Motorická výkonnost dětí staršího školního věku / Fitness of 12 - 15 age children

Pěkný, Marek January 2020 (has links)
: Title: Motor performance of secondary school children Objectives: Assess the level of motor performance of secondary school children. Methods: Using motor tests, I have examined the motor performance of secondary school children in the comon class and in the class with extended physical education. The testing took place in the gym of the secondary school and at the athletic stadium as part of physical education lessons. For the results analyses I have used the following characteristics: arithmetic mean, maximum, minimum, standard deviation, variance and variation range. I compared the measured results with UNIFITTEST 6 - 60 scales. I compared the results of pupils from the common class with the measurements Pávek (1977), Máchová (2009) and Zapletalová (2011). I compared the results of pupils from the class with extended physical education classes besides scales UNIFITTEST 6 - 60 with measurements of Kraus (2007), Máchová (2009) and Kůta (2016) Results: The thesis has confirmed the hypothesis that pupils from the class with extended physical education have better results in all tests than the pupils from the comon class. The hypothesis that pupils from the extended physical education class will not have a significantly lower level of performance compared to Máchová 2009 or Kraus 2007 was...

Investigation of Aircraft Technical Diagnostics Systems / Orlaivio techninės diagnostikos sistemų tyrimas

Balin, Cagdas Efe 03 August 2010 (has links)
This work is intended to investigate the Aircraft Technical Diagnostics Systems by focusing on Central Maintenance Systems and the Fault Detection and Isolation (FDI) process among the avionic components. A review about the Computer Control Systems and background about the Avionic Architecture is presented prior to introducing to most popular FDI method; model-based diagnosis. The discussions about the onboard FDI practices are followed by a maintenance hangar FDI perspective which was concluded as a result of the field research. The outcomes of the field research and pointing the “real” fault isolation are analyzed to point the practical needs of a hangar FDI tools. Subsequently, a proposal technique, which can improve fault isolation by preventing No-Fault-Found (NFF), is given by discussing the methods to implement it. Finally, the results of investigation and conclusions of analysis are presented. / Baigiamajame darbe lietuviškos anotacijos nepateikta.

Diagnostika točivých elektrických strojů / Diagnostics of rotating electric machines

Soukup, Patrik January 2018 (has links)
The thesis Diagnostics of rotating electric machines deals with the theory of diagnostics of rotating machines, focusing especially on the diagnosis of asynchronous motors of high power. Due to the importance of maintaining the trouble-free condition of these machines with regard to serviceability, the importance of their diagnosis is growing. Due to inappropriate working conditions or for many other reasons, different types of malfunctions may occur in the machine. The list and the way of occurrence of possible failures are included and explained in this thesis. With the growing age of the machine, it is important to check the insulation status through insulation testing. These tests are performed in the practical part of the thesis and the results are presented. In the case of asynchronous machines, each anomaly leaves a signature in the form of an electrical, magnetic or vibrational signal. These signals are analyzed and evaluated using a specific measuring equipment with the intention of deciding on the current state of the machine. Motor current signature analysis (MCSA) is considered to be the main diagnostic method of asynchronous machines in this thesis. This method is described in detail in this paper and is being applied in electrical engineering.

Multiparametrická diagnostika generátoru / Multiparametric generator diagnostics

Buchtová, Blanka January 2019 (has links)
The thesis is focused on multiparametric diagnostic of generators at the Dukovany nuclear power plant. One generator was chosen for the thesis and it was examined especially from the practical point of view. The thesis describes current state of the issue with focus on noise diagnostics, vibrodiagnostics and electrodiagnostics. The emphasis is on the system approach of the solution. In the practical part an experiment is designed, described and evaluated. Attention is paid to the conclusions of the performed vibrodiagnostics and noise diagnostics. Data sets are evaluated separately and the relationship between the two diagnostic methods is analyzed. Furthermore, the data set from electrodiagnostics is evaluated and dependencies of electrical diagnostic quantities on other quantities are described. Trends in electrical diagnostic quantities are also monitored. Conclusions and recommendations are formulated at the end of the thesis. It is stated that using multiparametric diagnostics to assess the status of generators in power plants is still in its beginning and that the conclusions of the submitted thesis will contribute to the developmnet in this area.

Pertuse, možnosti ovlivnění nepříznivé epidemiologické situace v ČR. / Pertussis, possibilities of managing unsatisfactory epidemiological situation in the Czech Republic.

PINĎÁKOVÁ, Lucie January 2014 (has links)
This thesis deals with the problems of pertussis epidemiological problems in the Czech Republic, especially the possibilities of improvement of the epidemiological situation of pertussis. Pertussis is a serious infectious disease of the respiratory system and is monitored long-term in Czech Republic. The incidence of pertussis in its epidemic cycles continues to increase since the 90s. Last year's reported sickness rate was 11.7 of 100 000 people (1233 cases total). The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part shows the characteristics of pertussis and describes the preventive and repressive measures. Last part of the theoretical section describes epidemiological situation of pertussis from history to the present day while last four years are described in more detail. The practical part of the thesis consists of research. The research was conducted using qualitative method. As data collection method was chosen interviews with first contact physicians, which are pediatricians and physicians for adults. Two objectives were set in research area. The first objective was to map the compliance with the conditions laid down under the "case" definition of pertussis and its methods of diagnosis for pediatricians and physicians for adults (first contact physicians). The second objective was to create intervention for affecting the adverse epidemiological situation of pertussis. Intervention is based on the results of research aimed at compliance with procedures of "case" definition of pertussis and on knowledge of pediatricians and physicians for adults about the epidemiology of pertussis issue and their views on vaccination.

Nové ultrazvukové markery aneuploidií v prvém trimestru gravidity / New Aneuploidy Ultrasound Markers in First Trimester of Pregnancy

Břešťák, Miroslav January 2015 (has links)
Prenatal diagnostics is headed in several directions - towards visualization of fetuses and biochemical, cytogenetic and molecular genetic diagnostics in laboratories. Whereas visualization of fetuses does not a priori represent any direct risk for pregnancy and does not increase the number of potential pregnancy complications, this is not always the case with the laboratory testing. There are known risks connected with invasive methods of prenatal diagnostics. The number of potential unintentional pregnancy complications and losses as well as the technical and economic aspects of invasive prenatal diagnostics lead to attempts of identifying ways of detecting any potentially affected individuals by screening methods, thus minimizing the undesirable impact of invasive diagnostics on the pregnant population. The more precise the selective criteria, the lesser the number of pregnant women exposed to invasive exams. Another way of decreasing the number of unintentional complications in relation to invasive diagnostics is to simplify and improve the fetal samples harvesting methods during pregnancy. The work primarily focused on two areas: Determination of the relation between fraction shortening of the left and right ventricles and a fetal chromosomal complement, and verification of reliability of a new method...

Laboratorní funkční diagnostika malabsorpčních syndromů se zaměřením na laktózovou intoleranci / Laboratory functional diagnostics of malabsorption syndromes with the focus on lactose intolerance

Pluhařová, Apolena January 2021 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with laboratory functional diagnostics of malabsorption syndromes. Especially the functional diagnosis of lactose intolerance. The golden standard for the functional diagnosis of lactose intolerance is the breath test. The aim of the study was to determine the prevalence of lactose intolerance (LI) using a lactose breath test when consuming a dose of 20 g of lactose in patients with gastrointestinal symptoms and in volunteers who do not show gastrointestinal problems. Part of the research was also to examine the symptoms that led the individual to see a doctor and undergo a lactose breath test. The method consisted in the evaluation of the results of breath tests, which were performed on patients and volunteers in the gastroenterological laboratory of the 1st Medical Faculty of Charles University and the General Hospital. A questionnaire was given to everyone to evaluate the symptoms of LI and the phenomena leading to malabsorption. Lactose intolerance was confirmed in 92 % of patients and 79 % of volunteers. The most reported symptoms in the patient sample were typical gastrointestinal LI-related problems: gastric and intestinal problems after milk consumption (85 % of patients), gastric and intestinal problems after consumption of dairy products (85 % of patients),...
