Diferenciace a individualizace výuky na 1. stupni ZŠ / Differentiation and individualization of teaching at lower primary schoolTomešová, Lucie January 2016 (has links)
The thesis reacts on the contemporary schooling when there is the need of differentiation and individualisation of teaching in heterogeneous classrooms. However, the teachers are not prepared enough to differentiate and there is only a minimum of relevant literature and methodological support. The main aim of the thesis is to summarise the latest findings in this field, to detect possible strategies of differentiation and individualisation at the lower primary school and to design feasible steps for the teachers to follow. In the theoretical part there are summarised already familiar findings from the external literature. In the empirical part I am focusing on the differentiation methods of two sample teachers, who are important models for the students - future teachers. The methods used predominantly in the research are the in-depth interviews with the teachers and an analysis of a recording of observed lessons.

Cizinci v městském regionu Karlových Varů: prostorová distribuce a vlivy na lokální prostředí / Foreigners within Karlovy Vary urban region: spatial distribution and influences on local environmentKlsák, Adam January 2017 (has links)
Foreigners within Karlovy Vary urban region: spatial distribution and influences on local environment Due to exceptional migration characteristics of Czechia among CEE countries and entire EU, foreigners are becoming more and more important component of population of our cities. This fact implies the growing importance of foreign population as an agent in process of shaping the lived space. The aim of this diploma thesis is the presence of foreigners within the urban region and broader environs of Karlovy Vary - which currently is a city with one of the highest proportions of foreign population in entire Czechia. Migration characteristics and mobility of population of area are analysed with emphasis on foreigners. Subsequently patterns of spatial distribution of significant groups of foreigners are explained on various levels, based on unique unpublished data from Czech Foreign police office. Then the core section of empirical part is the analysis of influence of foreign inhabitants on the local environment, which stems from detailed field research carried out by the author. The work varies between urban and migration studies and theoretically is roofed by concepts of socio-spatial differentiation and residential mobility. From methodical point of view, the author claims and affiliation to the...

Socioekonomická polarizace v Česku / The social-economic polarization in Czech RepublicKozáková, Lucie January 2015 (has links)
This thesis main topic is the social-economic polarization in Czech Republic and its development process within past two decades. The main aim is to define growth poles with positive social-economic development and peripheric areas with stagnating or negative development. Consequently the secondary aim of this thesis is to confirm or disprove hypothesis resulting from Myrdal's theory of cumulative causation: "Growth poles grow faster over time and conversly peripheric areas decline further over years." In next step growing and peripheric regions are described and the possible causes of develepment within this areas are interpreted. Leading theories of regional development focusing on social-economic growth polarization are described in the theoretical part. The emphasis is on core -- periphery theories with main focus on theory of cummulative causation by Gunnar Myrdal.

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of differentiation at the primary level of education. It is based on the idea of inclusion and equal access to education. The theoretical part focuses on the similarities and differences of pupils at the age of middle childhood. Based on that, the following chapters introduce the most important factors of differentiation that are needed for successful teachers' work in heterogeneous classrooms. This part also shows some of the teaching methods and strategies that support an inclusive view of education. The practical part interprets experience of teachers with long teaching practice and compares them with the theoretical background. This work aims to introduce main and effective principles of differentiation that can serve as a source of inspiration for students, junior and senior teachers. Keywords: differentiation, diversity, heterogeneous classroom, equal opportunities in education, teaching strategies

Úloha transkripčního faktoru Tcf7l1 a signalizační dráhy Wnt/β-katenin během diferenciace hlavového ektodermu. / The role of transcriptional factor Tcf7l1 and Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway during differentiation of the head ectoderm.Mašek, Jan January 2016 (has links)
Differentiation of the head ectoderm is crucial for the evolutionary diversification of vertebrates. Expression of the genes responsible for this process is orchestrated troughout complex gene regulatory networks that are induced and modulated by Wnt, FGF and BMP signaling pathways. In addition, Wnt/β-catenin signaling, in combination with expression of the Wnt antagonists from the rostral-most part of the head ectoderm, represent a key source of information for the regionalization of the tissue along the antero-posterior axis. This allows the differentiation of the anterior ectoderm that gives rise to the anterior neural fold (ANF) and anterior part of the presumptive placodal region (PPR), and more posterior ectoderm where higher levels of active Wnt/β-catenin signaling promote differentiation into the neural crest (NC) and posterior PPR. Although the requirement of Wnt/β-catenin signalling for ANF, PPR and NC development has been intensively studied in non-mammalian vertebrate model organisms, we lack a clear picture about the situation in mammals. Furthermore, current knowledge in mammals has been gathered via experiments on the level of β-catenin and very little is known about the individual roles of the Tcf/Lef transcription factors. Thereby, we decided to manipulate the Tcf7l1, member of the...

Vliv 6S-like RNA molekul na fyziologickou diferenciaci Streptomyces coelicolor / The effect of 6S-like RNAs on physiological differentiation of Streptomyces coelicolorBurýšková, Barbora January 2018 (has links)
The variety of bacteria and their genomes sometimes causes conservation of homologue molecules to be displayed not in sequence but in secondary and tertiary structures. In the case of the regulatory 6S RNA, sequence homologues have been found in over 100 bacterial species so far. However, none were found in the genus Streptomyces. The unique genome of these soil- dwelling bacteria, known for their capacity to produce antibiotics, has a high G/C content and diverges substantially from distantly related bacteria. Yet in the non-coding 6S RNA it is the secondary structure that is crucial for its function. The 6S RNAs trap sigma factors by mimicking target promoter sequences in order to help with switching sets of expressed genes during developmental transitions. 6S-like RNA genes in Streptomyces coelicolor have been computationally predicted by comparison of in silico modelled secondary structures of known 6S RNAs. The aim of this thesis was the verification of these 6S-like RNA predictions. The experimental approach was based on RNA co-immunoprecipitation (RNA CoIP), as well as RT- PCR from RNA samples. The outcomes of this project are the detection of six novel ncRNA transcripts with possible 6S-like RNA functions, which also served as the wet-lab verification of the in silico prediction technique...

Vliv kanonické Wnt signální dráhy na diferenciaci polydendrocytů po ischemickém poranění nervové tkáně / The effect of the canonical Wnt singalling pathway on the differentiation of polydendrocytes after ischemic brain injuryKnotek, Tomáš January 2018 (has links)
Polydendrocytes, or NG2 glia, are fourth type of glial cells in mammal central nervous system. In the adult brain, NG2 glia represent important cell type with respect to their role in gliogenesis and nervous tissue regeneration following injury. Ligands from the Wingless/Int (Wnt) family play key role in proliferation and differentiation of NG2 glia and they can also influence regeneration of nervous tissue after ischemia. The aim of this thesis was to elucidate the role of NG2 glia in neurogenesis and gliogenesis following ischemic brain injury and investigate the impact of Wnt signalling on the reaction of NG2 glia to this type of injury. To fulfil these aims, transgenic mouse strains with tamoxifen-inducible recombination, that enabled simultaneous expression of red fluorescent dye and either activation or inhibition of the Wnt signalling pathway in NG2 glia, were employed. To induce ischemic injury, middle cerebral artery occlusion model was used. Changes in differentiation and electrophysiological properties of NG2 glia were analysed using patch-clamp technique. Activation of the Wnt signalling pathway under physiological conditions and 7 days after ischemic injury led to increased differentiation of NG2 glia toward astrocytes, while 3 days after ischemic injury activation of this signalling...

Biosystematická studie okruhu Carlina vulgaris ve střední Evropě s využitím molekulárních a morfometrických metod / Biosystematic study of the Carlina vulgaris complex in Central Europe based on molecular and morphometric approachesMašková, Hana January 2018 (has links)
The Carlina vulgaris complex in central Europe includes several lineages defined by their ecology, morphology and distribution. This diploma thesis is focused on relationships between the taxa recognized in the Czech Republic, namely Carlina vulgaris subsp. vulgaris, C. biebersteinii subsp. biebersteinii, C. biebersteinii subsp. brevibracteata and C. biebersteinii subsp. sudetica. Molecular analysis revealed two genetically defined groups. One includes samples from relict populations in western Bohemia and from high mountains classified as C. biebersteinii subsp. biebersteinii and C. biebersteinii subsp. sudetica. The other is represented by plants classified as C. vulgaris and C. biebersteinii subsp. brevibracteata. This genetic differentiation was also confirmed by morphometric analysis. However, relationships within these two groups remain unclear. The Czech populations of Carlina biebersteinii subsp. biebersteinii as well as of C. biebersteinii subsp. sudetica are closely related to the mountain populations in the Alps and Carpathians. Their occurrence in the Czech Republic is relict and they should be in focus of nature conservation. However, the separate taxonomic position of the claimed endemic C. biebersteinii subsp. sudetica is probably unjustified.
