Fratura psÃquica: o impacto da violÃncia no psiquismo das crianÃas da favela / Fracture psychic: the impact of violence in the psyche of the children of the slum

A situaÃÃo crÃtica na qual vive grande parte das crianÃas da capital cearense â sujeitas a todo tipo de violÃncia â falta de moradia, educaÃÃo precÃria, trabalho precoce, abuso sexual, prostituiÃÃo, alcoolismo, drogas, pais desempregados, constitui-se numa das expressÃes mais consistentes de uma sociedade agonizante. Esta investigaÃÃo de natureza qualitativa objetivou compreender qual o impacto da violÃncia no psiquismo de crianÃas inseridas desde cedo num contexto sÃcio-econÃmico de misÃria. Participaram da pesquisa 27 sujeitos de 5 a 12 anos, de ambos os sexos, moradores da favela Verdes Mares, localizada na zona leste de Fortaleza. AtravÃs de um olhar clÃnico, amparado em uma das tÃcnicas de anÃlise de conteÃdo â anÃlise temÃtica, onde foram privilegiadas as entrevistas abertas, a utilizaÃÃo de jogos, encenaÃÃes teatrais, assim como tÃcnicas projetivas (desenhos), emergiram aspectos latentes significativos acerca da estruturaÃÃo psÃquica das crianÃas. Tais aspectos confirmaram a hipÃtese inicial de que o psiquismo dessas crianÃas està sendo estruturado de forma desarmÃnica e que uma âfratura psÃquicaâ pode ser cogitada, termo que sinaliza um descompasso entre os campos noÃtico e afetivo do desenvolvimento. / The critical situation in which the greater part of the capital of CearÃ‟s children live â subject to every form of violence â homelessness, precarious educations, child labor, sexual abuse, prostitution, alcoholism, drug abuse, unemployed parents, constitute in one of the most consistent expressions, a dying society. This qualitative investigation aims at understanding the impact of violence upon the psyche of children subjected to it from an early age in a socioeconomic environment of poverty. Twenty-seven subjects from 5 to 12 years of age, of both sexes, residents of Verdes Mares (Green Seas) slum, located in an area east of the city of Fortaleza, participated in the study. From a clinical point of view, aided by one the techniques of content analysis â thematic analysis, where open interviews, games, theatrical enactment as well as projective techniques (drawings) were conducted, and through which significant latent aspects emerged concerning the children‟s psychic structuring. These aspects confirmed the initial hypothesis that these children‟s psyches are being disharmoniously structured and that a âpsychic fratureâ might result, an expression that signals a misstep in the noetic and affective areas of development.

Do neoliberalismo ao neodesenvolvimentismo: a trajetória brasileira nas últimas duas décadas

Having this context in mind, this paper aims at reviewing the Brazilian economic policy of the last twenty years and analyzing to which extent those initiatives were influenced by the neo-liberalism and neo-developmentism. To that, beyond resuming the fundamental concepts of those theories and emphasizing its application in Brazil and Latin America, the main measures adopted by Fernando Henrique Cardoso, Luis Inácio Lula da Silva and Dilma Rousseff s governments will be presented, highlighting how neo-liberal and neo-development ideas were applied, why those measures were taken, what were the consequences of that and if they indicate continuity or rupture compared to the last government / Embora hoje possamos afirmar que o Brasil esteja passando por um regime democrático estável e sólido, a despeito das duas décadas de governo militar e autoritário que o precederam, a cena política e econômica brasileira continua passando por uma série de transformações que dão forma ao atual ciclo da história de nosso país no novo período de democracia. Tendo em vista este contexto, este trabalho visa fazer uma revisão da política econômica brasileira dos últimos vinte anos e observar em que medida a mesma foi influenciada pelos receituários neoliberal e neodesenvolvimentista. Termin se odnosi na promenu<br />statusa ekonomske sfere od početka sedamdesetih godina XX veka i<br />prouzrokovanje kretanja ogromne količine finansijske mase svetskim<br />tržištem. Rad istražuje kako se ova pojava odrazila na urbana<br />područja i pojavu ubrzane &quot;proizvodnje prostora&quot; u periodu od početka<br />XXI veka do danas. Cilj je utvrđivanje kriterijuma na osnovu kojih se<br />definišu karakteristične urbane tipologije u vojvođanskim<br />naseljima, koja su predmet komparativne analize. Značenje, uticaj i<br />posledice opisanog procesa, a samim tim i identifikacija uzroka,<br />predstavljaju mogućnosti za sprečavanje negativnih efekata ili<br />njihovo isticanje u cilju poboljšanja kvaliteta urbanog života.</p> / <p>Financialization is a global phenomenon. Тhe term refers to the change in<br />the status of the economic sphere since the early seventies and causing the<br />movement of huge amounts of financial mass appeared on the world market.<br />This paper studies how this phenomenon has reflected upon the urban areas<br />and the emergence of accelerated &quot;production of space&quot; for the period from<br />the beginning of the 21st century till present. The goal is establishing criteria<br />based of which we determine the characteristic urban typologies in<br />settlements of Vojvodina, which are subject of the comparative analysis.<br />Meaning, impact and consequences of the described process, and thus the<br />identification of the causes, present possibilities to prevent negative<br />consequences or to point them out in order to improve quality of urban life.</p>

VARIATION I VALDELTAGANDE : - En statistisk undersökning av moderniseringens subnationella effekter på det svenska valdeltagandet

This essay sets out to bring further knowledge within the field of political participation on an aggregated level in Sweden. The theoretical access point for this study is the modernization theory provided by Lipset (1959). This theory will be investigated to see if variables within this theory have an effect on the Swedish voter turn-out. Furthermore this study aims to investigate if the contexts of the economical situations have an effect on modernization. The main questions of this essay is: (1) what effects do modernization have on voter turn-out in Swedish municipals? (2) Regarding the economic cycles, what influence does the effects of modernization have on voter turn-out? The method used in this essay is a qauntative analysis in the form of a bivariate and a multiple regression analysis. The empirical material in this study includes statistics from different public agencies. The analysis aims to investigate three election years, 1994, 2006 and 2014. The empirical study shows that socioeconomic pre-conditions, such as average income level, and urbanization have a positive and strong effect on the Swedish voter turn-out on an aggregated level. This shows that modernization theory is not relevant in full, it rather shows that certain parts of the original theory is relevant today. The effects modernization have on voter turn-out is also a lot stronger when the economic context is an economic boom. When the economy goes down the effect goes down with it.

In this way, we discuss the data that indicate the date of implementation of higher education institutions, the creation of respective courses, enrollment, tied students and graduates of the respective courses in the period 2003-2014. In order to do this, we have made a history of the formation of Brazilian higher education, the creation of the first institutions of higher education, the modernization of Brazilian post-1968 education and the work of international organizations in the sector, such as IBRD, International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and the World Bank, attempting to mention the impositions of the Washington consensus that were influential in shaping economic and educational policies in Brazil in the following decades. During the construction of this history the discussions focused on education, we made relations with the economic and social policies of each period between 1930-2002. Based on the historical, we began the statistical discussion about the expansion of Brazilian higher education, based on the economic reformulation and from the institutionalized educational programs. Among them were: the Fund for Student Financing for Higher Education (FIES), the University for All Program (PROUNI) and the Federal University Restructuring and Expansion Program Support Program (REUNI). regions of the country, through state funding directed to the public and private sectors. Finally, we discussed the expansion of the teaching modality at the regional level, seeking to mention the data that indicates the date of implementation of the new educational institutions, the year of creation of the respective courses and, in municipal scope, we point out the numbers that indicate the number of enrollments, bound students, course finishes and the number of courses implemented. The problem that we investigated during the research was, the policies of expansion of education internalized the sector in the region, with the justification of a formation of higher education in a late form. We soon found that most educational institutions and courses were instituted dating to socioeconomic transformations from the 2000s. We also made clear that this research belongs to the research line "Education and Teaching of Geography" and to HEGEO - Group of Research in History and Epistemology of Geography. / Este trabalho tem por objetivo realizar uma pesquisa documental, analisando os números referentes ao setor da educação superior em âmbito nacional e regional. Dessa forma discutimos os dados que apontam a data de implementação das instituições de ensino superior, de criação dos respectivos cursos, sobre matrículas, alunos vinculados e concluintes dos respectivos cursos no período 2003-2014. Para isso, fizemos um histórico que pretende apontar a formação da educação superior brasileira, a criação das primeiras instituições de ensino superior, a modernização da educação superior brasileira pós 1968 e a atuação de organismos internacionais no setor, como o BIRD, Banco Internacional para Reconstrução e Desenvolvimento e o Banco Mundial, procurando mencionar as imposições do consenso de Washington influentes na elaboração das políticas econômicas e educacionais no Brasil das décadas posteriores. Durante a construção desse histórico as discussões voltadas para a educação, fizemos relações com as políticas econômicas e sociais de cada período entre 1930-2002. Com base no histórico, iniciamos a discussão estatística sobre a expansão da educação superior brasileira a contar da reformulação econômica e a partir da atuação dos programas educacionais institucionalizados. Entre eles o, Fundo de Financiamento ao Estudante do Ensino Superior (FIES), o, Programa Universidade para Todos (PROUNI) e o, Programa de Apoio a Planos de Reestruturação e Expansão das Universidades Federais (REUNI), havendo a expansão do setor a regiões interioranas do país, através do financiamento estatal direcionados para o setor público e privado. Por fim, realizamos uma discussão sobre a expansão da modalidade de ensino em âmbito regional, procurando mencionar os dados que apontam a data de implementação das novas instituições de ensino, o ano de criação dos respectivos cursos e, em abrangência municipal, apontamos os números que indicam a quantidade de matrículas, alunos vinculados, concluintes dos cursos e a quantidade de cursos implementados. O problema que investigamos durante a pesquisa foi, as políticas de expansão do ensino interiorizaram o setor na região, com a justificativa de haver uma formação da educação superior de forma tardia. Logo constatamos que, a maior parte das instituições de ensino e de cursos foram instituídos a datar das transformações socioeconômicas a partir dos anos 2000.
