O método de investigação do corpus, sob a perspectiva da Semiótica (principalmente no campo da Figuratividade), da Filosofia e da Teoria Literária, foi dividido em dois momentos: a microanálise e a macroanálise. Na primeira parte foi analisado de maneira sistemática o poema de abertura da obra, "Partida", com o objetivo de reunir unidades temáticas e forma de construção do texto, destacando-se a questão do gênio e a construção do delírio poético. O segundo passo foi estender tais instâncias para os outros poemas do livro, com o objetivo de configurá-las como recorrências na obra do poeta. A conclusão coteja as duas partes e propõe uma estrutura mínima da poética carneiriana, fundamentada nas teorias da modernidade, principalmente relacionadas à construção do sujeito lírico e ao diálogo com a tradição. / Abstract: This dissertation presents a study of the book Dispersão from the modern Portuguese poet Mário de Sá-Carneiro published in 1914. The corpus investigation method, under the Semiotics (specially on Figurativity), Philosophy and Literary Theory perspective, was divided into two phases: the microanalysis and the macroanalysis. The first part, the overture poem from Dispersão, "Partida", was systematically analyzed aiming at to gather thematic units and form used in the poem construction, highlighting the genius issue and the poetical delirious construction. The second part consisted in extending such elements to other poems of the book in order to represent them as recurrences in the poet's work. The conclusion compares both parts to propose a minimum structure to Sá-Carneiro's poetry, based on theories of modernity specially concerning the lyrical subject construction and the dialogue with literary tradition. / Mestre

Esses lances produzem uma perturbação no gênero autobiográfico, tal como ele foi referendado pelos estudiosos que o instituíram. Denominamos essa perturbação de logro em dois sentidos: para especificar as diferenças da experiência derridiana no uso do autobiográfico que, por meio de hesitações e de ressalvas, aponta os enganos desse discurso e para enfatizar o que ele alcança ao inscrever-se a partir da enunciação do eu. A hipótese - sempre mais de uma - é a de que o seu discurso não prescinde do que ele nomeou de trabalho "na língua com a língua", que retira em partes a exigência de uma busca de identidade que seria o próprio deste discurso. O corpo-a-corpo não é com as especificidades da vida e da obra, pois estas são colocadas de imediato como indissociáveis. O corpo que interfere no corpus expõe na cena o que normalmente é colocado fora-de-cena; isso explica as muitas passagens em que uma questão entra na outra que, por sua vez, reverbera outra e assim por diante. Sem requerer de maneira "exemplar" a abolição do discurso objetivo, a recusa é em falar a respeito de assuntos em um tom impessoal e de modo genérico. A noção de subjetividade é trespassada pela de acontecimento, sendo este relacionado à maneira como os textos se configuram como o que irrompe de maneira imprevista. Uma poética do segredo é cortejada, resultando em uma elaboração distinta do conceito de verdade engendrado pelo discurso filosófico. Seguindo de muito perto a "letra" de Derrida, tratamos desses pontos analisando alguns dos livros em que os lances autobiográficos surgem, ora de modo mais evidente, ora menos; especificamente, nos dois últimos capítulos tratamos de livros... (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Résumé: Le corpus de Jacques Derrida est parcouru par ce que nous appelons ici « traits autobiographiques » qui prennent la forme de jetées éparpillées de diverses manières un peu partout. Ces jetées perturbent le genre autobiographique tel qu'il a été référencé par ses fondateurs. Nous caractérisons cette pertubation de leurre dans deux sens : pour préciser les différences de l'expérience derridienne dans l'usage autobiographique qui, par le biais d'hésitations et de restrictions, montre les pièges de ce discours et pour accentuer ce qu'il atteint en s'inscrivant à partir de l'énonciation du je. L'hypothèse - toujours plusieurs - est que le discours autobiographique ne peut se passer de ce que Derrida a appelé le travail « dans la langue avec la langue », qui retire en partie l'exigence de la recherche d'une identité à soi qui serait propre à ce discours. Le corps à corps n'est pas entre les spécificités de la vie et de l'oeuvre, car celles-ci sont aussitôt considérées comme étant indissociables. Le corps qui intervient dans le corpus révèle dans la scène ce qui est normalement placé hors scène ; ce qui explique les nombreux passages où une question s'incruste dans une autre qui, à son tour, en reflète une autre et ainsi de suite. Sans exiger pour autant de manière "exemplaire" l'abolition du discours objectif, parler-au-sujet-de, d'un ton impersonnel, générique, est rejeté. La notion de subjectivité est percée par celle de l'événement, celui-ci étant lié à la manière dont les textes arrivent de manière imprévue. L'on courtise alors une poétique du secret, ce qui résulte en une élaboration distincte du concept de vérité engendré par le discours philosophique. Orientador: João Luís Cardoso Tápias Ceccantini / Banca: Sandra Aparecida Ferreira / Banca: Maria Zaira Turchi / Banca: Maria de Lourdes Ortiz Gandini Baldan / Banca: José Nicolau Gregorin Filho / Resumo: A presente tese foi escrita orientada por três objetivos principais, quais sejam: investigar a natureza da Crítica e da Teoria Literária, expondo os seus estatutos, suas limitações e pretensões; dentro desse cenário, realizar o recenseamento de toda a produção crítica e teórica do professor Harold Bloom (1930), da Universidade de Yale - figura eminente e controversa dos Estudos Literários hoje - por meio da exposição, levantamento da fortuna crítica e comentário referente a cada uma das obras. A análise dos vinte e um livros apresentados aponta três fases predominantes na carreira do crítico norte-americano: uma fase em que predominam os estudos sobre o Romatismo inglês, a fase do desenvolvimento da teoria da angústia da influência e a fase da defesa do cânone literário fora das Universidades; por fim, o terceiro objetivo é analisar uma obra de Crítica Literária de cada uma das fases evidenciadas - a saber, The Visionary Company (1961), Poesia e Repressão (1976) e Como e por que ler (2000), respectivamente - de modo a identificar o fundamento da crítica agonística de Harold Bloom e seus rivais. Ao fim, será possível verificar que as performances críticas de Harold Bloom sempre se oferecem como alternativas às maiores correntes críticas que predominam ou já predominaram nos Estudos Literários norte-americanos: o New Criticism, a Desconstrução e os Estudos Culturais / Abstract: The present Doctoral Dissertation was written guided by three main aims, which are: to investigate the nature, statutes, limitations of and claims made by Literary Criticism and Theory; that being done, to carry out a survey of all the critical and theoretical publications by professor Harold Bloom (1930), from Yale University - eminent and controversial figure of Literary Studies nowadays - by means of expounding, collecting the wealth of critical acclaim of, and commenting on every work. The analysis of the twenty one books presented points out three predominant phases in the critic's career: a phase in which studies of English Romanticism prevail, the phase of the development of the anxiety of influence theory, and the phase of the literary canon defense outside the Universities; at last, the third aim is to analyze one work of Criticism by each one of the phases pointed out - namely The Visionary Company (1961), Poetry and Repression (1976) and How to Read and Why (2000), respectively - in order to identify the foundations of Harold Bloom's agonistic criticism and its rivals. By the end, it will be possible to verify that Harold Bloom's critical performances always offered themselves as alternatives to major Literary Criticism trends that prevail or had prevailed in American Literary Studies: New Criticism, Deconstruction and Cultural Studies / Doutor

However, a problem indeed studied in the finance literature is that of information asymmetry and the relationship between agent and principal. Normative Instruction 480 issued by the CVM which, among other norms, determined the disclosure of remuneration fixed, variable and equity-based components of members of senior management, statutory committees, audit, risk, finance, compensation, beyond the board and tax has made possible the disclosure of empirical studies on executive compensation and performance of companies present in the Brazilian stock market. The distinction of persons, owner and manager of a business is a natural tendency of the global economy in view of the possibility of having highly skilled people at the helm of a company qualified for the tasks assigned to it. Thus arises the agency problem and the problem of this research: there is a relationship between executive compensation and performance of Brazilian companies? Thus, the overall goal of the research was to determine whether there is a relationship between compensation paid to executives of Brazilian companies and the performance of these companies. Specific also aimed to present the composition of executive remuneration in Brazil, check if the variable compensation influences the outcome of Brazilian companies, identify and describe characteristics of such companies which size and sector differences between the average pay per sector, descriptive statistics about the remuneration in Brazil, to investigate the relationship between executive compensation and performance of Brazilian companies and present the literature that addresses the relationship between executive compensation and performance companies. We used panel data with the observation of fixed effects and random effects. The study showed a statistically significant positive between executive compensation and performance of Brazilian companies.
