Diploma thesis named Analysis of the lateral displacement time of motorcycles captures formation and development of motorcycles, description of construction and proper techniques for riding a motorcycle. The main aim of this work is to organise and perform the measurement of the lateral displacement and deceleration of the motorcycles. These values will serve for forensic experts. Before the measurement was proposed methodology for the measurement of the lateral displacement by used two cameras and long chalk line. Follow measurement and evalution measurement of the lateral displacement and deceleration. Outputs from this thesis are values of the lateral acceleration necessary for calculation of the shortest lateral displacement time of the motorcycle and 96 videos with course and result of measurements.

This master thesis analyzes the bottlenecks on the terrestrial communications in the area Rokycansko. The aim is to suggest organizational and engineering measures which lead to increase tradic safety in selected road sections of terrestrial communications.

The aim of the thesis is to research the methodological approaches used for reducing traffic accidents. One part of the methods is focused on methods of evaluating traffic accident rate on roads in terms of macro-analysis. Another group of methods for the prediction of traffic accidents. Subsequently, in the practical part the methodology is applied on two selected sections of roads and the resulting values are then compared with the actual dates that can explanatory power of these methods. Another part relates to the economic evaluation of road accidents on selected sections of roads and applications of integral indicators.

In this thesis entitled ,,Analysis of motion of the bicycle when riding in a straight line”, I deal with the history of the bicycle, classifications and descriptions of the various parts of the bicycle and the analysis of accidents. The main objective is to analyze the movement of cyclists (bicycle) in a straight line in the implementation of tasks, typical for him - pedaling, showing a change in direction, or looking back for him. In conclusion evaluation, which can then be used in the processing of judicial opinions by experts.

Thesis describes the device of traffic mirror, physical principal, legislation and types of traffic mirrors in detail. There are measurements associated with this issue in practical part, which are evaluated in detail. At the conclusion there are suggested changes and recommendations associated with this issue.

This thesis named Analysis of the impact of fixed obstacles near roads on the course of traffic accidents deals with the diversification of fixed obstacles near the roads, brief theory of road accidents, possible consequences and shows statistics of road accidents with a fixed obstacle. The aim is to perform analysis of real traffic accidents with a fixed obstacle with serious consequences for health, life and property and with the help of a computer simulation software to analyze the same accident again, but for the condition if the fixed obstacle was removed. Finally, the consequences of accidents are compared, the analysis are evaluated and the proposed measures to eliminate the consequences are assessed.

The diploma thesis titled Interpretation of traffic accident analysis results in relation to related legal decision deals with the interpretation of legal decisions accidents with not giving right of way. The main goal of this thesis is to find an established line for assessing culpability for comparable accident situations. Before the analysis of the 230 court rulings measurement is performed to estimate the distance an speed, because it is closely connected with right of way. In the context of theoretical part is characterized by a right of way, an expert in criminal proceedings, the road traffic regulations, penalties and the factors that influence us while driving. The analytical part draws on 230 court rulings and 5 expert opinions provided by the Institute of Forensic Engineering of the Technical University in Brno. Conclusion of the analytical part an established threshold for assessing culpability for comparable accident situations is found.

The thesis deals with usual time and frequency of road traffic signs observation by the driver. In the first part is a literature research, there is described the measuring device called eyetracker, that is used to record the eye movement. Furthermore there are kinds of eyetrackers that are currently used. There is also described traffic signs form 1961 until 2009. The second part draws of the video records from driving tests, which were conducted in the towards of this thesis. The results were processed and evaluated data were determinated to find the usual time of observation of traffic signs of drivers and their comparison with the time devoted to driving.

This thesis deals with an analysis of the various factors, which just participate in the safety of operation on road in the Czech Republic. The thesis results from the comparative analysis of the traffic accident frequency in the allotted period and it takes an interest in how different factors (especially technical parameters of vehicles and human behaviour) influence the safety on highways.
