, this managerial approach has been enriched by the illustration of collaborative practices describing the interactions from day to day between customer and suppliers. This second approach, bottom-up type, highlights the relational dimension of the project. It characterizes the daily interactions between the participants and thus contributing to the creation of commitment and trust, to the alignment of the efforts, and to mutual learning: elements necessary to the success of the project. The originality of our work resides in the combination of these two approaches in the same process, a combination which allows understanding how the co-development of a new products-services system is performed between several companies on a daily basis.

Memorias de un sueño. Autobiografía escénica sobre un pasado reciente de Colombia

[ES] Mediante esta tesis doctoral se ha llevado a cabo la producción de un dispositivo escénico que da a conocer las experiencias vividas de una familia colombiana en el seno del conflicto armado. Su puesta en escena emplea la hibridación de lenguajes y se inserta en el campo expandido de experimentación, buscando el sentir común de una memoria colectiva. De esta manera, se crea una acción poético-política con proyecciones, performance y lectura escénica, a través del encuentro intersubjetivo y el agenciamiento colectivo. Para ello, se abordan tres vertientes dentro de este acontecimiento socio-cultural-poético: la memoria individual y colectiva, la violencia política de la desaparición forzada y las dramaturgias de la imagen, en el espacio escénico contemporáneo. A partir de esta articulación conceptual, esta tesis inicia con la ideación y búsqueda de una poética propia a través de la imaginación y el recuerdo, además se ha realizado un proceso colaborativo entre las maestras y estudiantes de la asignatura Práctica Escénica Contemporánea de la Universitat Politècnica de València, lo que ha permitido generar nuevas subjetividades entre artefactos, sujetos y narrativas. Al tratarse de una investigación teórico-práctica el resultado de esta investigación es, además de toda la reflexión teórica plasmada en este documento, el dispositivo artístico Memorias de un sueño: una cadena infinita de afectos para hacernos invisibles a la muerte. Este dispositivo fue estrenado en Valencia, España, el 5 de junio de 2021, en el Teatro Círculo. Dicha obra sirvió como forma de visibilizar la relación entre la memoria autobiográfica de un pasado reciente y la actualidad mediática del estallido social de 2021 en Colombia. / [CA] Mitjançant aquesta tesi doctoral s'ha dut a terme la producció d'un dispositiu escènic que dona a conéixer les experiències viscudes d'una família colombiana en el si del conflicte armat. La seua posada en escena empra la hibridació de llenguatges i s'insereix en el camp l'expandit d'experimentació, buscant el sentir comú d'una memòria col·lectiva. D'aquesta manera, es crea una acció poètic-política amb projeccions, performance i lectura escènica, a través de la trobada intersubjectiva i el agenciamient col·lectiu. Per a això, s'aborden tres vessants dins d'aquest esdeveniment sociocultural- poètic: la memòria individual i col·lectiva, la violència política de la desaparició forçada i les dramatúrgies de la imatge, en l'espai escènic contemporani. Its staging employs the hybridisation of languages and is inserted in the expanded field of experimentation, seeking the common feeling of a collective memory. In this way, a poetic-political action is created with projections, performance and scenic reading, through intersubjective encounters and collective agency. To this end, three aspects are addressed within this socio-cultural-poetic event: individual and collective memory, the political violence of forced disappearance and the dramaturgies of the image, in the contemporary stage space. From this conceptual articulation, this thesis begins with the ideation and search for its own poetics through imagination and memory, and a collaborative process has been carried out between the teachers and students of the Contemporary Stage Practice course at the Universitat Politècnica de València, which has allowed the generation of new subjectivities between artefacts, subjects and narratives. As this is a theoretical-practical investigation, the result of this research is evident in all the theoretical reflection expressed in this document and in the artistic device Memorias de un sueño: una cadena infinita de afectos para hacernos invisibles a la muerte (Memories of a dream: an infinite chain of affections to make us invisible to death). This device was premiered in Valencia (Spain), on 5 June 2021, at the Teatro Circulo.
