Cardamine dentata, její rozšíření ve střední Evropě a vztah ke C. pratensis / Cardamine dentata, its distribution in Central Europe and relatinoship to C. pratensis

Holič, Filip January 2018 (has links)
This thesis summarizes the documented information on the distribution of Cardamine dentata Schult. of the family Brassicaceae in the Czech Republic; it deals with the chromosome numbers and with ploidy levels of this species. Microsatellite markers were used to evaluate the potential relationships of C. dentata with other species of the group C. pratensis. Using a revision of available herbarium material it was found that the optimal conditions for the occurrence of C. dentata in the Czech Republic are in the phytogeographical regions of Thermophyticum and Mezophyticum at altitudes of 150-650 m a.s.l. No karyological data on this species were previously published from the area of the Czech Republic; using the flow cytometry and chromosomes counting it was revealed that in the area of the Czech Republic, populations with decaploid and undecaploid levels of ploidy occur. With help of microsatelite markers, it was confirmed that plants of C. dentata are genetically different from the other species of the C. pratensis group. Keywords: Cardamine, Cruciferae, microsatelite markers, chromosome numbers, geographical distribution, Czech Republic

Trokšiar, David January 2021 (has links)
The main topic of this thesis are map skills, and the key point of interest are strategies used for map analysis. General reference map was found as a suitable map given its frequent use in the school atlases. The main goal of this study is evaluation of the general reference map analysis strategies in terms of their dimensions, i. e. their repertoire, distribution, efficiency, and adaptability. 20 upper secondary school students participated in an eye-tracking experiment that consisted of the test and the follow-up questionnaire. The eye-tracking data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively to obtain information about the strategy dimensions. Results showed that students used broad repertoire of strategies when analyzing the general reference map and they pointed to the most chosen strategies as well. In some cases, students used more than one strategy to solve the task and thus the most frequent strategy combinations were detected. The efficiency of strategies was evaluated based on the students' success rate and the length of the solving cycle which was affected by the type of elements, respectively map content, used for solving the task. The ability to adapt to specific task demand was proven by addition of elements needed into the strategy or using entirely different strategy type. The...

Kořanová, Michaela January 2015 (has links)
The present thesis compares geografical education in Argentina, Ecuador, Honduras, Mexico and Spain. Undoubtedly, the needs determine the goals, topics and content structure of geographical education. The structure of the thesis is congruent with the forementioned goals. The first part gives broader background of the subject. The second part is the research, its methodology and results. The concept of geographical education in curriculum was assessed through quantitaive and qualitative content analysis. Quantitative analysis focused on the frequency of key words (indicators of content unification) in educational goals and main topics. If the given indicator had been found to be present in at least...

Holeček, František January 2013 (has links)
The ame of this thesis is a partial analysis of survey, which preceded the elaboration of thesis and was prepared by a wider team. Secondary school students and older elementary school students took a test focused on problem solving skills and information literacy abilities in geography. Specifically: searching for data in a table, comparing tables with graphs, working with maps (searching for data and information, comparing with other resources), asking questions (searching for the causes of the current state of some phenomena), analysing data from different types of resources (tables, graphs, maps), transcribing data from table to the graph, and independent thinking on the basis of the information given. Apart from the test, they also filled out a survey on their opinions about the test questions and the frequency of practicing these skills in the classroom. Their teachers filled out the analogical survey. This thesis is analysing the part of survey results and it's specifically focused on the relation between the teachers' and the students' views on the test results and the tested skills and abilities.
