Media influence over court rulings in traffic crime cases The aim of this thesis is to analyze the way media report about traffic crimes and provide a comparison between cases that attracted media attention and cases that didn't. The author investigates the possibility that courts are influenced in thein decision making by the general public, the opinion of which is shaped mostly by mass media outlets which unfortunately often release speculations as proven facts. To demonstrate the possibility of media influence to the reader, the author compares similar cases and shows how different the court ruling was when the case wasn't a subject of attention of mass media. Part of this analysis consists of a letter to the judge who presided over one of such cases, the incident on D1 motorway in 2010. The conclusion is that there's potential for such influence, but it's impossible to be absolutely certain that it already exists. Summary: Traffic belongs to humanity since time immemorial. First people relied on their own feet, later on animal power. The biggest change came with the invention of the wheel 3,500 years BC. In the 19th century, first car was invented. Ever since the vehicles are constantly being improved. Simultaneously with traffic the traffic crime originated too. The topic of my thesis is Traffic crime and its prevention. I have chosen this topic because I think that it is a current issue and because transport is a normal part of our every- day lifes. The purpose of my thesis is to analyse main causes of traffic crime and clarify basic preventive activities on the national and international level. This thesis is composed of five chapters, each of them dealing with different issues relating to transport crime a its prevention. Zusammenfassung Das Thema der Diplomarbeit ist Verkehrskriminalität und ihre Prävention. Ich habe dieses ausgewählt, weil ich es sehr aktuell betrachte. Der Verkehr ist gegenwärtig ein üblicher Bestandteil unseres Lebens. Verkehrkriminalität betrifft fast alle Menschen. Jeder von uns kann sowohl Obfer, als auch Täter werden. Zugleich handelt es sich um das Thema. Das die Aufmerksamkeit noch nicht verdient. Angesichts der Schadenhöhen, der Anzahl der Todesfälle und der Verletzten handelt es sich um einen Bereich, der einen erheblichen Einfluss auf das Leben sowohl der ganzen Gesellschaft, als auch einer individuellen Person hat. Das Hauptziel dieser Arbeit ist es, die Hauptuhrsachen der Verkehrkriminalität zu analysieren und anschlieβend die Vorbeugungen zu erzielen. The diploma thesis discusses the issues of help mainly by the United States under the Lend- Lease Act during the Second World War. The theoretical part deals with the historical context and the economic s and political framework of the rise of the programme with an emphasis on the USA. The following part is focused on the quantification of the whole extent. A great part of the thesis is devoted to the issues of help by the Soviet Union. The emphasis is placed not only on the content, but mainly on the logistic issues. Following the historical context there are also four major transportation corridors discussed and their occupancy at the time, material flow and mode of transport are analysed.

This thesis focuses on transportation in the region of Třebíč. The theoretical part is concerned in types of transportation and the resources of transport services. The second part analyses types of transportation in this region from the perspective of public transport. The last part uses analysis to describe the level of transport services in the region and also provides the reader with suggestion concerning improvement of transport services of a small village.

Diplomová práce se zabývá obchodní činností firmy Sprint spol. s r.o. Seznamuje s průběhem zadávání objednávek dodavatelům, se způsobem skladování a rozebírá realizaci objednávek odběratelů. Dále analyzuje přepravní operace související s dovozem a distribucí zboží. Vedle rozboru konkrétních nabídek zasílatelských firem je popsán i právní podstata přepraveně-právních vztahů. Poslední kapitola se zabývá celní problematikou po vstupu ČR do EU.

Ekonomická reforma v ČR nastartovala uplatňovaní tržních principů. Služby jsou definovány jako výkony pro trh, které mají nematerializovanou podobu. Na rozdíl od hmotných statků jsou nehmotné, neskladovatelné, nezkazitelné a často neviditelné. Předpoklady vývoje poptávky a nabídky po přepravě. Přepravní služby jako faktor rozvoje společnosti a podniků. Specifikace nezbytné úrovně přepravních služeb ve společnosti. Cílem je naznačit metodologii a perspektivy dopravy založené na harmonizovaných podmínkách dopravních podniků a vytvoření racionálních proporcí přepravních služeb.

Diplomová práce se zabývá připraveností Prahy na možné pořádání olympijských her v roce 2016 nebo 2020. Námět práce vychází z uvažované kandidatury Prahy a probíhajících diskuzí na toto téma. V první části práce je popisována příprava, organizace a finanční výsledky olympijských her v Aténách v roce 2004. Z aténských her jsou vyvozeny závěry pro pražskou kandidaturu. Druhá část práce analyzuje připravenost Prahy a ČR na možné pořádání olympijských her. Jsou zde uváděny hlavní problémy Prahy a ČR, které výrazně ohrožují možné pořádání her v plánovaných termínech.

Cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře s problematikou klíčových ukazatelů výkonu (KPIs). V teoretické části se zabývá problematikou outsourcingu jako oblastí, která je s KPIs úzce spojena a samotnou problematikou těchto ukazatelů. Zejména se zaměřuje na definování nových ukazatelů, implementaci a představení možných oblastí využití KPIs. Praktická část obsahuje aplikaci ukazatelů KPIs v rámci řešení reálného projektu z oblasti automobilového průmyslu.

V diplomové práci se zabývám integrovanými dopravními systémy velkých měst. V první části mapuji problematiku integrovaných dopravních systémů obecně. Poté uvádím několik příkladů ze zahraničí a podrobněji se věnuji pražské integrované dopravě. V praktické části práce provádím srovnání pražského a mnichovského integrovaného dopravního systému v oblastech územního rozsahu dopravní sítě, tarifu a jízdného, délek tratí a linek a dopravních výkonů. Pomocí SWOT analýzy hodnotím silné a slabé stránky, hrozby a příležitosti pro pražskou integrovanou dopravu. Výsledkem mé práce jsou doporučení a návrhy možností dalšího rozvoje Pražského integrovaného dopravního systému.
