Optimalizace průtokových poměrů v mazacích obvodech s progresivními rozdělovači pomocí genetických algoritmů / Optimisation of Flow Rates in Lubrication Systems with Progressive Distributors by means of Genetic Algorithms

Vepřek, Jiří January 2010 (has links)
This doctoral thesis presents the results of the development of two software programs for the design of progressive distributors and progressive lubrication systems. One of these programs implements a genetic algorithm and the other, which is used to design progressive lubrication systems, implements a parallel genetic algorithm of the island model. The program for the design of progressive distributors was implemented in Java using the NetBeans development environment and the other program was created in Matlab. The thesis further focuses on analytical and computational solutions of the flow of compressible greases seen as viscoplastic fluids. Equations for the numerical solution of the non-steady flow of compressible viscoplastic Bingham fluids were derived and solved by the Lax-Wendroff method in Matlab. As several constants had to be set in the equations, experiments were conducted with the ecological grease Plantogel 2S in the laboratory of the Kaplan Department of Hydraulic Machines, mainly to determine the sound velocity in this grease. The sound velocity was calculated based on the experimental results by applying Fourier transformation and the transition matrix method. In addition to this, the rheological measurements of greases were used. As seen from the results, the ecological greases are actually thixotropic viscoplastic fluids with a significant elastic element. Since a Newton fluid was assumed when calculating the sound velocity, the possibilities of using the transition matrix method for viscoplastic fluids were then considered. No analytical solution of the flow of viscoplastic fluids in a frequency spectrum has been published so far. Because it emerged that greases had a significant elastic stress factor, the problem of the non-steady flow of elastic-viscoplastic fluids was solved numerically between two infinite parallel plates by applying the finite difference method (FDM). The computation was done in Matlab. This doctoral thesis makes a contribution to solving problems related to the design of progressive distributors and progressive lubrication systems used to distribute compressible greases. Considering the complex approach to this field and the achieved results, the thesis also represents a significant contribution to design work.

Dostálová, Markéta January 2016 (has links)
Content of this thesis is analysis of possibilities for generation brownfield and searching for the best option for realization of regeneration. Thesis contains theoretic part, where brownfield problematic in Czech Republic is explained, their environmental burden, subsidy possibilities for regeneration, then price problematic and evaluation of properties and also not the last in the range - territorial planning documentation and change in purpose of usage. These terms are further used for solution of thesis practical part, where two possibilities for brownfield´s regeneration of former agricultural property are solved. First option is already realized - project of brownfield´s regenerace, which is now being used for purpose of „Mikropodnik Lupenice“ as melting house for non-ferous metals, and another option of solution is demolition of houses in areal and sale of lands equiped by needed technical network system and traffic infrastructure for building-up family houses. As output information is comparison these two options and choice of the best evaluation of Lupenice´s brownfield.

Corlannová, Lenka January 2015 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to compare the National Footprint Accounts of the Czech Republic in the section of cropland and grazing land for the year 2007 based on globally available data and data available in the Czech Republic, and also to compare these National Footprint Accounts of the Czech Republic based on nationally available data from the years 2007 and 2013. This thesis used the method of calculation of the National Footprint Accounts developed by Global Footprint Network. The ecological footprint of cropland of the Czech Republic is lower according to national data compared to global data while the ecological footprint of grazing land is higher. According to national data, the ecological footprint of both cropland and grazing land of the Czech Republic was lower in 2013 compared to 2007. This work gives an opportunity to compare the calculation of the ecological footprint and biocapacity of cropland and grazing land based on different data sources and to compare the results based on data from 2007 and 2013. Vlastnosti biotopů zodpovědné za atraktivitu vojenských cvičišť pro ptáky: případová studie z vojenského újezdu Hradiště / Habitat characteristics accounting for the attractiveness of military training areas for birds: a case study from the Hradiště military training area

Hernová, Jana January 2020 (has links)
Military areas are extraordinary biodiversity-rich due to limited economic activities and a specific way of using the areas for military training. Previous research has also revealed their positive influence on bird species diversity, this applies to endangered species in particular. However, the exact biotope characteristics attracting birds are insufficiently known. In this regard, I expected an important role of heterogeneity of the environment. The aim of the thesis was therefore: (I) to find out the difference of environmental heterogeneity between a military area (MA) and the surrounding landscape, both in a forest and a non-forest sites, (II) to find out what biotope characteristics attract birds in open landscape and (III) what characteristics attract birds in forest. Fieldwork took place in a still active MA of Hradiště and neighboring controls of Bochov and Ostrov. In total, 80 study plots were surveyed for representation of individual biotopes (39 types in total) and the number of fragments of woody vegetation. Data on bird species richness were taken from the thesis of Bušek (2015), surveyed birds at identical study plots and calculated total number of bird species and the number of endangered bird species at each plot. The open landscape of MA has, compared to the surrounding cultural...

Červenková, Pavlína January 2019 (has links)
The diploma thesis focuses on environmental taxation of road motor vehicles in EU countries. Firstly, the thesis deals with negative external effects of transport which are the reason for the existence of the environmental taxes. Secondly, tools used for regulation of negative external effects in the area of environmental protection including environmental tax reform are described. Subsequently, the thesis presents legislation for taxation of road transport in the European Union and analyses the road motor vehicle taxation in the EU member states with regard to environmental aspects. Moreover, the systems of taxation of ownership of road motor vehicles in selected countries of the European Union (Denmark, Italy, Netherlands and Sweden) are described and the levels of taxation of cars and trucks in the Czech Republic and in selected countries of the European Union are compared. The thesis also includes a proposal for taxation of road motor vehicles in the Czech Republic with regard to the environmental impacts of road transport.

Teorie ekologické modernizace - fakta a souvislosti. Historická perspektiva, podmínky a limity neoliberálního konceptu udržitelnosti / Ecological modernization theory - facts and context. Historical perspective, conditions and limits of the neoliberal sustainability concept

Oharková, Alena January 2011 (has links)
Ecological modernization theory - facts and context. Historical perspective, conditions and limits of the neoliberal sustainability koncept Annotation: This diploma thesis deals with the synthesis of ideas of ecological modernization theory, which has been developing since the 80's of the 20th century particularly in Western Europe. The ecological modernization theory wants to explain, interpret and propose environmental reforms in conjunction with continued economical growth, industrial development and globalization. The ecological modernization theory argues that a continuous industrial development does not lead inevitably to environmental degradation, but rather provides the best possible way out of the environmental crisis. Although the ecological modernization theory is a relatively young concept, during the first thirty years of its existence has greatly expanded and diversified, gained countless supporters and opponents, provoked a number of debates and inspired many empirical studies. This development, however, has led not only to new findings but also resulted in a dilution of the ecological modernization theory, which thereby has become confusing, vague and inconsistent. This thesis attempts to give a framework to the ecological modernization theory to specify not only its main ideas and goals,...

Spolupráce škol s vnějšími partnery v rozvoji environmentální gramotnosti žáků / Cooperation of schools and external partners on the development of environmental awareness among students

Frýblová, Jitka January 2012 (has links)
This master thesis is concerned with current issues of educational politics, namely the integration of environmental aspects into the curriculums of grammar schools and high schools. Environmental education, and awareness raising has appeared in schools following the introduction of the framework education programme as one of its cross-curricular subjects, reflecting new social needs. While there lies a great potential for the development of our education system within cross-curricular subjects and framework education programmes, these also introduce new requirements for teachers, who are not always quite prepared for dealing with them. The introduction of external partners into education is one possible way of dealing with those requirements, as these external partners have many years of experience with ecology oriented education programmes and their methodical specifics. The presented master thesis familiarizes the reader with the individual forms of cooperation among schools and external partners and tries to generalize its pros and cons and outline the possibility of engaging external educational partners in teaching subjects other than environmental education. The paper deals with a multidisciplinary topic in which the findings of public policy, pedagogy, ethics and ecology intertwine. The...

Ekobabo, raď! aneb Ekoporandeství v České republice / Eco-grandmother, advise! Eco-counselling in the Czech republic

Havlínová, Zuzana January 2011 (has links)
First part of the thesis presents foundations and purpouse of eco-counselling as a social institution in Czechoslovakia, the Czech republic and also in general. Data set consisting of queries sent to czech eco-counsellors throughout one year is described in the empirical part. It also presents in detail methods and execution of classification of more than 9 000 queries. Resulting structure is then analyzed thorou- ghly from different points of view. This synthetic and analytic process gives facts about clients' regions of interest in landscape, nature and environment protection and also everyday life. Analysis also reveals clients' true motivation and subjective or objective urge. Thus it can serve eco-counselling offices as a source material for a mid-term conception to increase its competence in environmental education. It can also be used for political and strategic decision making concerning eco-counselling in the Czech republic. Results show that majority of clients use eco-counsellor's service for ecological and environmental reasons, thus eco-counselling serves as an effective preventive en- vironmental policy instrument. Eco-counselling can be then considered to be able to decrease costs related to correction of human negative impact to environment and an effective way of decreasing...

Odpovědná individuální spotřeba jako první krok z ekologické krize / Responsible individual consumption as the first step out of the environmental crisis

Hosnedlová, Alena January 2015 (has links)
The thesis deals with the problem of global ecological crisis caused by excessive consumption of material goods, particularly in countries of "The Rich North" (western countries). In the theoretical part I set up individualized man as a consumer in the system of modern society, which indicates the conditions of its existence mainly through the market. I discuss the possible way out of the ecological crisis through ideological changes in the company initiated from the "bottom", based on the internalization of values leading to responsible and moderate consumption. I demonstrate alternative ways of life, environmentally friendly in terms of consumption, and discuss the obstacles and ways of its spread. The research was conducted through interviews with eco-advisers who are dealing with consumption, as potential "opinion leaders" in this case. I tried to look their conception of responsible consumption and their potential impact on society in favor of spreading the idea of an environmentally responsible way of life Key words Ecological crisis, consumption, consumerism, modernity, individualization, values, responsible consumption, modesty, environmentally friendly way of life
