Darbo tema - „Dalyvavimo mokyklos dramos kolektyve įtaka mokinių asmenybės savybių tobulėjimui“. Lietuvos švietimo dokumentuose meninio ugdymo dalykų statusas nėra vienodai traktuojamas. Dailės ir muzikos pamokos vedamos nuo pat pirmos klasės, o teatro tik – XI – XII klasėse ir pasirinktinai. Darbo tikslas – nustatyti teatrinio ugdymo įtaką mokinių asmenybės savybių tobulėjimui. Siekiant tikslo, buvo išspręsti šie uždaviniai: 1) Apibrėžta meninio ugdymo vieta bendrajame ugdyme. 2) Apžvelgti teatrinio ugdymo raida bei požiūris į jį Lietuvoje ir Europoje. 3) Apibūdinti mokyklos teatro tikslai ir uždaviniai. 4) Atskleisti teigiami ir neigiami papildomo teatrinio ugdymo (dramos) aspektai. 5) Ištirta, kaip mokinių dalyvavimas Maironio gimnazijos dramos kolektyve įtakoja jų asmenybės savybes. Tyrimo hipotezė: mokinių dalyvavimas dramos kolektyve daro teigiamą įtaką jų asmenybės savybių tobulėjimui. Tyrimo metodai: 1) Dokumentų ir mokslinės literatūros apie meninio ugdymo (dramos) tikslus, uždavinius, raidą, specifiką, principus ir svarbą apžvalga. 2) Mokinių, jų tėvų ir mokytojų anketinė apklausa. 3) Duomenų analizė ir interpretavimas. Tyrimo imtį sudaro 20 Maironio gimnazijos mokinių, dalyvaujančių mokyklos dramos kolektyve, 20 jų tėvų ir 20 juos mokančių pedagogų. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The topic of the thesis is The Participation in School Drama Group and Its Influence on the Development of Pupils’ Personality. The position of the artistic training in education is not clearly defined in the documentation of the Ministry of Education. Art and music lessons are obligatory for pupils starting from the first form, whereas drama lessons are offered as an optional subject for pupils in the eleventh or twelfth forms. The aim of the thesis is to determine the influence of drama lessons on the development of pupils’ personalities. In order to achieve the aim the following tasks were performed: 1) the determination of the position of the artistic training in general education; 2) the review of the development of drama training in Europe and Lithuania; 3) the evaluation of the aims and goals of school drama groups; 4) the determination of positive and negative aspects of drama training at schools (extra classes); 5) the evaluation of the participation in Maironis Gimnasium Drama Group on the pupils’ personalities. The purpose of this narrative study was to describe the role and potentials of drama groups for enhancing and maintaining well-being for female drama group members living with HIV in Uganda. Six semi-structured interviews were carried out and analyzed through a thematic analysis. The analysis was made within a theoretical framework based upon Sen's notion of the capability approach and social psychological theories of the self. The results showed that the activities carried out by the drama group empowered the women through increasing their access to important capabilities such as inclusion and self-respect. It further indicated that the women needed other forms of support before being able to benefit from these activities. However, some capabilities were still inaccessible to the women due to obstacles as poverty and harmful gender norms. / Syftet med den här narrativa studien var att beskriva dramagruppers roll och potentialför att förbättra och upprätthålla välmåendet för kvinnliga dramagruppmedlemmar somlever med HIV i Uganda. Sex semi-strukturerade intervjuer genomfördes ochanalyserades genom en tematisk analys. Analysen gjordes inom ett teoretisk ramverkbaserat på Sen's idé av the capability approach som kombinerades medsocialpsykologiska teorier om självet. Resultatet visade att aktiviteterna som utfördes idramagruppen stärkte kvinnorna genom att öka deras tillgänglighet till viktigakapabiliteter såsom social inkludering och självrespekt. Vidare tydde resultaten på attkvinnorna var i behov av annat slags stöd innan de kunde gagnas av dessa aktiviteter.Dock var vissa kapabiliteter fortfarande oåtkomliga för kvinnorna, vilket orsakades avbegränsningar som fattigdom och skadliga könsnormer.
