Práce se zabývá ekonomickou analýzou výkonového zpoplatnění komunikací v ČR. Poukazuje na špatnou koncepci Ministerstva dopravy ČR pro systém elektronického mýta a nevýhodně uzavřenou smlouvu s firmou Kapsch. Vytváří nový koncept a kritéria výběru technologie pro další výkonové zpoplatňování komunikací v budoucnu s využitím již stávajícího mikrovlnného systému.

Práce charakterizuje soudobý evropský multimodální dopravní prostor a uvádí perspektivy jeho vývoje v krátkodobém, střednědobém i dlouhodobém časovém horizontu. Vychází z komparativní analýzy jednotlivých dopravních odvětví. Celá problematika je zasazena do kontextu Evropské unie a její společné dopravní politiky. Nabízí rovněž srovnání evropského dopravního prostoru s dopravnímy systémy dalších velkých ekonomik světa, jmenovitě se Spojenými státy a s Čínou.

Langerová, M. Optimization of logistic flows in the brewing industry. Diploma the-sis, Brno. Mendel University, 2014. The diploma thesis deals with logistic flows in the brewing industry. The main aim of this thesis is to determine problem fields of logistic processes and evaluation commonly used optimization methods. Then the best method is chosen for optimization in fields warehousing and distribution in brewing companies. Different parts of the logistic flows are described in this thesis -- supplier relationships, production, warehousing, transportation and distribution. Subse-quently logistic flows in brewery Vyškov are analyzed and found problem fields. The transportation and distribution are assessed as unsuitable in this brewery therefore the system of distribution was suggested by using the program LINGO. The example of brewery Vyškov is used for the generalization in the brewing industry.

The name of this thesis is Labeling the traffic situations on the road and it deals with the problematic projects of labeling the road. The aim of this work is to determine the actual legislative, normative requirements for technical drawing of traffic signs in Czech Republic and its use for actual needs. They will be extended by surveys and observation from practice. The legislative and normative requirements for technical drawings are in the summary.

The thesis deals with the problem of GPU acceleration of algorithms for traffic sign recognition. Theoretical part of the thesis outlines methods for object detection with emphasis on the traffic sign detection problem. Further, it provides comparison of two well known tools for programming on the GPU: CUDA and OpenCL. On the basis of the review, an architecture of own solution is proposed. Finally, the thesis contains description of the implementation as well as evaluation of the results.

This thesis deals with the use of operations research methods in managing distribution in brewing company. The thesis description is a solution of the multi-circuit transport problem. The aim of the thesis is to create optimal distribution lines of beer distribution, specifically for the company Brewery Litovel, Ltd. The whole problem will sort out by using Mayer's method, Littles method and specialized optimization LINGO program. The resulting distribution route will be finally compared with the original solution.

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the security level in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the state of road infrastructure. It examines the influence of the security cooperation and the Official Development Assistance on the transport infrastructure development. In the descriptive part of the thesis the terms connected with regional security cooperation, Official Development Assistance, and the transport indicators are defined. The analytical part provides an analysis of the transport infrastructure in DRC; the evaluation of road system and the analysis of the transport infrastructure are included as well. This is followed by the evaluation of the influence of the Official Development assistance and regional cooperation on the development and quality of transport network. This thesis deals with measurements of noise generated by road traffic. In theoretical part is described physical essence of sound, sound spread, perception of sound by human, effects of noise on human, methods of noise reduction, sources of noise from road traffic, legislation regarding noise and traffic-engineering measures. In practical part the noise was measured. Evaluate the noise at the bus stop, different noise level on straight road and sleeping policeman and different noise level on roads with different maximum speed allowed.

The work aims to optimize connections between client stations and the rest Internet service providers infrastructure. The main optimization criterion was to equally divide these client stations based on the amount of downloaded data and the distance between 2 client stations and providers access points. The work was solved as a transportation problem and it was computed in a MS Excel plugin called Dumkosa. Calculated solution had to be adjusted for additional restrictions which were out of technical limits of Dumkosa solver. The computational part of the work was done on top of test group composed of 50 clients. Data from these clients were gathered for one month at 5 minute intervals. An analysis was performed on top of these records and its results were used later in the computational part of the work. At the end of the work was discussed a possible way how to transfer the algorithm from the test area to whole company network.

A summary of the thesis is focused on an overview of the current legislation and methodology, which is oriented to the traffic on the road and is anchored not only in the Czech legal standards, but also in the legislation of the European Union and international regulations. Also provides an overview of the Organization of traffic police and the development of road traffic accidents in the long term, the analysis of the damage caused by traffic accidents, and the impact on the State budget, including the cost of health insurance, an overview of the main causes of road accidents with the possibilities and ways of their solution. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the exploration in Liberec, which is to reveal whether the legislation is sufficient and that the road would be the participants of road traffic in Liberec agreed to the proposed change in legislation. In conclusion, the evaluation carried out by the survey is processed and recommended measures to reduce the accident rate.
