Krizių vadybos komanda / Crisis management team

Magistro darbo objektas - krizių vadybos komanda. Darbo tikslas yra išnagrinėti krizių komandos veiklos principus. Todėl siekiant užsibrėžto tikslo yra iškeliami tokie uždaviniai: 1. Išanalizuoti krizių vadybos sampratą; 2. Nustatyti krizių komandos svarbą krizių vadyboje; 3. Nustatyti krizių komandos veiklos principus; 4. Palyginti, ar teorijoje apibrėžti krizių vadybos komandos veiklos principai yra panašūs/atitinka suvokiamus realiose organizacijose. Išanalizavus krizių vadybos literatūrą, krizių vadybos proceso tinkamam užtikrinimui yra matoma tinkamos komandos subūrimo svarba, bei reguliaraus jos darbo proceso užtikrinimas. Nuolatinis krizių planų išbandymas bei peržiūrėjimas, pastovus pažeidimo taškų stebėjimas bei komandinio darbo tobulinimas yra esminiai punktai, norint organizacijai būti visada pasiruošusiai nenumatytam įvykiui. Darbe yra analizuojama krizių komandos veikla tiriant literatūroje patiektas komandos formavimo ir darbo užtikrinimo koncepcijas, lyginant įvairių autorių pateikiamus teiginius ir krizių vadybos komandos darbo supratimą. Taip pat krizių komandos sąvoka yra nagrinėjama, bei analizuojama ir per grupės bei komandos perspektyvas, bandant gretinti minėtas koncepcijas. Atliktus literatūros analizę yra suformuojami krizių vadybos komandos darbo aspektai. Darbo tiriamoji atliekama siekiant išanalizuoti organizacijoje suvokiamos krizių vadybos komandos aspektus. First of all, organization must be aware of potential threats to the existence of crisis, only then it can begin to prepare for possible rigor. To prepare properly for crisis management, for organization there is necessary the recognition that crisis management is a continuous process, when permanent audits of vulnerability points and regular testing and updates of prepared procedures and crisis management plans must be made. However, rather often after manufacture of crisis management plan organizations loose vigilance and relax due to that they now have a plan prepared, which gives them the wrong impression that now they are indefeasible. This position is exactly as bad as the denial that crisis not will overtake us, because we were doing so well. How concept of crisis management provides, even the best plan can not help the organization cope with the crisis situation if there is no well prepared and ready to act crisis management team arranged. Therefore, assembling of the team and the regular work process support of it, is rather important to the process of crisis management. Meningsskapande och meningsgivande inom komplexa krisgrupper : En fallstudie om meningsskapande och meningsgivande påverkan på den komplexa krisgruppen för översvämningarna i Mälaren år 2019

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to increase the knowledge of the complexity of a crisis team consisting of multiple government. Furthermore, the consequences of the complexity on the sensemaking and sensegiving processes, regarding the crisis team in a natural disaster. Method: To be able to answer the questions regarding this study, the empirical data has been collected through six (6) interviews. The researchers for this study have applied a case study on the floodings of Mälaren December 2019. Therefore, the interviews have been done with the persons within this crisis team. Empiricism and Analysis: The theoretical framework that has been applied for the analysis of this study consists of three main topics, complexity, sensemaking and sensegiving. Conclusions: The final conclusions of this study identify that there are multiple factors of complexity that affect the sensemaking and sensegiving process. These complexity factors are: routines, preexperiences, excellence in specific field, terminology, missions, mandate and hierarchy. These complexity factors create frictions and possibilities for the crisis team in regard of the consequences of the complexity factors on the sensemaking and sensegiving processes. / Syfte: Syftet med studien är att skapa en ökad förståelse för komplexitetens påverkan på den meningsskapande och meningsgivande processen. Samt hur detta påverkar en krisgrupp bestående av flertalet myndigheter i en hantering av en naturkatastrof. Metod: För att besvara studiens frågeställningar har det empiriska materialet samlats in genom en kvalitativ metod, i form av sex semistrukturerade intervjuer. Då forskarna för denna studie har tillämpat en fallstudie grundar sig studien på översvämningskriserna i december 2019. Därmed genomfördes intervjuerna på respondenter som representerade olika myndigheter som samverkat i detta fall. Empiri och analys: Det underlag som använts till studiens analys är den teoretiska referensramen som omfattar litteratur om komplexitet, meningsskapande och meningsgivande. Slutsatser: De slutsatser som identifierades var att komplexa faktorer hade en påverkan på meningsskapande och meningsgivande processerna. Dessa huvudsakliga faktorer identifierades som: rutiner, tidigare erfarenheter, spetskompetenser, terminologier, uppdrag, mandat och hierarki. Dessa komplexa faktorer gör att meningsskapande och meningsgivande processerna skapar friktioner och möjligheter för krisgruppen.

Diploma Thesis - Possibilities of social work in a situation of mass disasters in relation to the needs of victims - focuses on the area of psychosocial assistance and social work in mass disasters. It describes in deeper details the types of assistance in mass disasters, focusing on psychosocial assistance. The focus is on human, with its biological, psychological, spiritual and social needs. Then, social work in situations of mass disaster and competences of a social worker are introduced. A separate chapter discusses mobile crisis teams. To achieve the goals of this work, it presents an overview of standards of psychosocial assistance, including legislative basis of help in mass disasters in the Czech Republic. Research section provides an insight into the work of mobile crisis teams in the Czech Republic in the form of examples of good practice. The methodology will be elaborated based on the examples of work of mobile crisis teams, on what has proved successful in providing psychosocial assistance.
