Cesty rozvíjení tvořivosti ve vyučování matematice v 1. - 5. ročníku ZŠ / Ways of creativity development in elementary mathematics education

Horáčková, Klára January 2011 (has links)
3 TITLE: Ways of creativity development in elementary mathematics education SUMMARY: This thesis deals with creativity - from a general concept to a more specific perspective - creativity in mathematics lessons and textbooks at elementary schools in relation to the curriculum method and transformation of a number of textbooks towards unique teaching methods. The aim of this thesis is to describe the current situation on a selected sample of experimental groups - elementary school classes (two of them second year and three of them fourth year) which specialize on integration of pupils with specific learning and behavioral disabilities as well as extraordinarily talented pupils and thus provide the broadest possible range of pupils, which enables to find possible links between the used methods and creative teaching approach including creating one's own teaching materials and consequently searching for possible ways to develop creativity of pupils in relation to used methods, textbooks, other materials and forms of work. This thesis uses the following research methods: quantitative and qualitative research, empirical methods - observation, description, analysis. KEYWORDS: creativity, talent, imagination, originality, diagnosis, motivation

Počítačové studium sondové diagnostiky vysokoteplotního plazmatu / Computer study of probe diagnostics in high-temperature plasma

Lachnitt, Jan January 2011 (has links)
Title: Computational study of probe diagnostics in high-temperature plasma Author: Jan Lachnitt Department: Department of Surface and Plasma Science Supervisor: prof. RNDr. Rudolf Hrach, DrSc., Department of Surface and Plasma Science Abstract: This work is concerned to the particle computer modelling of the interaction of plasma, especially edge plasma, with immersed solids, especially probes. First, the speed and accuracy of several algorithms of the electrostatic force calculation were compared. One of the algorithms has been newly proposed. Then, a two-dimensional model of the interaction of collision-less plasma with a probe was created. This model has been applied to experimental data from CASTOR tokamak. The crucial point of this work is the creation of a fully three-dimensional particle model. This model has been tested for accuracy and speed and has been parallelized for higher efficiency. Keywords: plasma, probe diagnostics, computational physics, particle modelling

Zvýšení diagnostické efektivity QF-PCR pro vyšetření aneuploidií z plodové vody / The increased diagnostic efficiency of QF-PCR for aneuploidy of amniotic fluid

Sedláková, Zdeňka January 2013 (has links)
Quantitative fluorescence polymerase chain reaction (QF-PCR) is a molecular genetic method based on the amplification of microsatellites (Short tandem repeats, STR) and measurement of the peak heights of amplicons in the electropherogram. Currently, the QF- PCR deemed reliable, fast, and inexpensive method that is gradually replacing conventional cytogenetic analysis of aneuploidy (examination of long-term cultures of amniotic fluid). However, in certain cases it is impossible to determine the parental origin and meiotic aneuploidy by QF-PCR. The aim of this work was to verify the new dinucleotide STR markers on chromosomes 13, 16, 18, 21, and 22 and further increase the diagnostic efficiency of QF-PCR retaining other STR markers on chromosome 15, 16, 22 and to determine the population and the analytical characteristics of these markers. For all dinucleotide STR markers stutter occurred in high frequency and therefore there were found not to be suitable for routine diagnostics. STR markers for chromosomes 15, 16 and 22 were tested on 100 patients. We selected four informative markers for both chromosome 16 and 22, and three markers for chromosome 15. Thus, I expanded set of diagnostic STR markers in this thesis. Key words: QF-PCR, STR markers, prenatal diagnosis, trisomy.

Relevantnost (ekvivalentnost) terénního hodnocení vytrvalostních předpokladů u fotbalistů výkonnostní úrovně / Field tests relevancy (equipollence) of endurance predisposition of professional footballers

Paroulek, Martin January 2014 (has links)
Title: Field tests relevancy (equipollence) of endurance predisposition of professional footballers. Made by: Bc. Martin Paroulek Supervisor: Prof. Ing. Václav Bunc, Csc. Aims: Contribute to solve problems with defining the level of endurance predisposition of professional footballers. Methods: 10 professional footballers were tested. Their average age was 19,1±0,9 years, average weight was 69,2±2,5 kg and average height was 178±4,2 cm. Data was obtained from three functional load tests. Data was processed by means of correlative analysis. Assumed level of equipollence among load tests was defined 0,7. Results: We haven't found significant relation betweeen measured figures of VO2max laboratory load test and measured figures of field 2 km run test. We even haven't found significant relation between measured figures of VO2max laboratory load test and measured figures of field endurance 20 m shuttle run test. As we can see from the results, field tests cannot be considered as adequate compensation of laboratory tests. More research is needed at this field of survey to be able to confirm it or adjust it. We are aware of limits of our survey and its value of notice, for example number of probands etc. It was confirmed that 2 km run test has higher level of equipollence (0,41) in laboratory load test...

Komparace výsledků testování a diagnostiky herního výkonu u hráčů basketbalu U15 Slavoje BK Litoměřice / Comparison of results of testing and game performance diagnosis of basketball players from team U15 Slavoj BK Litoměřice

Bambas, Martin January 2013 (has links)
Title of thesis: Comparison of results of testing and game performance diagnosis of basketball players from team U15 Slavoj BK Litoměřice. Aim of thesis: To find out if the results of motion performance tests achieved by players during the training process will affect in-game performances of individual players during the season of junior U15 league. Methods of thesis: Analysis of literary sources and use of own experiences of children and youth coaching. While evaluating the motion performance tests done by players of team Slavoj BK Litoměřice, I used the assessment technique. I selected a numerical scale type of this technique. The examination of individual in-game performance was based on a direct field observation with a selected index, when the individual in-game performance of the chosen players is evaluated by the technical record of the game. I made a rating of a player's in-game performance from the data gathered from the game record, which characterizes his overall usefulness for his team in the particular match. Results: Thesis points out the issues of diagnostics of players match performance in sport games of children and youth. Theoretical assumptions correspond with practical experiences from working with children in lower age categories. In my work, I was comparing the motor tests...

Možnosti diagnostiky dyslexie u dětí / The possibilities of diagnosis of dyslexia in children

Matějovská, Lucie January 2014 (has links)
The research study focuses on the development of new appropriate tools suitable for dyslexia assessment of primary school children (grades sixth to ninth), and a process of their pilot standardization. The inspiration was found in the existing tests for different age groups and methods used abroad. Four newly created tests were included into the test battery (test of visual perception, phonological manipulation, auditory segmentation and rapid automatized naming) as well as two already existing tests, which are a part of the validation study (test of auditory discrimination from Novak's Diagnosis of specific learning disabilities battery and Symbol search subtest from Wechsler intelligence scale for children). The research group consisted of 155 students of primary school (grades sixth to ninth), 61 dyslectics and 94 intact students. The results between the intact group and the dyslexic group differed significantly in all tests. The test of phonological manipulation showed the strongest differentiation. The study includes a correlation analysis between the tests and norms created for both groups. The presented predictive model was able to correctly identify 77.4 % of "cases" in relation to the criterion dyslexic - intact group.

Zranění ACL u fotbalistek a možnost prevence / ACL injuries in female soccer players and possible prevention

Satrapová, Pavla January 2017 (has links)
Title: ACL injuries in female soccer players and possible prevention Objectives: The aim of this work is to compile a test battery that becomes a tool to detect and forecast potential injury to the anterior cruciate ligament in women playing football. It should also serve to reduce the total average number of injuries in women's football. Methods: The theoretical part of the thesis is elaborated using literary research. The starting point is available foreign literature, technical articles and foreign studies. I focused mainly on articles related to primary prevention in women ACL. Results: Among the highest risk factors we include join laxity (flexibility), insufficient muscle strength of lower limbs, weakened deep stabilizing system, functional ration of muscle strength on the back and front of the thigh, technique of landing, valgus position of knee joint, poor level of football skills and fatigue. We designed motoric tests that reveal a deficit for given area and we compiled a test battery which enables early diagnosis. Motoric tests that form designed test battery are active raise leg, deep squat, rotational stability, extensional test, hurdle step, test of knee joint valgus position and agility test. Keywords: women's soccer, injury, prevention, ACL, diagnostics

Vyšetření chromozomových aberací v mozaice různými metodami / Analysis of mosaic chromosomal aberrations using various methods

Oroszová, Karin January 2019 (has links)
Mosaicism is represented by two or more chromosomally different cell lines in an individual. Mosaics are most often caused by chromosome malsegregation during mitosis, resulting in the gain or loss of chromosomes, known as aneuploidy, but structural aberrations can also occur in mosaic form. The problem is the limitation of detection with standart cytogenetic methods. The present study was carried out to compare the efficiency of FISH, array CGH and cytogenetic techniques in detection of mosaicism. In the practical part the results of 45 patients with mosaicisms of aneuplody of gonosomes (26 patients) and mosaicisms of autosomes (19 patients) were compared. The data show that we have different peripheral blood karyotype and FISH results in 23 of 37 patients (62%). There was a case of failure of detection of the mosaicism on the karyotype and the FISH method revealed a abnormal cell lines with a percentage of less than 5%. The array CGH method confirmed the karyotype and FISH results in 10 out of 12 patients (83%) in peripheral blood tests. The work also dealt with artificially made mosaics. From the results, it is obvious that the FISH method has a more accurate percentage of mosaic capture compared to the karyotype. The results indicate that using the techniques in parallel allow in clinical...

Využití částic oxidu titaničitého s fosfonáty v medicíně / Titaniun Dioxide - Phosphonate Assemblies as Medical Nanoprobes

Řehoř, Ivan January 2011 (has links)
Titanium Dioxide - Phosphonate Assemblies as Medical Nanoprobes Ivan Řehoř PhD. Thesis Abstract: Multimodal imaging-therapeutic nanoprobe TiO2@RhdGd was prepared and successfully used for in- vitro and in-vivo cell tracking as well as for killing of cancer cells in-vitro. TiO2 nanoparticles, 12 nm in diameter, were used as a core for phosphonic acid modified functionalities, responsible for contrast in MRI and optical imaging. The phosphonic acid derivatives, used for surface modification, allows for grafting extraordinarily high loads of irreversibly adsorbed molecules of both types in one step. The prepared probe shows very high 1 H r1 relaxivity value as well as relaxivity density value, both crucial parameters for its use in MRI. The presence of fluorescent dye in its structure allows for its visualization by means of fluorescence microscopy. The applicability of the probe was studied, using three living systems - mesenchymal stem cells, cancer HeLa cells and T-lymphocytes. The probe did not exhibit toxicity in any of these systems and its long time storage in a lysosomal compartment was confirmed. Labeled cells were successfully visualized in-vitro by means of fluorescence microscopy and MRI. Consequent visualization of labeled cells in-vivo by means of fluorescence microscopy was also achieved....
