This thesis is focused on the methodological documents improvement of the company in the field of project management. The changes are based on the theoretical base, which is made up of the general project methodologies selected by the author. The first part describes two chosen methodologies, use of which, is based on knowledge of the company environment. The second part then describes the existing guidance documents that can be used as inspiration to create a new methodological document. The output of the thesis is the methodological project document, which takes into account both the principles and practices described in the context of general methodologies, current guidance documents and knowledge of the company environment.

In my dissertation, I try to clarify the personalization of content based on the input data. Thesis deals with relatively new area of direct marketing in personalised documents delivered to end-beneficiaries through various channels, which features a classic print and e-mail. It also highlighted the importance of evaluating and analyzing the data recipient and based on feedback to modify future communications. The aim is to describe the development of application software for managing customer communication and demonstrate its effect.

The diploma thesis The depiction of the Watergate scandal in the movies: Comparison of feature films and documentaries focuses on portrayal of journalists and the Watergate scandal on film. It illustrates this on examples of specific feature films and documentaries, which have been made about this topic. These particular movies are All the President's Men (1976), Frost/Nixon (2008), Watergate (2018), Our Nixon (2013) a Nixon by Nixon: In His Own Words (2014). In the first part of the thesis summarises the general history of the portrayal of journalists and media on film. It also contains the introduction of the key players in the Watergate scandal, which are Richard Nixon, Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein. Furthermore, this part also describes the history of the newspaper The Washington Post and the Watergate scandal itself. The next part focuses on defining the basic terms used in the thesis, such as for example feature film, documentary, investigative journalist etc. The third and the last part, then concentrates on comparing and analysing the six aforementioned chosen films with the help of comparative method, which should lead to the final results. The aim of this thesis is to explore the educational aspect of the documentary film V síti (Caught in the Net) and its impact on the Czech education system. The theoretical section of the thesis focuses mainly on presenting the topic of the film - child abuse on the internet. It deals with the topic of child safety on the internet and the context of the Czech school system. The thesis has the potential to be used in the classroom by those teachers who wish engage with this topic and educate both themselves and their students as it includes a whole chapter of recommended educational projects and programs suitable for education of second level students. The research section of the thesis deals with those teachers who saw a version of the film edited to be suitable for children, V Síti: Za školou, specifically their opinions on this project as an educational tool. The qualitative research posed a question: How did the film influence the second level of elementary school teachers' approach to child safety on the internet and its teaching? The subject of this diploma thesis is the compilation of the business plan for the extension of the services of the Toy Shop * Stationery. This work consists of three main parts. The theoretical part contains definitions of terms forming the structure of the business plan and the definition of necessary analyzes. In the analytical part is analyzed the current state of the company. In the last proposed section is created a concrete business plan, which is aimed at the development of the company.

The work examines legislative requirements for records management systems and databoxes system. It suggests processes and records office system as a universal solution suitable for deployment in a wide range of organizations.

This thesis is concerned with the security risks in company and it is oriented to risks connected with electronic commerce. It describes these technologies a gives comprehensive view to security risks, designed for concrete firm in practice.

In a project called "A Library of a Billion Words" we needed an implementation of the CTS protocol that is capable of handling a text collection containing at least 1 billion words. Because the existing solutions did not work for this scale or were still in development I started an implementation of the CTS protocol using methods that MySQL provides. Last year we published a paper that introduced a prototype with the core functionalities without being compliant with the specifications of CTS (Tiepmar et al., 2013). The purpose of this paper is to describe and evaluate the MySQL based implementa-tion now that it is fulfilling the specifications version 5.0 rc.1 and mark it as finished and ready to use. Thesis "The phenomenon of tattoo, body as a socio-cultural and art document" is about tattoo as not only a form of body decoration, but as a possible theme in arts teaching. The author tried to map the history of this ancient ornamentation, to justify rising interest in it in the present and last but not least, tried to find a way how to present it to elementary school students in a comprehensible way. The thesis includes examples of possible reasons and ways of tattoo, while trying to find a connection to rituals (traditional and modern). The important part is finding options how to include this topic in the arts teaching at elementary schools and how to approximate possible pros and cons of this ornamentation.
