Možnosti individualizace a diferenciace výuky v současné škole / Possibilities of individualization and differentiation of instruction methods in current education

Bredová, Romana January 2014 (has links)
This diploma thesis elaborates on the matters of individualisation and differentiation of education in elementary schooling. The theoretical part is focusing on technical and theoretical problem solution. The aim of the practical part is to look at the variety of possibilities between individualisation and differentiation of education of the instructor's own 4th grade class, while looking at a particular example of two students in that class. The practical part finds solutions from this active research that is interpreted as a case study, and describes the process of individualisation and differentiation from the point of view of working with teaching devices.

Indukce diferenciace testikulárních kmenových buněk Xenopus tropicalis in vitro. / Induction of Xenopus tropicalis testicular stem cell differentiation in vitro.

Strnadová, Karolína January 2016 (has links)
Origin of mammalian somatic cells in the developing testes remains unclear. This origin could be explained by established cell culture derived from testes of Xenopus tropicalis juvenile male. The expression profile of the cell culture showed transcription of some pluripotency genes, somatic Sertoli and peritubular myoid cell markers and last but not least, the mesenchymal stem cell markers. Conversely, germ cell genes were downregulated. Immunocytochemical analysis revealed expression of Vimentin, Sox9 and α-smooth muscle actin, indicating that the testicular cell culture is a common mesenchymal progenitor of the Sertoli and peritubular myoid cells and that the cell culture did not arise from spermatogonial stem cells undergoing incomplete reprogramming in vitro. Testing of X. tropicalis cell culture during induction of differentiation in vitro revealed that these cells are probably multipotent with the ability to differentiate into adipocytes, chondroblasts and osteoblasts. The ability to derive multipotent stem cells from the juvenile testes opens new possibilities of using these cells for biotechnology and medicine. Keywords: Testicular somatic cells, Xenopus tropicalis, progenitor, mesenchymal stem cells, induction of differentiation, multipotency

Typologie venkova Plzeňského kraje a hodnocení měkkých faktorů rozvoje / Typology of rural space in the Pilsen Region and evaluation of soft factors of the development

Krupková, Lucie January 2015 (has links)
- Typology of rural space in the Pilsen Region and evaluation of soft factors of the development Presented diploma thesis deals with an important theme of rural differentiation. The goal is to create a typology of rural space within the Pilsen Region by potential of the development using quantitative data and then verify the typology by qualitative research of soft factors. The verification consists firstly in research of perception and regional identity of rural regions from the point of view of actors involved in rural development within the Pilsen Region and secondly in evaluation of appearance of chosen rural municipalities to observe the differences of each type. Theoretical part is focused on issues of differentiation of space, institutional theories with accent on application in the rural areas and rural development issues. Analytical part consists of created typology using component and cluster analysis. Further it presents the results of analysis of perception and regional identity of rural regions using method of semi-structured interviews and results of analysis of appearance of municipalities using standardized observation. The outcome is a compact typology created by combination of quantitative and qualitative data with suggestions of specific development possibilities of each type....

Jak hodnotí žáci a jejich rodiče zpětně přechod na víceleté gymnázium? / How Pupils and Their Parents Evaluate its Transfer to Multi-year Gymnasium?

Slanařová, Jana January 2016 (has links)
The multi-year gymnasium is a part of the Czech educational system for the long time. Those gymnasiums are one of the most discussed institutions in terms of usefulness. Various studies are made in dependence on that trying to find reasons for choosing multi-year gymnasiums (as thesis "Why Do Primary School Children Choose Multi-year Gymnasiums?", which preceded this work). The aim of this diploma thesis is already the next step: figuring out, if gymnasium met pupils' expectations, and also to receive feedback and evaluation of their parents. It focuses on pupils' academic self-concept, on problems associated with transfer to multi-year gymnasium and on positives, which the pupils would not probably meet at elementary school with. Diferenciace výuky ve školních vzdělávacích programech s ohledem na 1.stupeň ZŠ / Differentiation in school curriculum at primary school

Svobodová, Lucie January 2012 (has links)
The thesis is focused on differentiation in school curriculum at primary schools. Its aim is to describe the conditions and schemes of differentiation in school curriculum at selected primary schools in Prague and to confirm if and how they are fullfilled in the classes. It is focused mainly on care for the groups of children to whom differentiation is highly recommended. These are children with specific educational needs and talented children. The practical part of the thesis presents results of qualitative research in casuistries of selected Prague primary schools, their school curriculum and practical use of the differentiation of education in their classes. The casuistries contain descriptions of functional and tested models of individualization and differentiation at these schools. Of organizational structures (as they are described in theory) combinations of these are used most often: intrinsic differentiation (in common classes) - individually or in groups (sometimes with pedagogical assistant) and group extrinsic differentiation, that is formed as special care for children either with specific educational needs or talented children. Key words: differentiation, individualization, talented child, school curriculum, child with specific educational needs

Regulace transkripce proteiny rodin Early growth response a Myb / Regulation of transcription by proteins of the Early growth response and Myb families

Čermák, Vladimír January 2013 (has links)
The regulation of transcription of tens of thousands of genes in a vertebrate organism is an enormously complex phenomenon which entails the participation of thousands of various regulatory proteins. The largest functional category of these regulators is accounted for by sequence-specific DNA-binding proteins known as transcription factors. Proteins of the EGR and Myb families of transcription factors are long-studied regulators of a variety of physiological processes including cellular proliferation and differentiation. The structural and physical aspects of their function have been well characterized. Their cell-type specific participation in complex gene-regulatory networks, on the other hand, is still incompletely understood and represents a major challenge in the respective research areas. Preliminary analysis of gene expression data from metastasizing PR9692 and non- metastasizing PR9692-E9 chicken sarcoma cell lines revealed that the transcription factor EGR1 is expressed at a higher level in metastasizing cells and can thus take part in the regulatory processes that underlie the differences between the two cell lines. Further investigation demonstrated that the introduction of exogenous EGR1 into PR9692-E9 cells restored their metastatic potential to a level indistinguishable from PR9692...

Proměny počtu žáků základních škol v souvislosti s populačním vývojem v obcích Česka / Primary School Pupil Numbers and Demographic Change in Czech Municipalities

Kusovská, Marie January 2016 (has links)
Primary School Pupil Numbers and Demographic Change in Czech Municipalities Abstract Following a sharp fall in fertility to its historical minimum after 1990, the population of Czechia began to increase again gradually. Consequently birth cohorts of varying size are emerging and these then enter the education system. Moreover suburbanisation has led to a change in population distribution. These factors have mean that in some areas primary school capacity does not reflect the numbers of primary school age children, with some schools having insufficient places and others suffering from a lack of pupils. The aim of this dissertation is to analyse regional demographic change in Czechia after 1990, including changes in the spatial pattern of compulsory school age children (6-14 years). The information obtained is set against the changes in the spatial patterns of primary school pupils and maximum primary school capacity. The whole analysis is undertaken within the catchment regions for combined primary schools (schools that provide nine years of primary and middle school education), which were created on the basis of the shortest road distance from the district to the nearest combined primary school. Webb's graphs were used along with spatial autocorrelation since these are appropriate methods for conducting...

Faktory plodnosti v okrese Most v období 2000-2010 / Fertility factors - district of Most in 2000 - 2010 period

Pečený, Michal January 2012 (has links)
1990 - 2008 Fertility factors in the disctrict of Most in 2000-2010 period Abstract The objective of this study was to find causes of regional fertility differences and context with social and economic indicators. Then to find situation of district of Most in regional comparison and social and economic causes of fertility developement in this district in 2000-2010 period. In first descriptive part there was made the comparative analysis of age structure and fertility indicators in Czech republic, Ústí region and district of Most. The result is different values of the fertility indicators (intensity and timing) and also younger age structure. In the second part were found social and economic factors of regional fertility differences and factors in district of Most with multivariate statistical methods. The cluster analysis confirmed the differences of district of Most and border of North Bohemia too. For use factor analysis and canonical correlation analysis the conclusion was the important factor of regional differences is especially education, but also availability and quality of housing, economic level. Less importace of religion. In the district of Most are important factors of education and indicators of economic level. Key words: fertility factors, regional fertility differences, district of Most,...

Regionální diferenciace populačního vývoje v Moravskoslezském kraji: historickogeografická analýza

KNĚŽÍČKOVÁ, Markéta January 2017 (has links)
The Master's Thesis deals with an analysis of regional differentiation in micro-regions of Moravian-Silesian Region. However, the analysis focuses on period of industrialization, periods before and after industrialization are also included. Development of population has been under the influence of several factors such as railway transport and both hierarchical and administrative position. A brief comparison with other regions of the Czech Republic is also embraced. The main focus is on the analysis on the level of micro-regions of individual municipalities. Historical development determined creation of special relationship between Core and Periphery. The part of the Thesis is devoted to a synthesis which divides micro-regions into categories according to the developing tendencies. Succinct comment is dedicated to the analysis of developing trends, key determinants and prediction of further population development. The hypothesis are held in the Introduction and confirmed or disproved in the Conclusion.
