Arbetsplatsbesök -Blev det som det var tänkt? / Workplace visits-Do they correspond to the aim?

Det har nu gått 5 år sedan den nya plan- och bygglagen trädde i kraft, där bland annat det obligatoriska arbetsplatsbesöket infördes. Införandet grundade sig i att myndigheterna tidigare inte hade så bra insyn i byggnationerna runt om i landet. För att öka myndigheternas insyn infördes obligatoriska arbetsplatsbesök. Vid ett arbetsplatsbesök som utförs av en handläggare som representerar byggnadsnämnden är den kontrollansvarige och oftast en byggherre närvarande. Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka kontrollansvarigas och byggherrars tankar om kvalitéten på arbetsplatsbesöken motsvarar plan- och bygglagskommitténs intention till att införa obligatoriska arbetsplatsbesök. Detta har gjorts genom intervjuer med kontrollansvariga och byggherrar i två olika kommuner. Intervjuerna visar att införandet av det obligatoriska arbetsplatsbesöket upplevs positivt men det finns fortfarande förbättringspotential. En av utvecklingspotentialerna handlar främst om brist på erfarenhet hos de yngre handläggarna. Det har även framkommit att det råder brist på resurser för att kunna utföra arbetsplatsbesöken i den omfattning som önskas. Det framkommer också att den nya plan- och bygglagen lämnar ett stort utrymme för egen tolkning av lagen, vilket har lett till att det är svårt att avgöra om ett arbetsplatsbesök har utförts på ett korrekt sätt. / It has now been five years since the new Planning and Building Act (Plan- och bygglagen) came into force, in which the mandatory workplace visit was introduced. The introduction was based in that the authorities had not previously had such a good insight into the construction work around the country. To increase transparency, the authorities introduced mandatory workplace visits. At a workplace visit conducted by an officer who represents the building committee is the control manager, and usually a developer present. The purpose of this essay is to examine the control manager´s and developer´s thoughts on the quality of workplace visits corresponds to the Planning and Building Committee's intention to introduce mandatory workplace visits. This has been done through interviews with control managers and developers in two different municipalities. The interviews show that the introduction of the mandatory workplace visit is perceived positively but there is still potential for improvement. One of the development potential is mainly about the lack of experience of the younger officers. It has also emerged that there is a lack of resources to carry out workplace visits, to the extent desired. It also emerged that the new Planning and Building Act (Plan- och bygglagen) leaves a lot of room for your own interpretation of the law, which has led to difficulties to determine whether a workplace visit has been carried out correctly.

В выпускной квалификационной работе рассматриваются теоретические основы формирования интегрированной системы менеджмента качества. Приводится сравнительный анализ российских и международных стандартов менеджмента качества и выявляются проблемы их интеграции. Предложена методика построения интегрированной системы менеджмента качества при строительстве химического промышленного комплекса. Рассмотрена концепция и особенности проекта строительства химического комплекса «Аммиак-Карбамид-Меламин». Обозначены риски проекта и определены возможности их снижения за счет использования разработанного методического подхода. / In the final qualifying work, the theoretical foundations of the formation of an integrated quality management system are considered. A comparative analysis of Russian and international quality management standards is given and problems of their integration are identified. A technique for constructing an integrated quality management system in the construction of a chemical industrial complex is proposed. The concept and features of the project for the construction of the chemical complex "Ammonia-Urea-Melamine" are considered. The risks of the project are identified and the possibilities of their reduction through the use of the developed methodological approach are identified.

NNTP server jako služba pro systémy založené na technologii Windows-NT / NNTP Server as a Windows Network Service

This work includes specification and analysis of requirements, design and implementation of the internet news server. The server controls newsgroups and associated news. It provides availability of the articles by NNTP protocol and HTTP protocol (by web interface). The server supports a user authentication and an optional proxy mode, when all NNTP requests are resent to another remote NNTP server.  A mechanism that provides news-downloading from remote NNTP servers and performs distribution function is included too. The application is designed to run on MS Windows NT (and higher version) as a NT service. The server is configurable by a graphic user interface. The work also includes theoretical information needed for successful accomplishment of the above-mentioned requirements.

Vliv inovací na hotelové klíčové ukazatele / Impact of Innovations on Key Hotel Indicators

This thesis deals with the impact of innovations integrated from the new company position of Quality Control Manager on key hotel indicators - guest evaluations, occupancy rate and average price. First part of the thesis is dedicated to the introduction to the quality in tourism, its measurement and management systems. Next part deals with AVE Hotels hotel chain and its quality management system. Following chapter is dedicated to Aida Hotel and innovations suggested from the new position of Quality Control Manager. The key part of the thesis compares Hotel Aida with the Oficial Classification of Accommodation Facilities before and after innovations integrated by Quality Control Manager and deals with impact of aplied changes on guest reviews, occupancy rate and average price. Final part of the theses contains conclusion, recommendations of the author and comments. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and consider the depth of the contribution of changes of Quality Control Manager on mentioned indicators. For this purpose, the thesis analyses and compares data about guest reviews, occupancy rate and average price before and after integration of the innovations of Quality Control Manager. The thesis can be used to consider the return of investment in quality improvement and in introduction of quality management and control system.
