The main aim of this diploma thesis is to acquaint the reader by the means of research with heat diagrams of nuclear power plants, and subsequently, submit a scheme design of partial components and their involvement to heat diagram. The work also reflects different drive variations of circulation pumps and cooling circuits.

Tyrimo objektas: Pilateso pratimų poveikis kvėpavimo funkcijai ir energetikai. Tyrimo tikslas: Nustatyti Pilateso pratimų poveikį kvėpavimo funkcijai ir energetikai. Tiriamieji: 28(±8) metų amžiaus moterys (n=13). Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Nustatyti moterų kvėpavimo funkcijos ir energetikos rodiklius prieš pradedant lankyti Pilateso užsiėmimus. 2. Nustatyti moterų kvėpavimo funkcijos ir energetikos rodiklius po mėnesio trukmės Pilateso pratimų atlikimo. 3. Nustatyti mėnesio trukmės Pilateso pratimų poveikį moterų kvėpavimo funkcijai ir energetikai. Hipotezė – dėl Pilateso pratimų poveikio gerėja žmogaus kvėpavimo funkcija bei mažėja energetinių rodiklių sąnaudos pratimų metu ir po jų. Rezultatai: atlikus kiekvienos tiriamosios duomenų rezultatų palyginimą atskirai, prieš treniruočių laikotarpį ir praėjus mėnesiui po treniruočių, tiriamųjų moterų gauti duomenų rezultatai yra tokie: deguonies ventiliacija (p=0,4583), deguonies ventiliacija kiekvienam žmogaus kūno kilogramui (p=0,2951), plaučių ventiliacijos iškvėpimo laikas litrais per minutę (p=0,2413) ir paros kalorijų norma (p=0,4869) nepakito, tačiau matoma rodiklių gerėjimo tendencija, o minutinis kvėpavimo tūris (p=0,4355), kraujo tūris pratekantis per širdį ir plaučius per vieną minutę (p=0,3378), anglies dioksido ventiliacija (p=0,4033) ir kūno masės indeksas (p=0,4229), kvėpavimo pasikeitimo santykis (p=0,3358) nekito. Results: After compairing each objective data results separately, before training period and after one month of training period, subject women data results are: oxygen ventilation (p=0,4583), oxygen ventilation per one kilogram of persons bodyweight (p=0,2951), pulmonary ventilation exhaling time liters per minute (p=0,2413) and daily calories intake (p=0,4869) did not changed statistically, but improvement of indicators is seen, respiratory volume per minute (p=0,4355), blood flow through the heart and lungs, per one minute (p=0,3378), carbon dioxide ventilation (p=0,4033), body mass index (p=0,4229), and pulmonary change ratio (p=0,3358) showed no changes. This diploma thesis deals with rights to foreign property in the energy sector (electric, gas and heat industry), which are regulated as Energy Act No. 458/2000 Coll. It deals mainly with easements, protective zones, and other public rights to property. This public nature is due to the fact that these rights are established by the law and in the public interest. The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the current and antecedent legislation of the issue of rights to foreign property in connection with the construction of the energy network infrastructure.

The master thesis is concerned with the problems of the impact of additional taxation on economy and effectiveness of photovoltaic projects in the Czech Republic. Additional taxation applies to revenues coming from selling the electricity made by photovoltaic power plants between 2011 and 2013. The first part describes the theoretical factors influencing the methods of assessing the effectiveness of the investment project. At the beginning of the second part, the legislative background of renewable energy projects in the Czech Republic is described. All the factors influencing the effectiveness of the photovoltaic projects are reviewed; followed by the discussion of methods for assessing the effectiveness of the photovoltaic projects. At the end of the thesis the impact of additional taxation on the effectiveness of photovoltaic projects is assessed and compared between different sizes of projects.

This paper focuses on problems of energy sector in the European union. Primary goal is the analysis of the EU position from the perspective of the most significant indicators, consumption, reserves, production, trade, etc. and consequently defining the perspectives of energy policy developement, defining their targets and measures. The paper is divided into four main parts. The first part is dedicated to the teoretical and historical insight of the phenomenon of consumption growth, with a focus on the relationship of GDP and energy consumption. Second part is dedicated to analysis of energy consumption in the world and in the EU, in numbers and the energy-fuel balance developement. Third part evaluates EU position by various primary resources and evaluates the importance and narrow points of their use in the EU area Last, the fourth part defines priority areas of european energy policy and evaluates the importance of the measures used to achieve goals

Předkládaná disertační práce usiluje o navázání na vědeckou činnost, která je soustředěna do oblasti podpor obnovitelných zdrojů energie ve členských státech Evropské unie a USA. Práce se zaměřuje na provedení hloubkové analýzy dvou primárních podpůrných nástrojů, minimálních výkupních cen (zahrnující také schéma tržních příplatků/zelených bonusů) a kvótního systému se zelenými obchodovatelnými certifikáty, na liberalizovaných elektroenergetických trzích Texasu, Velké Británie, Španělska a České republiky. Přičemž rozbor je v doktorské práci proveden výlučně pro nástroje sloužící k podpoře elektrické energie z OZE.

Cílem diplomové práce je stanovení hodnoty podniku Stredoslovenská energetika, a. s. Pro ocenění společnosti byla zvolena metoda DCF entity. Součástí DP je také finanční analýza, strategická analýza relevatního trhu, analýza a prognóza generátorů hodnoty a sestavení finančního plánu.

The issue of the energy security became widely discussed in the expert community and on several levels of the European policy during the recent years. The aim of this thesis is finding suitable tools of the energy policy of the EU and sketching of possible appearance of the energy mix in the next few decades. The first part describes the chosen methodology of the risk management. This is followed by the analysis of the current energy position of the EU. In the third part there are closely analyzed the particular factors of the risk, which enables a structured sight of the issue. The following chapter investigates current political struggle in energy questions on the European level. The consequences between the particular risk factors are evaluated in the last chapter using three scenarios of the possible future development. This analysis leads to prognosis of the energy mix in both the mid-term and the long-term horizon.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to highlight in theoretical and practical level the possibilities and opportunities as well as risks and threats to enter the Chinese market for business or commercial enterprises. Framework of the first part - SWOT analysis of the Chinese market - was designed according to information provided by individual companies actually exporting to the Chinese market. This section is devoted to monetary and fiscal policy and analysis of consumer demand, the tax system in China, protection of intellectual property rights or the issue of corruption, bureaucracy and the Chinese state-owned enterprises. Subsequently there are examples of three companies - Skoda Power and Skoda Transportation and Skoda JS - operating for several years on the Chinese market. Each company chose different way of entering this market and the aim was to analyze these approaches in terms of financial and legislative expediency. The last part of the paper is devoted to vision and analysis of emerging perspective industries and energy.

First chapter of this thesis describes the formation of EU policy on energy and summarizes the current objectives, which should be followed by the European Union in the field of energy. There are also mentioned the main actors in the European energy market (i.e. markets with electricity and natural gas as the main focus of the thesis). In the second chapter, mergers and takeovers in general and then their control through the EU competition policy is described. Third, i.e. the last chapter is devoted to the possible consequences of mergers and takeovers (especially dominant position and its abuse). The whole chapter and thesis is closed by selected cases of control of mergers and takeovers in the electricity and gas markets.
