Obce v pozici příjemců dotací z grantového programu Rozvoj venkova a krajiny v letech 2009 ? 2012 ? vyhodnocení programu z hlediska vlivu na biodiverzitu / Municipalities as recepients of subsidies granted by the programme "Development of rural space and landscape" in the period 2009 - 2012 - evaluation of the program in terms of biodiversity

MARKOVÁ CHOCHOLOVÁ, Jana January 2013 (has links)
The master thesis evaluates the grant program ?Rural development and land, measure 1 Landscaping and supporting biodiversity?. Within this program were implemented actions that resulted in restoration and protection of biodiversity.20 municipalities were chosen and evaluated, that were supported by the grant program in South Bohemia Region in years 2009-2012. Evaluated municipalities belong in the category of small municipalities, except for 4 of them, that belong to the category of large municipalities (towns Sezimovo Ústí, Blatná, Netolice a Písek). The evaluation included the urban area and the rural area of the village. Using the questionnaire method, the aim was to determine, what is the status of municipalities in the grant program, i.e. whether the municipalities were capable of implementing actions within their budgets without the support of the grant, and also what actions the municipalities have to take in order to become successful applicants for the grant program. Next factor, which was compared and evaluated, was representation of ecologically stable and ecologically unstable habitats in the studied communities by using aerial photographs. Within the ecological survey, invasive species in villages were also mapped using field survey. Around less maintained watercourses were recorded only the most common invasive plant species in the Czech Republic as well as Heracleum mantegazzianum, which suggests that municipalities incorporate procedures suppressing invasive plant species in the primary care for landscape elements.

Environmentální výchova a obec s rozšířenou působností / Environmental education and a municipality with extended powers

Hozmanová, Jitka January 2011 (has links)
SUMMARY: Environmental education is not a matter of only educational system but of the integrity of all external influences which affect people in the course of their life. Also state administration plays an important role the basic element of which is a municipality potentially comprising a very important task. The thesis aims to highlight the possibility how state authorities may affect implementation of CEPA with stress on educational system. The thesis is divided into three sections - theoretical, analytic and propositional chapters. The theoretical part focuses on starting situation, progress, goals and tasks of EEA projects and legislation. The analytic part deals with gathered facts and evaluates them from the point of the state of CEPA implementation within the area of a chosen municipality with extended powers. The propositional part contains a SWOT analysis and a proposal of particular measures leading to improvement of the situation and a draft "Concept of CEPA development of the selected municipality with extended powers".

Právní odpovědnost za ztráty na životním prostředí / Liability for loss caused to the environment

Hanibal, Josef January 2011 (has links)
English abstract The subject of my thesis is liability for loss caused to the environment. This is a fairly complex issue in the environmental law, which has developed significantly in recent years and decades, coming under the spotlight of the national, international, and European legislation. The principal aim of this thesis is to present and describe various legal instruments in the field of environmental law, particularly the legal regime of liability for loss caused to the environment in international, European, and national law. This thesis consists of nine chapters in which I analyze various modes of legal liability as a means of protecting the environment. The opening chapter of my work defines the term of legal liability in the field of environmental protection. Then I deal with tort liability in the environmental law, both criminal responsibility and liability for administrative misconducts. Next chapter of my work is devoted to liability for damage to the environment in international law. I focus primarily on the Lugano Convention on Civil Liability for damage resulting from activities dangerous to the environment, which has become an important source of inspiration for further development of a common regime of liability for damage to the environment in European countries. The fourth chapter...

Olše lepkavá (Alnus glutinosa L. Gaertn.) v symbióze s bakteriemi rodu Frankia a jejich růst na půdách výsypek po těžbě uhlí / European black alder (Alnus glutinosa L. Gaertn.) in symbiosis with Frankia and their growth on post-mining heap soils

Buchbauerová, Lucie January 2017 (has links)
Alder (Alnus glutinosa L. Gaertn.) is a species of a pioneer plant usually colonizing sites in the early stage of ecological succession, such as spoil heaps after open-cast brown coal mining in the Sokolov mining district in north western Bohemia, Czech Republic. These spoil heaps are very poor in nutrients available for plants, yet alders grow in a mutualistic relationship with actinomycetes Frankia, which live in root nodules of the alder plants. Frankia are able of fixing atmospheric nitrogen (N2) to ammonia (NH3) molecules, which can be then assimilate by alders, via enzyme nitrogenase. Thus, in the early stages of succession, alders have a competitive advantage to other non- fixing plant species living only on nitrates (NO3 - ) and ammonia ions (NH4 + ) present in soils. The aim of this study was to conduct and assess two greenhouse experiments. The first experiment studied the response of alder growth to presence of Frankia and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi of order Glomerales. The performance of alder growth was significantly higher when alders were inoculated with both Frankia and mycorrhizal fungi in comparison to when alders have grown on their own or only with a mycorrhizal symbiont - both on 14 and 60 years old soils from Sokolov mines. In the second experiment, soil pH and iron (Fe) and...

Sledování populace bakterií mléčného kvašení v moravských vínech / The monitoring of the lactic acid bacteria in the Moravian wines

Valicová, Markéta January 2011 (has links)
The aim of this Master Degree Thesis was to monitor the total number of lactic acid bacteria occurring in grape must during wine production. The study was performed on the red wine grape variety Cabernet Moravia from organic vineyard and on the white wine grape variety Sauvignon from both organic and integrated vineyards. The isolation of pure cultures of lactic acid bacteria from mixed cultures and subsequently their identification by genus and species-specific PCR was also subject of the thesis. The experimental results show that the number of viable cells of lactic acid bacteria is influenced not only by the wine grape variety, whether it is a variety of red or white wine grape, but also by the way of wine growing. The method of wine growing also had an impact on the species representation of lactic acid bacteria in each variety.
