The inadequate state of Czech highways and search for new financial resources opened again the topic of private capital use through PPP. PPP is an abbreviation for public-private partnership where a public service or specific infrastructure is provided by a private partner. The first part explains the characteristics of PPP projects and their possible advantages and disadvantages as well as a brief description of historical development and distribution of public- private partnerships into the common types used. The second part illuminates the legal aspects of realization by the individual phases of implementation. It starts with a selection process, deciding on what the project will be financed from. Furthermore, it is necessary to specify in the contract the rights and obligations of the parties. This is also associated with risk allocation. Annotation: This thesis deals with the transport service in the South Bohemia Region municipalities. It evaluates the transport service quality from the viewpoint of public transport. The methodical part comes out of the theoretical part and it focuses on the number of links of particular municipality and its centre. Both road and train links were analyzed on the basis of the schedules in various time periods. The supplementary part is occupied with the municipalities? transport location and their relationship to the transport service. The final part contains the results evaluation and the synthesis of given problematics. The transport-geographical characteristic of chosen area, the map attachments and the table attachment containing data from the research are also a part of the thesis.

In my thesis which is on the theme {\clqq} Insurance in the section of tourist trade`` I compare individual kinds of insurance in tourist trade in the Czech Republic and in European Union. Tourist Trade Insurance is a service providing the security against the accidental (unpredictable) affairs for the travel clients. The insurance guarantees to client the right for the payment a sum of money related with the refund of costs incured by an accidental affair. For an accidental affair is considered every affair, which is reasonably presumed to happen, but in the time of insuring procedure the clients don´t know when it happens and if it really happens. Travel Insurance is an insepareble part of travelling abroad. The principle matter of Travel insurance is the refund of medical costs, in the case, when you got ill or injured in foreign country. The Health Insurane Office uses the insurance for repaying the costs for medical treatment, hospitalization, meidicine, unavoidable transportation etc. The insurance can be settled for optional time from one day till on year.

Main purpose of this thesis is finding the possibilities of operation analysis methods{\crq} use in logistics, proposition of specific situation{\crq}s optimal solution in specific company, confrontation of the above with reality and proposition of possible improvements. The use of scientific methods during decision making should have been the reason of this thesis. The theoretical knowledge that has been gained from literature research has been verified in factual conditions at company CSAD JIHOTRANS, Inc. To gain the knowledge of the environment I used the consultations with company management, system studying based on provided data and collective service{\crq}s trading conditions. ABC analysis and MODI and VAM methods were used as a scientific approach. In the thesis I processed data given to me concerning shipments that had been registered in collection centers for each month of the year 2008. 6 possible alternatives evaluating the basic and also sub-optimal solutions came out from solved problems of methods VAM and MODI. Option I is the most suitable from the point of optimization standard {--} minimal value of special-purpose function. Option VI will be the most suitable if I proceed from the current system functioning. But option VI satisfies the optimization standard the least. Therefore I suggest shifting the original pick-ups S5 into the competence of S2 and then to place it in between the 8 regional centers that are connected by the central trucktransport.

Podstatou diplomové práce je aplikovat teoretické poznatky vícekriteriálního rozhodování na praktický problém z oblasti mezinárodního obchodu, týkající se výběru vhodné lokality na území České republiky pro umístění přímé zahraniční investice. K nalezení nejlepšího kraje, jak z hlediska investičních tak všeobecných kritérií, byly v první fázi výpočtu využity metody vícekriteriální analýzy, poskytující podklady pro aplikaci dopravních problémů, tvořících druhou a konečnou výpočetní etapu.

This graduation is concerned with the possibility of organizing the Olympic Games in Prague. It finds out positives and negatives presented by the supporters and opponents of the Games planned in terms 2016 or 2020 and regards a traffic impact on the infrastructure and everyday life in Prague before, during and after the Olympic Games. Finally it supports the variants of the efficiency sporting facilities after the end of the Games by the multicriterial optimization depending on the facility location.
