The diploma thesis concerns with public procurements of transport constructions in the South Moravian Region. The work is focused on the analysis of the bill of quantities selected public procurement, which consists in observance regulation No. 169/2016 Coll., of the determining the scope of documentation of public procurement and the bill of quantities, supplies and services with a bill of quantities. The conclusion of the thesis deals with the evaluation of the analysis and it focuses on the cause and effect of deficiencies in bill of quantities.

The diploma thesis is dealing with design of junction reconstruction in the framework of anurbanistic study. The junction is located in Slavkov village, Zlín region, where the I/54, II/498 and III/05417 roads intersect each other. The aim of the project is to design well-arranged intersection of three different types of roads and create safe, comfortable and pedestrian friendly crossroad. There are two basic versions. The modification of junction was elected as the most suitable version, which is designed and specified by technical report and drawings.

The diploma thesis "Media Coverage of Prague Public Transport Company" intends to describe the media image of the company in selected Czech dailies Metro, MF Dnes, Právo and Pražský deník during the years 2011 and 2012. A total of 680 articles were analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively systematically describing their content during the period mentioned. The theoretical part introduces the reader to a broader context and serves as a platform anchoring the practical part. At first this part introduces the chosen methodology and then the results and interpretation. The quantitative content analysis explores how often and how much the topic appears in print media, its timing during the given period, and deals with researching of mainly published topics mentioned in press and their relationships in connection to Prague Public Transport Company. The thesis also focuses on the types of articles (hard news and soft news) and also examines which actors appeared in the selected newspapers. The next part deals with the linguistic interpretation of individual statements about Prague Public Transport Company, therefore, in what areas is the subject of analysis evaluated positively or negatively, on the basis of the attributes of language resources and comparison. The diploma thesis is devoted to the elaboration of a plan of common facilities in the cadastral area Přídolí. The work focused on the methodological procedure in the implementation of ground adaptations, according to technical and metodical standards. The content of the first part is a literature review, which not only describes the field of land consolidation and its course, but also specifies the plan of common facilities together with the scope of work necessary for its elaboration. Everything important in this section is theoretically described. In the second practical part, attention is paid to the selection of the territory and the evaluation of its condition with the help of exploratory works. Further to the field research, the practical part is focused mainly on the proposal of individual proceedings concerning the protection of ZPF, elements of TSES, water management elements and ensuring access to lands. The results of surveys and draft measures are presented in both text and graphic form.

In the diploma thesis "Cooperation of Fire Rescue Brigade of Central Bohemia Region and Voluntary Fire Brigade Corps Units of Municipalities with Predestination for Traffic Accident Interventions", the author dealt with the evaluation of possibilities of cooperation in traffic accidents between fire brigade units of Central Bohemia and voluntary fire brigade units of municipalities destined for rescue and liquidation accidents. In the theoretical part of the thesis there are given the basic terms from the area of rescue of injured persons from crashed vehicles, legal and internal regulations dealing with this issue and criteria for fulfillment of predetermination for rescue work in traffic accidents - professional training, numbers and equipment with mobile fire equipment and material means fire protection for rescue. The next chapter in the theoretical part is the concrete activities of fire protection units in the type of traffic accident. The conclusion of the theoretical part consists of the existing situation in the Central Bohemian Region - description of transport infrastructure, area coverage of the region by fire protection units destined for rescue work in traffic accidents and statistics of accident rate on roads for 2018, in which the fire brigade of the Central Bohemia Region and units of voluntary fire brigade units of municipalities intervened predestined for rescue work in traffic accidents. The practical part presents the results of the questionnaire survey. For this questionnaire survey, the first representative sample of the survey was selected by the commanders of voluntary fire brigade units of municipalities of the Central Bohemian Region destined for rescue operations in traffic accidents. The second representative sample of the survey was selected by guarantors for individual territorial departments of the Central Bohemian Fire Rescue Service for rescue together with instructors for rescuing injured persons in road accidents at individual stations of the Fire Rescue Service of the Central Bohemia Region. The survey was carried out for a defined set in the form of a semi-structured questionnaire. Individual questionnaires were evaluated on the basis of the survey in Chapter 3. Discussion. This evaluation found that no one is a clear opponent of volunteer fire brigade units in municipalities destined for rescue operations in traffic accidents and their traffic accidents are desirable, but there is still plenty of room for improvement. As a measure to increase the efficiency of cooperation between the fire brigade units of the Central Bohemian Region by voluntary fire brigade units of municipalities with a predestination for rescue work in traffic accidents, it was recommended to newly determine the units of voluntary fire brigades of municipalities for rescue work in road accidents in the Central Bohemian Region where unit of Fire Rescue Brigade of Central Bohemia Region has a long range. Furthermore, it was recommended to create internal regulations regulating the minimum equipment of mobile fire fighting equipment and material fire protection equipment for rescue of volunteer fire brigade units of municipalities destined for rescue work in traffic accidents and to develop a new internal regulation regulating the requirements of training fire brigade units as they are confusing.

Diploma thesis called Entrepreneur and entrepreneurship in times of state interventionism and dirigisme. Josef Hégr (1896 - 1971) focuses on the aspects of entrepreneurial experience, background and corporate engagement of Josef Hégr, a native of Chotětov (a small rural village located near Mladá Boleslav). The graduate of the business academy was going up from being a bureaucrat in charge of accounting in the international business company called Balkan - a company for trade and industry, to becoming a co-owner of this joint-stock company. Later he continuously worked as a co-owner of the joint-stock company Czech International Transport Company Karlík and Co. until 1948. Josef Hégr became a Czech entrepreneur in transport and agriculture and in the 1930s after he had bought the manor of Horky nad Jizerou and related businesses. His business activities were escalating during the Second World War. And, he worked in national Czech companies where he defended national Czech interests. Concerning the Czech entrepreneurship, he tried to protect much from the occupation forces, and became a crisis manager. All his entrepreneurial activities ceased to exist after the beginning of Communist regime. The entrepreneur was marginalised within people- democratic society. In the Czech Republic, half of the infrastructure network is still missing. Moreover, in the past, Dutch and Czech road infrastructure projects have been delivered over-budget and rarely on schedule. Despite a weak fiscal position in the Czech Republic there is still a need for infrastructure investments. Solution for mentioned issues can become the realization of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects. The features (for instance the payment mechanism) of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects not only make these investments possible but also solve other problems mentioned. Both the Netherlands (NL) and the Czech Republic (CR) have already established an environment enabling PPP implementation (e.g. established PPP Units, methodologies, dealing with legislation); But despite many PPP projects being carried out on the municipality level, there is not even one PPP project being implemented on the national level in the CR. This is in contrast to the NL, where there is already a developed PPP market, and there is investment in several new national projects every year. How can the CR improve its PPP implementation policy? The answer to this question provides the final recommendations based on the Dutch PPP practice within this Master's thesis. Learning from mistakes of the other countries, in this case it is the Netherlands, may provide for higher effectiveness in the PPP implementation and in the faster adaptation or improvement of the current partnerships. To elaborate the thesis it has been used interviews, questionnaire and several primary and secondary sources, that have been available in czech, dutch and english languages. The main contributors to the development of this thesis have been the experts from the Dutch PPP Unit at Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment and the experts from the UNECE, who commented on the results and enabled application of the UN National PPP Readiness Self-Assessment tool to enhance the quality of the thesis. Other contributors are experts from PPP Centre at Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, PPP Association, Czech Ministry of Transport and Ministry of Finance. The tools, recommendations, as well as the PPP maturity Pyramid occurring within the Master's thesis can be applied not only for the further development of the PPP implementation in the Czech Republic, but also in other Eastern European countries. General recommendations arose by comparing practices of both the CR and the NL with respect to the UNECE's criteria. The all recommendations have been shown for clarity in terms of political, practical and procurement level. This comparison has practically enabled to point out the strengths and weaknesses of PPP projects in the CR and NL. Dutch experience has served as a source of considerable information that can make the practical implementation of Czech PPP projects much easier. As a part of the final conclusions of the thesis can be considered a PPP Maturity Pyramid, which schematically describes the current position of both countries due to the successful use of PPP projects. Basically, both countries have already passed "Bad" experience with PPP projects, have produced suitable environment and conditions for their use, but the next step is very important for the successful implementation of PPP projects in the CR. Based on the political support (considered as an essential factor), it is necessary to learn from the past mistakes and start with the practical realization of simple projects (from the beginning) that can be the basis for a standardization and a practical application of PPP projects in the future.

Fire Rescue Service is territorialized in each region, which means that Fire Rescue Service is present in each region of the Czech Republic as an individual accounting entity. Each accounting entity is obliged to prepare own budget estimate for next year which serves for covering costs related to interventions. Therefore it is beneficial to have an overview about the number of interventions expected in following year. The prediction of the expected interventions should be based utmost on real data from the the last period. Fire Rescue Service units' interventions in traffic accidents are covered from the state budget as well as other performances. The thesis is concerning the statistic survey related to Fire Rescue Service's interventions in traffic accidents. Specified goals of the thesis: G1) The survey of the development in time of the number of traffic accidents associated with South Bohemia Fire Rescue Service's interventions in traffic accidents within one month as the unit of time during the last 5 years. It is considered as the survey of the first of selected parameters concerning Fire Rescue Service's interventions in traffic accidents in the South Bohemia region. G2) The survey of the development in time of costs associated with South Bohemia Fire Rescue Service's interventions in traffic accidents within one month as the unit of time during the last 5 years. It is considered as the survey of the second of selected parameters related to Fire Rescue Service's interventions in traffic accidents in the South Bohemia region. G3) The comparison of the number of interventions and costs, the investigation of the apportionment of the number of interventions and costs in terms of a proper theoretical apportionment. It is considered as the survey concerning the dependence of selected parameters of Fire Rescue Service's interventions in traffic accidents in the South Bohemia region. With regard to a relativelly high number of primary data (entries from about 8 000 traffic accidents in the time period between 7/2010 and 6/2015 in the South Bohemia region, where was always present at least one unit of the South Bohemia Fire Rescue Service), mathematical statistic tools were needed to create a survey of selected parameters of the data file. Determining intervals for individual statistic features is to some extent carried out "by feeling". With regard to it, there was done the sensitivity analysis within which was investigated the influence of minor changes in the number of intervals on apportionment of percent occurrences of monitored statistical features (intervals were determined "by feeling" and based on recommendation from technical literature). For investigation of statistical features were used description statistics and also methods of statistical induction. The information used from technical literature and the interpretation of partial results and conclusions concerning individual sections of the thesis are provided in the section Discussion. The thesis demonstrated that the empirical apportionment of the number of traffic accidents and costs on South Bohemia Fire Rescue Service's interventions in traffic accidents can be considered as standard. Therefore it is correct to use theoretical findings associated with standard apportionment to work with those data. Also the thesis demonstrated that the number of traffic accidents and costs associated with South Bohemia Fire Rescue Service's interventions not only does not decrease but on the contrary increases. It was demonstrated that there is present very high positive correlation between numbers of the traffic accidents and the costs related to South Bohemia Fire Rescue Service's interventions in single months of the monitored time period. This brings us to a conclusion that the increase of costs related to interventions is caused mainly by the increase of the number of traffic accidents where the units of Fire Rescue Service intervene.

It provides a list of all the information that is needed for further processing of land consolidation. In addition to the basic characteristics of natural and economic conditions in the area, major emphasis is put on the data acquisition and processing in the field of transport system, soil degradation, locations and state of all elements for control of soil erosion and territorial system of ecological stability, water supply conditions and landscape value. The processing of the obtained documents, field survey and territory analysis should be used to optimize the land consolidation process, especially common facilities planning.

The main theme of the diploma thesis is simulated accident of a truck transporting pressure barrels with chlorine.The study is focused on evaluating the effects of the accident on the lives and health of the local population and assessing the risks (and the level of hazards) with the use of selected methods.In this study, the truck accident is described in detail and the risks are evaluated through using the IAEA-TECDOC-727 method, which is based on quantitative risk assessment of sources according to the level of hazard to lives.
