Nesta tese mostramos que uma função de custo contínua e uma tecnologia uniproduto, convexa, monôtona não-crescente e regular implicam que a função de custo mínimo é semicontínua superior em relação ao produto e que a demanda por insumos é fechada. Se a imagem da tecnologia for compacta então a função de custo mínimo é contínua e a demanda por insumos é hemicontínua superior e valor-compacto em relação ao produto. Se a tecnologia possuir a propriedade de ser localmente não-disjunta então a função de custo mínimo é contínua e a demanda por insumos é hemicontínua superior e valorcompacto em relação ao produto. Se a função de custo for monôtona não-decrescente, semicontínua inferior em relação aos contornos inferiores e a tecnologia for uniproduto, convexa, monótona não-crescente, regular, fechada com imagem compacta então a função de custo mínimo é semicontínua inferior em relação ao produto e a demanda ampliada por insumos é hemicontínua superior e valor-compacto em relação ao produto. Se a tecnologia possuir a propriedade de ser localmente não-disjunta então o mesmo resultado é válido. Introduzimos as noções de função monótona não-decrescente e semicontínua inferior em relação aos contornos num espaço topológico ordenado, de correspondência localmente não-disjunta e de demanda ampliada. Mostramos que funções com a propriedade anterior são semicontínuas inferiores e que correspondências convexas localmente não-disjuntas são hemicontínuas inferiores.

Esta memoria busca explorar los conceptos de documento, instrumento y firma, para luego contrastarlos de modo general con la noción de “documento electrónico”, “firma electrónica” y “firma digital”, en vista de la problemática relativa a la admisibilidad, en nuestro sistema probatorio, de las formas documentarias relacionadas con las Nuevas Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación, específicamente, con la ciencia informática aplicada. Al efecto, son revisados ciertos antecedentes recogidos en la doctrina, la legislación y la jurisprudencia, tanto nacional como extranjera, que trasuntan la evolución en el tratamiento de las diversas formas, sean ya conocidas o recientes. Finalmente, se concluye por identificar los aspectos relevantes en torno a cada concepto, para aportar ciertas observaciones y recomendaciones que el tema sugiere

In this modern scene, complex geographic formations in North Dakota's badlands have established a unique shared topography between an assemblage of seemingly disparate actors: engines, bison and humans. The Bakken formation 6 km below the surface of the earth provides enough resources to encourage rhizomatic deployment of oil and gas wells while the sedimentary surface, eroded from melting snow, provides 'scenic' lands for tourists and prairie ecosystems for bison. The socio-political distinction between actors has produced abstract borders and delineations in the form of habitats and land-use policies. Materialized through fences, these policies have created autonomous operating systems like fracture drilling and wildlife conservation that are specified for a single or hierarchical order of actors. This not only facilitates settler practices of separation and domination, but also encourages unaccountable externalities outside of the operating systems. Located between two [and a half] National Park units, this project embraces the multiple identities of the subterranean region and proposes a design strategy that engages the three actors as equal shareholders. Acknowledging the actors as an assemblage reveals material kinships and commitments to the geography that offer design considerations for shared spaces and memories. The project is composed of three archetypes, each weaving and entangling the actors within each other's programs and seasonal patterns. The thesis themed ´Analysis of the company in a competitive environment´ deals with the competitive market matters in the area of energetics located in the Pilsen Region. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of the company and the competition which is detailed eliminated in other problems of competitiveness and competitive environment. The next theoretical bases of this thesis is the environment analysis of the company. Analyses of the internal environment are described here but also analysis of the external environment is detailed classified. The theoretical part is completed by the SWOT analysis. The aim of the practical part is the analysis of the competitive environment applied to the company Plzeňská teplárenská, a.s. On the basis of predermined work hypotheses happen the analysis of single matters. At the beginning of the practical part is the description of researched company and further the analysis of the internal and external environment of Plzeňská teplárenská, a.s. In the next phase the description of main products of the company is drawn up. The SWOT analysis that also helps detailed analysis of predermined work hypotheses is made.
