O principal argumento organiza-se sobre a ideia de que, por essa época, os discursos propagados em jornais, revistas femininas e pela TV buscavam oferecer parâmetros culturais que favorecessem, por um lado, o rompimento com uma mentalidade patriarcal, ainda, fortemente marcada por valores morais católicos e, por outro, o surgimento de novas práticas sociais de determinado modelo de mulheres, que ousaram criar novos formatos de sonhos, iniciativas e independências em Teresina. Observou-se que esses fatores redefiniram as identidades ditas femininas, desdobrando-as noutros modelos e performances, modificando as práticas familiares e da conjugalidade. Nesse sentido, novos signos e símbolos foram definidos na arte, cultura, política e no espaço urbano, com a abertura de novas oportunidades de empregos, estudos e de entretenimento, bem como novas possibilidades de cidadania às mulheres jovens, que sonhavam com sua independência financeira, profissional e familiar. Por esse caminho e com base na análise das trajetórias de sete mulheres que vivenciaram sua fase juvenil em Teresina, observou-se que a travessia dos anos 1980 foi impulsionada por mudanças que, embora iniciadas nos anos 1960 e 1970, foram propagadas pelos canais de mídia, representados pelas FMs e por jornais impressos, a exemplo do Jornal O Dia e Estado, trajetórias que deveriam atender às expectativas de performances de mulheres que acompanhassem o ritmo veloz dos anos 1980. Nesse cenário observou-se também uma energia transformadora do sujeito mulher, com a legitimação de condições para constituir-se mulher independente dos valores impostos pelos resquícios do patriarcalismo na sociedade piauiense. A pesquisa foi alicerçada nas leituras que problematizam na pesquisa historiográfica, o campo dos estudos de gênero, seguindo pela ótica da nova história cultural o diálogo com Vaitsman (1994), Cardoso (2003), Castelo Branco (2013), Queiroz (2006), Pinsky (2013), Pedro (2013), Perrot (2016), Rolnik (2014), Certeau (2011), Foucault (2012), entre outros autores, as ideias de identidades culturais, experiências femininas e as mudanças nas práticas familiares e na conjugalidade no final do século XX. / An analysis about the youth singular, behavior and independent experience from women in Teresina-PI in the 80’s is the intention of this research. The main argument is organized surrounding the idea that, around in the 80’s media speech, such as newspaper, women´s magazine and TV shows, aimed to offer cultural standards which could be inclinable to break up with a patriarchal mentality, still strongly marked with Catholic’s issues and, on the other hand, new social practices changing women conduct, whom dared themselves to create new ways to dream, experience and get independent in Teresina. This research reveals that these factors redefined identities known as for women, highlighting other roles able to modify family experiences and perceptions in wedding issues. In this sense, new signs are defined in arts, culture, politics, urban space, providing more opportunities in jobs, studies and entertainment, and also new citizenship possibilities to young women which dreamed about financial, professional and familiar independency. In this way, based on Orality, in the analysis of the narratives of 07 women who has spent their youth in Teresina. It was observed that throught the 80’s the behavior was influenced by changes made in the 60’s and 70’s by media, channels, represented by radios and press newspapers, such a O Dia e Estado had disseminated patterns to reach the female model accepted in those quickly 80’s. On that reality was also observed a huge change in women´s lives, giving them conditions to be independent of the patriarchal values still observed in Piauí society. The theoretical research was based on Authors who discuss in the field of historiographic research, gender studies under new history point of view, such as Vaitsman (1994), Cardoso (2003), Castelo Branco (2013), Queiroz (2006), Pinsky (2013), Pedro (2013), Perrot (2016), Rolnik (2014), Certeau (2011), Foucault (2012) and others, with cultural identity ideas, women’s experiences, and changes in familiar and marriage models in the end of the 20ᵗʰ century.

Therefore, we analyzed some judgments, legislative proposals and other less formal regulatory sources, that enable us to verify arguments, discursive strategies and moralities mobilized which treat about family. Although the material is presented in a chronological way, its analysis and organization - the mapping - was not due to a chronological factor, but derives from different circumstances, where it was possible to perceive that, with each new argument that arose, there was also a counter-argument, thus generating a chain, one might say, of action and reaction that result from the same game. In other words, "progressive" and "conservative" discourses and perspectives on family and sexuality are not static and constitute each other mutually. From the material, is possible to perceive that, in order for a certain judicial decision to be validated or for a parliamentary position to be sustained, we must go through different knowledges, such as socio-legal, scientific, biomedical and religious. These different discourses sometimes intersect, propagating or reinforcing a certain idea, but they are also ignored or excluded in other aspects. In all the complexity of these discourses / arguments and their connections with other issues, there are two points that in this work have been central. The first is the relation nature and culture, which seems to support discourses about sexuality and family. The second point is a question about state politics: in our analysis, there is a dispute about the notion of democracy and, with it, the relation between State and religion, which refers to a discussion about historical time (progress, regression , etc.). We will address these questions throughout the text. In addition, from a foucaultian referential, we seek to verify how the discourse serves as support for the construction of relations of power that produce practices, affections, movements, etc. That is, they produce bodies and social relations. Thus, we observe the way in which bodies and their natural / social relations are "visibilized" by the different discursive strategies. / O presente trabalho visa entender o porquê o direito oscila e como ele oscila, através das diferentes noções sobre família que permeiam o campo jurídico-político e que engendraram oscilações quanto ao reconhecimento das conjugalidades não heteronormativas ao longo dos últimos 30 anos. Para tanto, analisamos algumas decisões de órgãos colegiados do Judiciário, alguns Projetos de Lei em tramitação e outras fontes normativas menos formais, que nos permitem verificar argumentos, estratégias discursivas e moralidades mobilizadas no que tange à família. Por mais que o material seja apresentado de uma forma cronológica, a sua análise e organização – o mapeamento – não se deu em razão de um fator cronológico, mas deriva de circunstâncias diversas, onde foi possível perceber que, a cada novo argumento que surgia, surgia também um contra-argumento, gerando assim uma cadeia, pode-se dizer, de ação e reação que resultam de um mesmo jogo. Ou seja, discursos e perspectivas “progressistas” e “conservadoras” sobre família e sexualidade não são estáticas e se constituem mutuamente. Por meio do material é possível perceber que, para que determinada decisão judicial seja convalidada ou para que determinado posicionamento parlamentar seja sustentado, temos que transitar por diferentes saberes, tais quais, o sócio-jurídico, científico, biomédico e religioso. Esses diferentes discursos por vezes entrecruzam-se, propagando ou reforçando determinada ideia, mas também se ignoram ou se excluem em outros aspectos. Em toda a complexidade dos discursos/argumentos e de suas conexões com outras questões, existem dois pontos que, neste trabalho, se mostraram centrais. O primeiro é a relação natureza e cultura, que parece sustentar discursos sobre sexualidade e família. O segundo ponto, é uma questão sobre a política de Estado: em nossas análises, existe uma disputa em torno da noção de democracia e, com ela, da relação entre Estado e religião, que remete a uma discussão sobre tempo histórico (progresso, retrocesso, etc.). São questões sobre as quais nos debruçaremos ao longo do texto. Em acréscimo, a partir de um referencial foucaultiano, buscamos verificar como o discurso serve de apoio para a construção de relações de poder que produzem práticas, afetos, movimentos, etc. Ou seja, produzem corpos e relações sociais. Assim, observamos a maneira como os corpos e suas relações naturais/sociais são "visibilizados" pelas diferentes estratégias discursivas.

The data collection of this research was done through individual interviews and records of collective interventions in field diaries. The assumptions of the Grounded Theory and, as an analytical proposal, the conceptions derived from the American black feminism from the intersectional perspective are used as methodological dimension. Through this theoretical contribution is proposed an understanding of the strategic forms of agency in the prison territory engendered by persons in detention in this gallery. In addition to addressing the policies of conjugality, it is sought to reflect on the ways of experiencing sexuality and gender in the prison context from a dialogical identity perspective. / O presente estudo tem como objetivo a compreens?o sobre os agenciamentos de pol?ticas identit?rias e de conjugalidades em uma ala exclusiva para pessoas travestis, companheiros de travestis, gays, bissexuais e seus companheiros, no Pres?dio Central de Porto Alegre. A coleta de dados dessa pesquisa se deu por meio de entrevistas individuais e de registros em di?rio de campo das interven??es coletivas. Utilizam-se como dimens?o metodol?gica os pressupostos da Teoria Fundamentada e, como proposta anal?tica, as concep??es dial?gicas e as derivadas das cr?ticas do feminismo negro estadunidense sob uma perspectiva interseccional. Atrav?s destes aportes te?ricos prop?e-se uma compreens?o das formas estrat?gicas de agenciamento de si no territ?rio carcer?rio engendradas por pessoas em deten??o nesta galeria, abordando pol?ticas de conjugalidade, refletindo sobre as formas de experienciar sexualidade e g?nero no contexto prisional em uma perspectiva dial?gica.
