This study analyses the growing area of research that explores the evolution of technology from social and cognition perspective – and how the design and various implementation of technology are being shaped by the factors related to social-constructivism and beliefs systems of individuals. The newly developed technological phenomena of Cryptocurrency – the digital currency for all, provides us with an excellent case to study. We apply social and cognitive processes to understand technology trajectories across the life cycle of cryptocurrency. We thus deepen our understanding by analyzing why and what causes the various technological trajectories in the era of ferment and concluding our research by deriving various technological 'themes'. – that might evolve as the phenomena of cryptocurrency while moving towards the era of dominant design.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / Partindo da experiência da pesquisadora como professora em uma escola construtivista e suas decepções com as promessas de alegria e liberdade que, ao longo de sua formação, depositara neste método pedagógico, esta pesquisa busca colocar em perspectiva - inspirada em algumas ideias de Baruch Spinoza -, uma outra ideia de alegria e liberdade, bem como delinear algumas implicações que esta nova abordagem poderia trazer ao pensarmos a escola para além do construtivismo. Sem a intenção de propor um método, a pesquisa ensaia alguns aspectos do deslocamento do que entendemos como alegria e liberdade.As conclusões do trabalho apontam que o caminho tortuoso e cheio de obstáculos para que uma vida escolar seja o mais alegre e livre possível seria aquele capaz de fazer brotar, estimular e desenvolver a potência singular de seus alunos e professores, conduzidos por sua natureza. / Starting from the experience of the researcher as a teacher in a constructivist school and their disappointments with the promises of joy and freedom that, throughout his training, deposited in this pedagogical method, this research seeks to put in perspective - inspired by some ideas of Baruch Spinoza - another idea of joy and freedom, as well as outlining some implications that this new approach could bring the school to think beyond constructivism. Without the intention to propose a
method, the research tested some aspects of the displacement that we understand how joy and freedom. The findings of the study show that the tortuous path full of obstacles and for a school life is as happy and free as possible that would be able to bring out, encourage and develop the unique power of their students and teachers, led by their nature.

This research examined which factors of influence contributed towards efficacious systemic leadership development, within case studies in the energy and military sectors, and identified and explained common underlying themes and factors which could help formulate future interventions, as well as enhance extant theoretical knowledge. The literature showed that key challenges exist in identifying what contribution leadership development makes to enhancing organisational leadership, and as such, social capital and systemic development. To focus the research, specific definitions were constructed, as to what sort of effective leadership positively impacts upon organisational leadership; which cardinal themes of leadership development traverse interventions, namely Delivery, Contextualisation, Performance, Impact and Values integration; and what constitutes systemic leadership development. A Social Constructivist position was adopted which explains the nature of the phenomena underlying systemic leadership development.

Segundo Piaget as teorias clássicas que versam sobre a inteligência, não levam em conta que esta noção possui uma gênese. A inteligência nasce do esquematismo das ações e caracteriza-se como ação que coordena meios e fins (desde as ações sensório-motoras). Neste sentido, a inteligência expressa o aspecto dinâmico da construção da razão no sujeito, que possibilita o conhecimento / Abstract: The purpose of this study is to discuss the Intelligence Notion of Piaget's Genetic Epistemology and possible implications to the Science Education, which searches for the building of independent subjects and it is aware of its historical significance, i.e., an education that is not just transmitting content. Orientador: Marcelo Carbone Carneiro / Banca: Ana Maria de Andrade Caldeira / Banca: Fernanda da Rocha Brando Fernandez / Resumo: Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo mostrar a importância do pegagogo para o processo ensino aprendizagem nos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental propondo um ensino de ciências fundamentado em uma leitura construtivista. O presente trabalho abordará um breve histórico do curso de Pedagogia, a importância da formação continuada para o efetivo ensino de ciências naturais, assim como, seus conteúdos e metodologias. Buscaremos também explanar sobre a história do ensino de ciências naturais apontando a legislação vigente que ampara esta disciplina e as ideias de Piaget sobre educação. Esta pesquisa envolve três objetos de estudo por meio de uma abordagem qualitativa de análise documental e entrevista proposta por Ludke; André; (1988) Primeiramente analisaremos uma entrevista realizada com pedagogos atuantes em uma Escola Municipal do Interior de São Paulo. Em seguida estudaremos a formação inicial dos pedagogos por meio de documentos que compõem o curso como: matriz curricular, emenda das disciplinas, projeto político e pedagógico, páginas da internet de apresentação, programas e projetos pedagógicos. Analisaremos também os conteúdos de ciências humanas ministrados do primeiro ao quinto ano do Ensino Fundamental por um sistema de ensino. Espera-se que os dados apontados nesta pesquisa contribuam para o Ensino de Ciências, para a formação e construção da identidade do pedagogo assim como o auxiliar em sua formação continuada / Abstract: This research aimed to show the importance of teacher for the learning process in the early years of elementary shool proposing a teaching science based on a constructivist reading. This paper will discuss a brief history of the Faculty of Education, the importance of continuing education for the effective teaching of natural sciences as well as their content and methodologies. We seek also explain about the history of natural science education pointing to existing legislation that supports this disciplines and Piaget's ideas on education. This research involves three objects of study through a qualitative approach to records and interviews proposed by Ludke; André; (1986) First we analyze and interview with acting teachers in a Municipal School of Interior of. Then we study the initial training of teachers through documents that make up the course as: curriculum, the menu of disciplines, political and pedagogical project, the internet pages of presentation, educational programs and projects. We will also consider the natural science content taught from first to fifth year of elementary school for an education system.
