Řízení procesu třídění programovatelným automatem / Control of sorting by programmable logic controller

My diploma thesis deals with the design and production of the first of the two parts of a device for classifying goods. This device needs two programmable logic controllers (hereafter PLCs), produced by Phoenix Contact, to complete these activities. These controllers are interconnected. One part of the solution, which is described in my thesis in detail, deals with the communication between these controllers, the design of optimalization of methods of classifying goods, which is important for the operation of the whole device and visualization realization. The PLCs are programmed in PC worx software and the visualisation has been made using the Visu+ programme produced by Phoenix Contact. The outcome of my thesis is a device, which, after setting up of the parameters, works independently and is completely controlled by a HDMI touch screen. This thesis has been supported by the Czech Ministry of Education in the frame of MSM 0021630529 Research Intention Inteligent Systems in Automation.

La presente investigación analiza la comunicación visual utilizada en el proyecto de responsabilidad social Comedores Cálidda y su influencia en el desarrollo sostenible de la urbanización popular Las Dunas de Surco. Se plantea que la comunicación visual del proyecto contribuye con el desarrollo de la mencionada comunidad, debido a que influye en su implementación y proceso de ejecución, generando mayor entendimiento y alcance de personas favorecidas. La metodología planteada combina técnicas de análisis documental y trabajo de campo. Se entrevista a uno de los encargados del proyecto y se analiza las piezas de comunicación visual utilizadas. Así también, se realiza una observación de la zona y entrevistas a la líder del comedor popular y a los habitantes de la zona. Como resultado, se conoce el funcionamiento de la comunicación del proyecto, comprendiendo que desde un inicio no se contemplaron objetivos comunicacionales claros. La población desconoce el proyecto, sin embargo muestra interés en conocer las acciones sociales de la empresa. Finalmente, se concluye que la comunicación visual del proyecto no influye en el desarrollo sostenible de la urbanización popular Las Dunas, debido a que la estrategia comunicacional no informó correctamente sobre su proceso de ejecución y sus resultados. Cálidda, así como muchas otras empresas en el Perú socialmente responsables, no difunden sus buenas acciones. La correcta difusión de la información en torno a sus proyectos permite que los involucrados tengan un mayor entendimiento de sus beneficios, pudiendo aprovecharlos óptimamente y generando así un cambio significativo en la sociedad. / This research analyzes the visual communication used in the social responsibility project Comedores Cálidda and its influence on the sustainable development of the popular urbanization Las Dunas de Surco. It is proposed that the visual communication of the project contributes to the development of the aforementioned community, because it influences its implementation and execution process, generating greater understanding and reach of favored people. The proposed methodology combines documentary analysis techniques and field work. One of the project managers is interviewed and the pieces of visual communication used are analyzed. Also, an observation of the area is made and interviews with the leader of the popular dining room and the habitants of the area. As a result, the operation of the project communication is known, understanding that clear communication objectives were not contemplated from the beginning. The population is unaware of the project, however it shows interest in knowing the company's social actions. Finally, it is concluded that the visual communication of the project does not influence the sustainable development of the popular urbanization Las Dunas, because the communication strategy did not correctly inform about its execution process and its results. Cálidda, as well as many other socially responsible companies in Peru, do not spread their good actions. The correct dissemination of information about their projects allows those involved to have a greater understanding of their benefits, being able to take advantage of them optimally and thus generating a significant change in society. / Trabajo de investigación

Esta investigación tiene por objetivo valorar el papel de la identidad visual en la generación de empatía como parte de la cultura organizacional de las empresas privadas del sector bancario. Así, se planteó como hipótesis que la adecuada implementación de los elementos de una identidad visual ayudará a generar valores como la empatía para poder cambiar y mejorar las dinámicas y vínculos laborales en el Perú. El tipo de investigación es descriptiva, ya que se busca observar el fenómeno de estudio y describir su comportamiento. Además, el diseño de investigación es mixta teniendo características cualitativas y cuantitativas, contando con trabajo de campo con la finalidad de recolectar información directa de los mismos trabajadores y de especialistas en los temas de la investigación. Los resultados obtenidos evidencian que existe un ambiente laboral agradable para los trabajadores gracias a los valores institucionales como la empatía, desarrollando de manera exitosa sus relaciones laborales. Además, el 100% de los individuos encuestados afirma conocer los valores institucionales, por lo que se pudo corroborar que existe coherencia en la comunicación visual que transmiten los elementos de la identidad, siendo los colores y el tono de comunicación los elementos más importantes para transmitirlos adecuadamente. Finalmente, se pudo valorar el papel de la identidad visual en la generación de empatía en la institución bancaria, y se puede afirmar que la identidad visual corporativa ayuda a transmitir la comunicación interna de manera coherente soportando los valores planteados en la cultura organizacional estableciendo relaciones laborales basadas en la empatía. / This research aims to assess the role of visual identity in generating empathy as part of the organizational culture of private companies in the banking sector. Therefore, it was hypothesized that the proper implementation of visual identity’s elements will help to generate values ​​such as empathy that will be able to change and improve labor dynamics and bonds in Peru. The research type is descriptive, since it seeks to observe the phenomenon within the study and describe its behavior. In addition, the research design is mixed with qualitative and quantitative characteristics, including a field work with the intention of collecting information from the workers and specialists in the research topics. The main results show that there is a pleasant working environment for workers due to institutional values ​​such as empathy, which successfully help to develop their labor relations as well. In addition, 100% of the participants claim to know their institutional values, which could mean that there is coherence in the visual communication that the elements of identity transmit, with colors and tone of voice as the most important elements to transmit. Finally, it was possible to assess the role of visual identity as an empathy generator in the banking institutions. It can also be affirmed that corporate visual identity helps to transmit internal communication in a coherent way as well as it supports the values ​​established in the organizational culture by establishing labor relationships based on empathy. / Trabajo de investigación

Social networks have very quickly become a popular channel for politicians to communicate information to their constituents. The thesis deals with the question, if the social network communication affects the election results. It also monitors the activity of selected candidates for the post of MEP before the elections in 2019. Their posts on Facebook and Twitter are then analyzed to find a possible relationship between the activity of candidates on social networks in the period from April 23rd to May 23rd, 2019 and the outcome of the European elections. At the same time, it also fact-checks the candidates' practical statements.

My diploma thesis is named Sponsoring as a part of a marketing communication. How it is perceptible already from the title, the main theme of the whole work is relatively young tool of marketing communication - sponsoring. In theoretical part of my diploma work I firstly attend to the marketing communication and marketing mix , consequently in one chapter I lightly mention mark plus its identity. Then I concentrate directly on the sponsoring plus the explication of CSR -- Corporate Social Responsibility. Practical volume of my work is bent on the company Skoda Auto. Skoda Auto is a firm with more than centenary tradition. Skoda Auto is the biggest inland employer and together with the company CEZ belongs to the group of biggest sponsors in Czech Republic. Part of my diploma thesis is a questionnaire aimed for the fact - how the public perceives the company Skoda Auto.

Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo apresentar um perfil de radiocomunicadores bolivianos que atuam em emissoras voltadas aos imigrantes andinos na cidade de São Paulo. O recorte está focado no papel que os perfilados desempenham como comunicadores, mostrando, assim, as opiniões deles a respeito das rádios, do trabalho que fazem, das dificuldades que enfrentam e do conteúdo que transmitem, com interesse específico nas notícias, a saber, no radiojornalismo. O planejamento da pesquisa foi dividido em quatro fases: elaboração do método, levantamento bibliográfico, a execução dos perfis de dois comunicadores e análise. O método da dissertação foi baseado nas definições de perfis, de Sérgio Vilas-Boas, na escrita literária pautada nas pesquisas de Edvaldo Pereira Lima e Monica Martinez, e na execução de entrevistas semiestruturadas, com base nas definições de César Augusto Bernal Torres. A pesquisa apresenta características do trabalho desses comunicadores, desde a formação até a produção radiofônica, especialmente no jornalismo e o papel que desempenham como radiocomunicadores latino-americanos. / This study aims so present a profile of Bolivian communicators working on radios for Bolivian immigrants in the city of São Paulo. The approach was the relationship of these communicators with the radio and the role they play as communicators, showing their opinion about the radios, about the work they do, about the difficulties they face and the production of news, the radiojournalism. The research was divided into four phases: elaboration of the method, bibliographic survey, the execution of the profiles of two communicators and the analysis. The method was based on the profile definitions by Sérgio Vilas-Boas, in the literary writing based on the researches of Edvaldo Pereira Lima and Monica Martinez, and in the execution of semistructured interviews, based on the definitions of César Augusto Bernal Torres. The analysis of the profiles of Jorge Gutierrez and Jaime Chuquimia was made with the support of the work of André Barbosa Filho, Niceto Blázquez and interviews with others researchers. The research presents characteristics of the work of these communicators and the role they play as Latin American radio communications.

The study has been carried out at the spare parts department at Scania AB. The department works with a process called Phase Out Request (POR). The company works according to Lean and in the POR process many bottlenecks arise and production stops when products are phased out. The purpose of the study is to improve the POR process for spare parts at the spare parts department, Scania AB. To achieve the purpose, the following problem formulations have been identified: How can the communication in the POR process be improved? How can the workflow be improved? The theory used is based on workflow and communication, and deals with, among other things, visual control, quality and organizational development and the communication components and problems. Qualitative method has been used to carry out the study and the letter method and in-depth interview have been carried out to collect data. There are visual improvement possibilities within the process and the study contributes to the process being improved with visual clarity such as process map and flow diagram. In addition, concrete improvement proposals have also been developed that can be implemented by the organization in the short term. The proposed solutions can be used in other processes, as organizations should strive for a flow in their operations and improve their communication. Flow in the business and communication are parts that are everywhere and that everyone can benefit from improving. / Studien har genomförts på reservdelsavdelningen på Scania AB. Avdelningen arbetar med en process vid namn Phase Out Request (POR). Företaget arbetar enligt Lean och inom PORprocessen uppstår det många flaskhalsar och produktionen avstannar när produkter ska fasas ut. Syftet med studien är att förbättra POR-processen för reservdelar på reservdelsavdelningen, Scania AB. För att nå syftet har följande problemformuleringar identifierats: Hur kan kommunikationen i POR-processen förbättras? Hur kan arbetsflödet förbättras? Den teori som använts utgår från arbetsflöde och kommunikation och behandlar bland annat visuell styrning, kvalitets- och organisationsutveckling och kommunikationens beståndsdelar och problem. Kvalitativ metod har använts för att genomföra studien och brevmetoden och djupintervju har genomförts för att samla in data. Det finns visuella förbättringsmöjligheter inom processen och studien bidrar till att processen kan förbättras med visuell tydlighet såsom processkarta och flödesdiagram. Utöver det har även konkreta förbättringsförslag tagits fram som kan implementeras av organisationen på kort sikt. De lösningsförslag som arbetats fram kan användas i andra processer också eftersom organisationer bör vilja sträva efter ett flöde i sin verksamhet och förbättra sin kommunikation. Flöde i verksamheten och kommunikation är delar som finns överallt och som alla kan ha nytta av att förbättra.

Abordagem pragmática para estimulação da comunicação em crianças no espectro do autismo: uma proposta de intervenção parental / Pragmatic approach for communication stimulation for kids under diagnostic hypothesis of autism: a parental intervention proposal

Esse trabalho descreve uma pesquisa realizada com pais de crianças entre dois e cinco anos de idade que apresentavam hipótese diagnóstica de autismo (CID F 84, escala CARS acima de 30 ou critérios do DSM-5). O objetivo do estudo foi verificar a eficácia de um programa de intervenção com os pais dessas crianças. As análises partiram de oito encontros com as crianças e/ou seus pais para fins de avaliação, orientação teórica e intervenção prática. As sessões foram filmadas para análise qualitativa e quantitativa e os questionários de avaliação e reavaliação foram tabulados individualmente para tratamentos estatísticos visando a mensuração da eficácia do programa. Os seguintes instrumentos foram utilizados: Questionário sociodemográfico, Questionário \"Perfil de dificuldades comunicativas de cuidadores de crianças no espectro do autismo\" (Balestro, JI & Fernandes, FDM, 2012), Questionário APLSC \"Avaliação pragmática da linguagem e comunicação social\" (Fernandes, Hyter, Applegate, Vogindroukas, 2017), \"Teste PFC: Perfil Funcional da Comunicação\" (Fernandes, FDM, 2004), programa de intervenção parental e questionário de satisfação sobre o grupo de pais. Verificou-se que a intervenção parental desenvolvida foi efetiva e benéfica para o desenvolvimento sociocomunicativo das crianças em questão. Houve aproveitamento do programa realizado, confirmado a partir das mudanças significativas encontradas na diminuição das dificuldades comunicativas observadas pelos pais (p= 0,02) e também, das dificuldades de comunicação social sob a ótica dos pais (p=0,046). Os achados pragmáticos com relação ao percentual de interatividade, espaço comunicativo utilizado e número de atos comunicativos expressos também apresentaram mudanças estatisticamente relevantes (p > 0,05). Por fim, o questionário de satisfação aplicado apontou opiniões positivas dos pais referentes ao tipo de intervenção realizada. Com este trabalho foi possível sobretudo validar uma forma de intervenção parental, passível de ser replicada em contexto clínico, que busca transformar as relações pais -paciente - terapeuta de forma humanizada e ao mesmo embasada cientificamente / This work describes a research accomplished with parents of kids from two to five years old, presenting diagnostic hypothesis of autism (CID F84, CARS scale over 30, DSM-5 criteria). The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficiency of an intervention program for these children\'s parents. The analysis derived from eight encounters with the children and/or their parents in order to assess the child`s communication, followed by technical instruction and practical intervention. The sessions were filmed for qualitative and quantitative analysis and the assessment and reassessment questionnaires were separately registered on a spread-sheet for statistical treatment in order to measure the training program\'s efficiency. The following resources were used: Social Demographic Questionnaire, Questionnaire \"Comunicative difficulty profile from carers of children under autism spectre (Balestro, JI & Fernandes, FDM, 2012), Questionnaire LPSCE Language\'s pragmatic and social communication evaluation\" (Fernandes, Hyter, Applegate, Vogindroukas, 2017), CFP Test: Comunication Functional Profile (Fernandes, FDM, 2004), Parental Intervention Program and satisfaction questionnaire for the parent\'s group. It was verified that the developed parental intervention was effective and beneficial for the social and communicative development of those children. The program was wee succeed, confirmed by the significant changes found in the decrease in the communicative difficulties observed by the parents (p = 0.02) and also in the difficulties of social communication from the perspective of the parents (p = 0.046). The pragmatic findings regarding the percentage of interactivity, communicative space used and number of communicative acts expressed also showed statistically relevant changes (p > 0.05). Finally, the questionnaire of satisfaction applied pointed to positive opinions of the parents regarding the type of intervention performed. From this work, it was possible to validate a form of parental intervention, to be replicated in a clinical context, which seeks to transform the parent - patient - therapist relationship in a humanized and scientifically based manner
