Organizační změna neziskové sportovní organizace (Případová studie jezdeckého oddílu) / The Organizational Change of a Nonprofit Sports Organization (The Case Study of a Riding Club)

Vzorce chování a rozvojové přístupy malých podniků / Behaviour Patterns and Development Approaches of Small Enterprises

Bumberová, Veronika January 2017 (has links)
None of the company, including small businesses, if they want to survive in the current dynamic environment and growth, can not remain static, so some level of adjustment, improvement or change becomes an essential part of operating a business. In order for organizations to grow and survive in the current environment, they must respond to external and internal stimuli and develop systematically. Over time, organizations have developed a strong and persistent pattern of behavior. The aim of the dissertation thesis is to identify and explain the development approaches of small enterprises from the chosen service sector in the Czech Republic through strategic and other internally realized organizational changes and capturing the overall patterns of behavior in the form of the interactive effect of the attributes of the development of these enterprises. The thesis is based on the literature on corporate behavior in organizational theory and the subcategory of organizational changes due to the focus on aspects of decision making in organizations in a changing environment that deals with issues related to the different nature, context and process of change and their proactive or reactive character. The thesis is based on the researcher's pragmatic attitude in the form of a mixed research strategy implemented by a combination of quantitative and qualitative research on a sample of small firms falling under the category of knowledge intensive services. Based on the triangulation of the empirical data obtained from the questionnaire survey and the outputs in the form of a comparative case study on the two most represented in this category representatives (IT services and architectural activities), the results are presented with a view to answering the research questions and objectives stated in this work . The outputs of the dissertation identify specific developmental approaches in the behavior of the Czech population of knowledge intensive services as subsets of SMEs and also reveal the content of the context between the individual attributes of the development of these companies. The results of the research bring practical and theoretical benefits, which are discussed in the conclusion of this work.

Mussik, Reinhard 09 February 2006 (has links)
Using the example of the integrated further education of the police of the land Brandenburg this paper examines how a profound measure of reorganisation can be supported by a behaviour oriented further education. Possibilities are being shown of how to achieve the necessary behavioural changes within the larger frame of a reform process with the help of a framework of further education within the organization itself. Changing established patterns of behaviour of adults has proved to be very difficult in practice. Therefore this paper first of all settles the question which impulses a further development of behaviour oriented further education of adults could receive from research results of neurophysiology and educational science. Further it is being investigated which specific methods can be employed to achieve a long-term change in the patterns of behaviour of adults which are effective in practice and how they can be evaluated. This study introduces a concept for a behaviour oriented further education of adults which does justice to the demands of the organization‘s development as well as of the daily duties. The results of the study are not only valid for the further education measures within the police but they can also be transferred to other areas in which adults are to be made to change established patterns of behaviour within a hierarchically organized structure. The study provides important impulses to the further education of adults who are to remain capable of acting within in the frame of their work even under extreme pressure. This concept therefore could also be applied to further education of firemen, military personnel, teachers, educators, and the personnel of hospitals.

New Space Organization And Development Alternatives In Metu-tech (metu Technopolis)

Ekiz, Cem 01 January 2006 (has links) (PDF)
The analysis of METU-Technopolis buildings and their space organizations indicates that there are two kinds of designing and planning tendencies in METU-Tech. One of them is Northern European and other one is North American Type of office which are also known as two important office designing approaches in the world. Northern European and North American Type of office organizations have different approaches in shaping office space. While Northern European type places far more emphasis on using office space to support staff morale and thus to add value to organizational performance, North American type tends to overestimate cost minimizations. These two types of designing tendencies in the world have had enormous effects on METU-Tech building design. While some buildings like Silicon Block and Silver block give importance to functions in space, and cost minimizations, others like Twin Building gives more importance to space quality and occupancy needs. The aim of this study is to introduce these two different kinds of office design approaches in METU-Technopolis by examining Silicon Block, Silver Block and Twin buildings. These buildings have been examined in three main scales which begin with urban design scale, Macro-Scale development, then Middle-Scale development and finally Micro-Scale development and buildings activities in architectural scale. In macro scale, Urban Design Studio&rsquo / s METU-Tech workings, and in middle- micro scale, advantages and disadvantages of these two space organizations manner have been introduced in detail on Silicon Block, Silver Block and Twin Building. Furthermore, all these three building&rsquo / s statistical information, capacities, and design specifications have been presented in drawings, graphics, and photos.
