151	Klient-server mobilní aplikace se zpracováním obrazu / Client-Server Mobile Application with Image Processing Černošek, Bedřich January 2018 (has links) The main goal of this work is creating client-server application with image processing and cryptographic verification of image source and creation time. The work focuses on creating a mobile client application on the Android platform that securly takes photos by mobile device camera, processes captured images and provides a digital signature, timestamp and GPS location. The main part of the work is secure key exchange, encrypted communication, data and energy efficiency of the client-server application. The server application is implemented on the Java EE platform and processes the received image, performs object detection, object recognition in the image and provides a timestamp from a trusted server. Then taken photo can be considered as a trusted electronic document usable as valid evidence for the judical or administrative proceedings.

The work consists of six chapters, an introduction and conclusion. The first charter focuses on the history of the synod assemblies and not only in the Czech Republic, but also in the world. The largem part is devoted II. Vatican, which significantly influenced the whole Christian world. The sekond and the third charter is devoted to the Plenary Assembly of himself with us. It's about exploring its creation from the viewpoint of active members of the Government Council for Seniors and Population Ageing, who was discussing it at meetings. The theoretical framework - Multiple Streams Framework deals with the aspect of policy entrepreneurs. Using qualitative, semi-structured interviews and then analysis of qualitative data, it was possible to explore the means, used by policy entrepreneurs to promote their ideas at meetings. This diploma thesis does not only study the creation of an action plan, but also the identification of policy entrepreneurs, through document analysis. After that were analysed primary data from interviews with members of the Government Council for Seniors and Population Ageing, who had been appointed by The Ministry of labour and social affairs. The studied, strategic document is the answer to the demographic ageing phenomenon the population of the Czech Republic.

This thesis provides a comparative analysis of electronic legal transactions under the EU law and laws of the Czech Republic and Germany, while emphasising the utilisation of higher versions of electronic signature, especially of a qualified electronic signature, which has legal effects of a handwritten signature in legal transactions performed by electronic means (Chapters 6 to 10). At the same time, increased attention is also paid to entirely novel concepts of advanced and qualified electronic seal, which are intended exclusively for use by juristic persons. The laws under scrutiny are based especially on recently adopted Regulation (EU) No 910/2014, known as eIDAS.
