Tränas förmågorna i ämnet fysik?

Urthaler, Stephanie January 2017 (has links)
Abstract - Which abilities are the students training in the subject of physics? The purpose of this study was to examine teachers' plans, LPPs (Local Educational Planning) to see which abilities are trained and how. I have created a content analysis of the teachers' plans, LPPs and how the teachers practice the abilities of the students in the subject of physics. I analysed two LPPs in the grade 5 and two LPPs in the grade 6. The LPPs are from two different schools and two teachers' one in each grade. My first purpose was to examine which abilities, prescribed in Lgr 11 students are training and if the abilities create a common thread between grade 5 and grade 6 in the subject of physics. My second purpose was to examine what kind of teaching the students are training the abilities which can be found in Lgr 11. The study addresses three different kinds of teaching which are more open, more guided or in a combined way of teaching. My study answered the following questions: Which abilities in Lgr 11 are the students training in the subject of physics in grade 5 and 6? What kind of teaching are the students training the abilities in Lgr 11? The study was based on a content analysis of the LPPs and the theory I used to analyse was The Big 5. I also used interview by email with the teachers who gave me the LPPs. Based on the results and the analysis of the study, I came to the conclusion that all four LPPs in the two different schools were practicing the abilities prescribed in Lgr 11 and that they used The Big 5 to clarify the abilities that the topic addresses. All four LPPs have a common thread between grade 5 and 6 where some abilities are recorded again others are excluded and supplemented with new ones. Based on the results and the analysis, I came to the conclusion that both teachers teach the skills prescribed in Lgr 11 in the subject of physics in an open way of teaching, i.e. when students are active participants in the teaching. Combined teaching was used several times when the students e.g. had to try out for a given topic. Guided teaching was used only once in all four LPPs e.g. when the teachers prepare a list of concepts.

Filtrování spamových zpráv pomocí metod umělé inteligence / Email spam filtering using artificial intelligence

Safonov, Yehor January 2020 (has links)
In the modern world, email communication defines itself as the most used technology for exchanging messages between users. It is based on three pillars which contribute to the popularity and stimulate its rapid growth. These pillars are represented by free availability, efficiency and intuitiveness during exchange of information. All of them constitute a significant advantage in the provision of communication services. On the other hand, the growing popularity of email technologies poses considerable security risks and transforms them into an universal tool for spreading unsolicited content. Potential attacks may be aimed at either a specific endpoints or whole computer infrastructures. Despite achieving high accuracy during spam filtering, traditional techniques do not often catch up to rapid growth and evolution of spam techniques. These approaches are affected by overfitting issues, converging into a poor local minimum, inefficiency in highdimensional data processing and have long-term maintainability issues. One of the main goals of this master's thesis is to develop and train deep neural networks using the latest machine learning techniques for successfully solving text-based spam classification problem belonging to the Natural Language Processing (NLP) domain. From a theoretical point of view, the master's thesis is focused on the e-mail communication area with an emphasis on spam filtering. Next parts of the thesis bring attention to the domain of machine learning and artificial neural networks, discuss principles of their operations and basic properties. The theoretical part also covers possible ways of applying described techniques to the area of text analysis and solving NLP. One of the key aspects of the study lies in a detailed comparison of current machine learning methods, their specifics and accuracy when applied to spam filtering. At the beginning of the practical part, focus will be placed on the e-mail dataset processing. This phase was divided into five stages with the motivation of maintaining key features of the raw data and increasing the final quality of the dataset. The created dataset was used for training, testing and validation of types of the chosen deep neural networks. Selected models ULMFiT, BERT and XLNet have been successfully implemented. The master's thesis includes a description of the final data adaptation, neural networks learning process, their testing and validation. In the end of the work, the implemented models are compared using a confusion matrix and possible improvements and concise conclusion are also outlined.

Investigating the Correlation Between Marketing Emails and Receivers Using Unsupervised Machine Learning on Limited Data : A comprehensive study using state of the art methods for text clustering and natural language processing / Undersökning av samband mellan marknadsföringsemail och dess mottagare med hjälp av oövervakad maskininlärning på begränsad data

Pettersson, Christoffer January 2016 (has links)
The goal of this project is to investigate any correlation between marketing emails and their receivers using machine learning and only a limited amount of initial data. The data consists of roughly 1200 emails and 98.000 receivers of these. Initially, the emails are grouped together based on their content using text clustering. They contain no information regarding prior labeling or categorization which creates a need for an unsupervised learning approach using solely the raw text based content as data. The project investigates state-of-the-art concepts like bag-of-words for calculating term importance and the gap statistic for determining an optimal number of clusters. The data is vectorized using term frequency - inverse document frequency to determine the importance of terms relative to the document and to all documents combined. An inherit problem of this approach is high dimensionality which is reduced using latent semantic analysis in conjunction with singular value decomposition. Once the resulting clusters have been obtained, the most frequently occurring terms for each cluster are analyzed and compared. Due to the absence of initial labeling an alternative approach is required to evaluate the clusters validity. To do this, the receivers of all emails in each cluster who actively opened an email is collected and investigated. Each receiver have different attributes regarding their purpose of using the service and some personal information. Once gathered and analyzed, conclusions could be drawn that it is possible to find distinguishable connections between the resulting email clusters and their receivers but to a limited extent. The receivers from the same cluster did show similar attributes as each other which were distinguishable from the receivers of other clusters. Hence, the resulting email clusters and their receivers are specific enough to distinguish themselves from each other but too general to handle more detailed information. With more data, this could become a useful tool for determining which users of a service should receive a particular email to increase the conversion rate and thereby reach out to more relevant people based on previous trends.

Kříž zv. královny Dagmar / THE CROSS OF QUEEN DAGMAR

Trojanová, Martina January 2021 (has links)
At the end of the 17th century, a small enameled cross was discovered in one of the royal graves in Saint Bendt's church in Danish Ringsted. According to the record of the administrator of the Danish Royal Treasury, the cross was found in the grave of the Danish Queen Dagmar - the daughter of the King of Bohemia, Ottokar I (+1230). Dagmar was married in 1205 to Valdemar II the Victorious, the King of Denmark. The cross - today exhibited at the National Museum in Copenhagen - is undoubtedly a Byzantine work. Most probably, it was made in the first half of the 12th century. It is so- called enkolpion, i.e. the hanging cross (gr. Έγϰόλπιου, on the chest). Both its sides are decorated with figurative scenes. The crucifixion of the Christ is depicted on one side. The Great Deēsis with St. Basil the Great and St. John Chrysostom is shown on the other side. There is a hollow in the body of the cross, in which a relic was deposited - most likely a particle of the wood of the True Cross. Although the Queen Dagmar's Cross is considered a national treasure in Denmark, only a little attention has been paid to it so far. It is almost unknown to the Czech researchers (it is briefly mentioned by J. E. Wocel, A. B. Černý, J. Květ, K. Chytil and most recently P. Balcárek). Regrettably, the most of researchers only...

Can Chatbot technologies answer work email needs? : A case study on work email needs in an accounting firm

Olsen, Linnéa January 2021 (has links)
Work email is one of the organisations most critical tool today. It`s have become a standard way to communicate internally and externally. It can also affect our well-being. Email overload has become a well-known issue for many people. With interviews, follow up interviews, and a workshop, three persons from an accounting firm prioritise pre-define emails needs. And identified several other email needs that were added to the priority list. A thematic analysis and summarizing of a Likert scale was conducted to identify underlying work email needs and work email needs that are not apparent. Three work email needs were selected and using scenario-based methods and the elements of PACT to investigating how the characteristics of a chatbot can help solve the identified work email overload issue? The result shows that email overload is percept different from individual to individual. The choice of how email is handled and email activities indicate how email overload feeling is experienced. The result shows a need to get a sense of the email content quickly, fast collect financial information and information from Swedish authorities, and repetitive, time-consuming tasks. Suggestions on how this problem can be solved have been put forward for many years, and how to use machine learning to help reduce email overload. However, many of these proposed solutions have not yet been implemented on a full scale. One conclusion may be that since email overload is not experienced in the same way, individuals have different needs - One solution does not fit all. With the help of the character of a chatbot, many problems can be solved. And with a technological character of a chatbot that can learn individuals' email patterns, suggest email task to the user and performing tasks to reducing the email overload perception. Using keyword for email intents to get a sense of the email content faster and produce quick links where to find information about the identified subject. And to work preventive give the user remainder and perform repetitive tasks on specific dates.

The place of enterprise social media platforms in today’s enterprises : evaluation of usage and impact on workplace tools / Le rôle des plateformes de média sociaux dans les entreprises : évaluation d'usage et impact sur l'environnement de travail numérique

Alimam, Mayla 06 March 2017 (has links)
This shift is empowered by new IT tools commonly known as “Enterprise Social Media” (ESM). Taking mainly the form of integrated platforms, these tools are deployed with the promise of enhancing employees’ communicative activities at the workplace while capitalizing on their social connections. Yet, it remains unclear for companies how their employees benefit from the use of these new tools (i.e., ESM platforms). Managers are unable to evaluate the use of these platforms and thus, tangibly measure the success of their investments. Moreover, introducing ESM platforms to the workplace impact the way the existing tools, such as email, are regarded and used. This leads to the question of whether these new platforms may be substitutes for the use of the existing tools. This thesis tackles the mentioned polemical questions about the place of ESM platforms in today’s enterprises. Carried out jointly with Orange labs, the thesis assesses the role ESM platforms could play in supporting organizations in reaching their objectives and hence sustaining their businesses in an extreme competitive context. It explores the real use of these platforms by offering a quantitative social network analysis and data mining of an established ESM platform currently in use. While relying on a proposed research model that characterizes the activity, the applied hypothesis tests allow determining the correct use of ESM platforms, which in turn indicates the success of their deployments. Moreover, the thesis argues through a reasoning approach that the ESM platforms are not capable of substituting the use of existing workplace tools. Instead, they work in tandem with certain tools such as email. Based on the latter argument, the email tagging service is introduced as an example of how existing workplace tools may be enriched with social features to derive increased benefit for the workforce. The thesis finally validates the service through implementation and testing. To conclude, it proposes and discusses scenarios of future social systems that involve the overall set of workplace tools in enterprises

El Correo Electrónico en el Aprendizaje del Español como Lengua Extranjera(L2) en Estudiantes Universitarios Chinos

Hu, Chun 26 October 2020 (has links)
[EN] Due to the growing interest in Spanish as an academic and professional language in the Chinese university, this research proposal has as a starting point for the analysis of selected traits of Emails written by Chinese university students studying Spanish as a foreign language. Since it is a basic communication tool in its academic interaction, it would facilitate the learning of text writing, especially cybergenres. Based on a statistical analysis, the analysis focuses on theories of textual linguistics (discursive markers and registration) and applied linguistics (courtesy, expressions of cultural elements between Chinese and Spanish and teaching Spanish as a second language), from the perspectives of the discursive genre, ownership of the text, pragmatics. The general objective of the research of the analysis of said corpus will take into account both the linguistic and intercultural components, in order to carry out the proposal of a model of comparative pedagogical analysis with which it is intended to improve the teaching of written Spanish of these university students. The research is therefore justified by the lack of studies of this type of discourse that has its textual characteristics, as well as by the rise of Spanish studies in China. In the virtual context, they can experience the use of language from linguistic conventions that differ in both cultures, but at the same time establishing guidelines thanks to which they can improve their learning of the Spanish language. In particular, at first, there is a requirement to disclose the prowess in the use of the Email in the Chinese university classroom. Then, he concentrates on the related academic knowledge, finally based on the result of pedagogical practice, the final program is achieved. The main result of the thesis is to produce a functional program in the Chinese classroom that serves Chinese university students to carry out an intercultural communicative act through the Email in Spanish in a more fluid, acceptable and with less misunderstanding. In total, 115 emails have been collected, although they are related to over-basic academic knowledge, compared to diverse perspectives, they have shortages in the use of e-mail, of course, this lack is a move towards learning. / How do IT-suppliers protect their communication paths?

Jonsson, Rasmus January 2024 (has links)
Communication paths in business-to-business communication (B2B-communication), such as email and telephony, are today exposed by an increasing threat of cyber attacks. Previous research has demonstrated that many common communication paths are vulnerable to threats, including social engineering and ransomware.  The study examined how IT-suppliers work to ensure that their B2B-communication paths are secured, what vulnerabilities in their existing environment do they see and what mitigation techniques they are using to prevent attacks. To answer the questions a qualitative case study was conducted with an IT-supplier. Semi-structured interviews were conducted to find out the respondents’ opinions and experiences in relation to the communication paths. A total of 19 questions across various categories were posed to the respondents.  The results and analysis of the interviews indicate that email and telephony are the primary modes of communication at the IT-supplier involved in the case study. It also differs in how different departments prefer to communicate. The results also indicate a concern about the growing threat landscape in the IT sector. As a result, the respondents are aware of relevant cyber attacks, such as ransomware or other attacks involving social engineering. The respondents also share how they work to protect their communication paths, as well as identify areas for improvement in the near future. Finally, laws and regulations requiere the IT-supplier to enhance and improve their IT-security, with prominent examples being GDPR and the NIS-2 directives.
