Flexibilní formy práce v České republice a Švýcarsku / Flexible forms of work in the Czech Republic and Switzerland

Jadrný, Jan January 2015 (has links)
The aim of the thesis is to study and compare flexible forms of work in the Czech Republic and Switzerland from 2005 to 2014. The theoretical part defines basic terms of the labor market, major transformations of the current labor market and labor legislation of the Czech Republic and Switzerland. Comparative and factorial analysis are used in the practical part to analyse basic indicators and flexible forms of work of in the Czech and Swiss labor market. The analysis is then set in the broader context of microeconomic and macroeconomic conditions and educational systems in the Czech Republic and Switzerland. The main differences between Swiss and Czech flexibility of the labor market and the typical worker employed under flexible employment in the Czech Republic and Switzerland are drawn from the performed analysis.

Flexibilní formy práce v České republice a Nizozemsku / Flexible forms of work in the Czech Republic and the Netherlands

Ježková, Barbora January 2013 (has links)
Master thesis is focused on the research and comparing the level of flexibility of labor markets in the Czech Republic and the Netherlands. Labor market flexibility is an important instrument of economic policy, which increases employment. The aim of this thesis is the analysis of flexible forms of work in the Czech Republic and the Netherlands and comparison of non-standard working contracts in these two countries. The first part contains the explanation of theoretical approaches to labor market flexibility. The second part is a comparative and factorial analysis of Czech and Dutch labor market. During the thesis labor standards in both countries are compared, on the basis of statistical data LFS (Labour Force Servey) is made an evaluation of the level of flexibility of the labor markets in both countries, the quality of flexible working arrangements and the reasons for their use. Recommendations for economic policy of the Czech Republic are proposed on the basis of the obtained results.

FLEXIBILNÍ FORMY PRÁCE V ČESKÉ REPUBLICE A NORSKU / Flexible forms of work in the Czech Republic and Norway

Drapáková, Karolína January 2014 (has links)
The goal of the master thesis is the research and comparison of the flexible forms of work in the Czech Republic and Norway in the 2004 - 2013. The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to the changes on the labour markets leading to higher unemployment and insecurities of the labour market. In the practical part are listed the forms of working contracts according to the labour law in the Czech Republic and Norway. The analysis of the Czech and Norwegian labour market has the focus on the flexible forms of work that are compared in terms of flexibility, security, usefulness, effectiveness, quality and the reason for using flexible forms of work. Using methods comparative and factorial analysis is the level of flexibility of the Norwegian labour market evaluated and compared with the level of flexibility of the Czech labour market. Due to the analysis of the micro- and macroeconomics conditions of the Czech Republic and Norway and an interview with Aline Bütikofer from the Norwegian School of Economics are identified the main reasons for the different degree of the flexibility of the labour market in the Czech Republic and Norway.

Atypické formy zaměstnání / Atypical forms of employment

Marek, Jan January 2019 (has links)
The modern globalized world is developing rapidly thanks to communication technologies. This trend brought about the need for new and atypical jobs and flexible forms of work. National legislations are responsible for allowing such flexibility. These new forms of work as well as atypical jobs make it possible to better reconcile personal and working life and lead to increased labour productivity, which is in the interest of both employees and employers. This is closely related to the concept of flexicurity, which represents the effort to strike balance between the flexibility of labour law relations and the protective function of labour law. This balance is the legislator's goal. However, said goal is challenging to achieve, given the opposite interests of employees and employers. This thesis is divided into four main chapters and subsequent subchapters. The introduction is focused on a general introduction to the topic and objectives of this proposal. The first chapter summarizes the concept of flexicurity and European and Czech efforts to achieve it. Then it proceeds to the description of its implementation in Denmark with advantages and disadvantages of the possible use of this model in the Czech Republic. The second chapter focuses on the definition of the key terms: atypical form of...

Lärarrollen och undervisning inom problemlösning. : En kvalitativ intervjustudie om lärarrollen och hur den påverkar lärarens undervisning inom problemlösning i matematik. / The teaching role and teaching within problem solving. : A qualitative interview study of the teacher role and how it affects the teaching of problem solving in mathematics.

Fröding, Marina January 2017 (has links)
As I have noticed how different teachers have various ways of organizing their teaching, despite following the same curriculum and having the same mission, a curiosity arose within me to investigate what makes the organization look so different between teachers. Therefore the aim with this report is to examine how teachers interpret the role teachers have in teaching and how this affects their teaching within problem solving in mathematics. To analyse this I have conducted a qualitative interview with ten active teachers who teach or has taught in primary school. The result of the study found that the teaching role is complex and varying, but is generally considered to be of the supervising and follow-up character within the working field of problem solving. The forms of work and the working methods are characterized by active learning where investigation and discussion are in focus. The difficulties are to create functional group dynamics to make the teaching rewarding, but also the higher requirements imposed on teachers´ competency. The positive effects generated by these forms of work and working methods are described as student motivating, but it also enhances discussions, leading to deeper understanding.

Different working methods and forms of work in mathematics teaching : A qualitative study about teachers’ choice of working methods and forms of work in mathematics teaching in grades 1-3

Örnefors, Maria January 2015 (has links)
The purpose of this report is to examine which working methods and forms of work some teachers for grades 1-3, describes that they use in mathematics teaching, what makes them choose the working methods and forms of work, and if their attitude to mathematics teaching changed in recent years. In order to examine this, qualitative interviews with six teachers have been implemented. It emerged that these teachers partly use a variety of working methods and multiple forms of work in their mathematics teaching even if this differs between different teachers. Their arguments to the choice of working methods and forms of work are that they believe that the chosen working method, or form of work, works based on their own experience and partly because it is timesaving but also that changes in working methods in other topics inspired. All teachers think they have changed their attitude to mathematics teaching in different ways.

Lanksčios darbo organizavimo formos: situacija ir kryptingumas / Flexible work forms: situation and direction

Šileikytė, Agnė, Stakauskytė, Rasa 02 September 2010 (has links)
Bakalauro baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjamos lanksčios darbo organizavimo formos bei jų taikymo galimybės. Tema analizuojama dviem aspektais: teoriniu ir praktiniu. Teorinėje dalyje aptarti pokyčiai darbo rinkoje, lanksčių darbo formų įvairovė, pateikti argumentai „už“ ir „prieš“ nestandartinių formų taikymą bei atlikta situacijos Lietuvoje analizė užimtumo aspektu. Praktinėje dalyje pateikiami trijų tikslinių grupių – dirbančių, nedirbančių bei studentų, tyrimo rezultatai. Nustatyta, kad nedirbantys asmenys sutiktų dirbti pagal lanksčias darbo organizavimo formas, o dirbantys nėra linkę keisti esamo darbo modelio. Studentai studijų metu pageidauja dirbti 4 valandas per dieną 5 dienas per savaitę. / Undergraduate thesis examined flexible forms of work organization and their application possibilities. Topic is analyzed in two aspects: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part there are discussed changes in the labour market, flexible forms of employment diversity, the arguments for and against non-standard forms practise, and situation analysis of Lithuania. In the practical part there are proposed the examination results of three target groups - employed, unemployed and students. It was found that the unemployed are linked to accept work under flexible forms, and employed workers are reluctant to change the current working model. Analysed that students want to work 4 hours per day 5 days per week during the studies.

Flexibilní formy práce na trhu práce v České republice. Případová studie fungování nabídky a poptávky ve firmě / Flexible forms of work in the labour market of the Czech Republic. The case study of the function of offer and demand in the company

Svobodová, Martina January 2014 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with flexible forms of work in the Czech Republic. After the short introduction of the history and theoretical frameworks, particular types of alternative work forms used in the Czech labour market are presented. Readers are faced with part-time jobs, flexible work hours, home office and other. Special part is dedicated to occupying of part-time workers who are employed in the mode of Contract of Services, which is specific for Czech labour market and is involved in flexible work forms in this text. The great part of this thesis occupies case study, which was held at headquarters of one Czech company and which provides view of function of flexible forms of work on the side of the employer and employees as well. Data analysis offers mainly information coming from perception of alternative working forms by their users, which means employees, but by provider as well. Emphasis is placed primarily on evaluation of motives which lead into implementing and demanding of flexible work forms and also their advantages and disadvantages. Readers can find in analytic part also profiling of group of employees working in alternative working modes. These profiles are built-up from the view of the character of employees positions and from their individual characteristics as well. It is also...

Styrspänningar i en hybridverksamhet : En studie om hur spänningar mellan styrning och förtroende uppstår och hanteras i en hybridverksamhet / Management control tensions within a hybrid working company : A study about how tensions between control and trust arise and are managed in a hybrid working company

Akbari, Josefine, Johansson, Sara January 2024 (has links)
Background: Working remotely, either fully or partially, has had significant implications for organizations. As a result of Covid-19 and the increase of remote work, the need for control has increased. At the same time, there has also been an increased need for trust in employees when they have to perform their tasks from home without supervision. Control and trust are two well-studied areas, where previous research has studied perceptions of control and trust and the relationship between the two ideals. It also appears from previous research that control can cause tensions in different ways. Attention has also been paid to how remote and hybrid work affects control and trust. The current research literature, however, fails to shed light on how tensions arise and are managed between control and trust in connection with remote working. Purpose: This study aims to create an understanding of tensions between control and trust in a hybrid working company by highlighting how tensions arise and how they are managed in a hybrid working company. Method: This study has been carried out on managers and employees of a case company and therefore constitutes a one-case study. In order to fulfill the purpose of the study, we have used a qualitative research strategy and performed semi-structured interviews. The method also describes how the collection and interpretation of the empirical material has been done. Conclusion: All in all, we have identified a common trigger that is primarily the basis for tensions arising in the studied company. This study has resulted in tensions arising in situations, based on individuals' perceptions, which are primarily related to remote work. The common trigger has been named distancing and has contributed more knowledge about how forms of work give rise to tensions between control and trust from a distancing perspective. The most prominent way to manage tensions between trust and control demonstrates the importance of communication to prevent or extenuate competing relationships between control and trust.

Flexibilní formy pracovní doby / Flexible forms of working hours

Kuncová, Gabriela January 2010 (has links)
66 Abstract - Flexible forms of working hours This diploma thesis deals with the flexible forms of working hours and its goal is to describe this issue in intelligible and comprehensive way. It is being very interesting and current theme which is to a great extent not subject to direct legal regulations and provides its contracting parties with a big amount of freedom of contract. This fact assists in bigger flexibilization of labour market and represents a significant instrument in the fight against unemployment and economic crisis. This thesis is composed of six chapters. Chapter One introduces the term flexible forms of working hours and briefly describes the content of following chapters. Chapter Two delimits the area of labour law in relation to other branches of law and describes law principles relating to labour law. The following Chapter Three deals with legal regulations of working hours, its length, ways of allotment and international legal regulations. Chapter Four represents an introduction to the flexible forms of working hours. The basic methods of division of flexibility in the relation to the labour market are mentioned here as well as flexible forms of work are divided on the basis of typology which is used in this diploma thesis. This chapter is followed by Chapter Five, which is the most...
