This diploma thesis is a loose continuation of the bachelor thesis titled Impact of the Advertising Campaign on the Sales of Products of Pharmaceutical Companies and its Impact on the Consumer. The theoretical part was appropriately expanded to include new findings mentioned in modern literature in order to identify all protective factors that may affect the use or purchase of nasal hygiene products. Attention is paid to the associated processes such as marketing, marketing communications and consumer behavior of the customer. In connection with the subsequent analysis health issues are also mentioned. In the practical part, the success rate of individual advertising campaigns in the years 2007 - 2010 on Nasivin and Sterimar in connection with sales that occur subsequent to influenza, non- influenza diseases and allergic diseases morbidity in the population of the Czech Republic is evaluated. Buying habits of a customer ? a possible Nasivin consumer, what medication he/she uses to treat rhinitis, and what brands of nasal decongestants he/she knows are analyzed. In connection with the product Nasivin and Sterimar, the relationship of a customer and a pharmacist, with regard to the product brand and practices in recommendations, is analyzed. The data were obtained from several sources. The company Merck Serono provided me with information on advertising campaigns and sales results in 2007 - 2010. The market research agency Median provided the data for the target customer analysis. The third data source was the agency STEM / MARK, from which I received background data on consumers' buying habits and practices of pharmacists when recommending products. The fourth source of data was the State Institute of Public Health with information relating to respiratory and allergic diseases. By the carried out analysis a close correlation between the sale of products and the occurrence of respiratory diseases, but not allergic diseases, was proved. The company knows well how to target customers and their needs and it respects the products seasonality. It should focus primarily on acquiring new customers and stop the existing customers´ move to competition. In the discussion and the conclusion the issues of health, the Czech health care system and the prevention of civilization-related diseases are mentioned.

This master´s thesis deals with improving communication strategy of Lactacyd, which is an intimate hygiene brand of Omega Pharma company. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part contains description of theoretical resources and fundamental knowledge. The second part of the thesis is focused on an analysis of the current situation with an aim to obtain information needed for proposal part. The last part delivers proposals for improvement of the current marketing communication as well as other proposals which can strenghten market position of Lactacyd brand.

Diploma thesis „Management of personal development“ is focused on the analysis in the management of personal development in the production company ITAB Shop Concept CZ, a.s. focusing on technical-economic workers, and especially to the managers of company. The theoretical part is focused on the fundamental concepts in this area, defining the manager’s personality, his demands, self-management (time and stress management), training and development employees. It also discusses the internal and external factors acting on managerial development, improving performance through mental hygiene, lifestyle and wellbeing. The practical part focuses on the current status of management of personal development and the rules under which the selection process and the choice of development and education. It is focused on finding the requirements for managers and design of a particular solution that is focused to the opportunities for further development company.

The aim of this thesisis to defineand clarify the concepts of safety and hygiene at work in building industry. The theoretical part explains the issue of hygiene in the building industry. Second part of theoretical part is devoted to safety of work. The thesis is dividend this way to secure that practical part, which deals with securing of safety and hygiene at work in building companies, is fluently continued by theoretical part.

This thesis called "Management of Personal Development" is focused on analysis of the personal development management at one unnamed Moravian manufacturing and trade company focused on creative tasks. The theoretical background deals with defining the elementary terms in this area, lifestyle, career management, mental hygiene, successful manager principles, time management, introspection, and problem solving. In the area of creativity, it approaches the topic in itself, its development, creative abilities and attitudes, and shows a connection between creativity and personal development. It also includes several alternative methods of personal development. The practical part deals with the present state of personal development management and creativity in the company, and on the influence of these factors on the company's operation. This thesis also includes several specific solutions which show several ways of company development.

The theme and primary purpose of this thesis is illustration everyday life in the concentration camp Buchenwald. Buchenwald was a concentration camp where the Nazis imprisoned a lagre number of citizens of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. The thesis will primary consist of three categories. First of all it is the issue of "the space", in which will be incorporated a brief outline of the development of concentration camps in Germany before the war, the function of administrative, technical and military buildings of SS units. Another theme of the thesis points to the physical labor of prisoners, which was daily content during their stay in a concentration camp. The purpose of their work should lead to rapid death with the lowest cost of their meals. In favor of or against the prisoners decided ideological-political, and economic aspects of the later mode. The concept of work in the Nazi concentration camps in successive years significantly changed, which were causing the preparations for war and the later development of the war conflict itself. The third theme contents the social relations and cultural life of the prisoners, which refer to the human adaptability in these inhuman conditions. This thesis deals with the personal and social development of preschool teachers as one of the possibilities for their further education. The theoretical part describes the current available types of professional competencies of current preschool teachers and focuses on their professional development through personal and social education (PSE). The aim of the empirical part is to create, implement and reflect short-term practical training for kindergarten teachers in selected topics of personal and social education through a form of action research. Selected topics (issue of rules in kindergarten, communication and mental hygiene) came from a questionnaire of interest in education issues of PSE. The aim of the course is skills training and improving of professional competence of teachers in selected areas through self-experience activities. Also the course leads teachers to think about appropriate solutions of problematic educational situations through joint discussion, sharing of professional experiences, reflection and self-reflection of teachers. This thesis deals with the forms of mental hygiene and their application to crisis hotline workers. In the theoretical part the work focuses on the characteristics and specificities of telephonic crisis intervention. Methods of mental hygiene suitable for crisis hotline workers are presented too. The empirical part focuses on mapping of the forms of mental hygiene, which are provided by crisis hotlines to their workers in the Czech Republic. Individual forms of mental hygiene of crisis hotline workers were also mapped. Crisis hotline workers burnout was investigated in the empirical part of the thesis by the means of CBI - Copenhagen Burnout Inventory. It was also confirmed that greater degree of compliance with selected principles of mental hygiene by cisis hotline workers has the relationship with burnout lower incidence. Hypotheses concerning the relationship between sociodemographic data (sex, age, educational attainment, length of praktice, type of employment in the workplace and beyond) and the rate of burnout were not confirmed. The aim of the thesis was to offer possible ways of how to deal with the stress to crisis hotline workers and how they can optimally use the methods of mental hygiene, which can in practice preventively work against burnout.

The thesis examines physical activities in a primary school both inside and outside of the classroom. In several randomly selected schools, I watched how many hours a day the pupils spend time moving while learning and taking breaks. Research has shown that pupils keep the activity at a minimum in school, mostly only to scheduled moves. My endeavour was to propose ways to enrich the school day by physical activity. Based on this finding, in a selected school, I conducted an experiment that was supposed to bring more physical activity into classes and during school breaks. Whether the active time spent in the school environment managed to increase through the new proposition, shows the results of the experiment. Part of this work are practical ideas for implementation of physical activities into the classroom, and tips for classrooms and school corridors equipment.

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of the social worker's mental hygiene in connection with dealing with the psychological stress arisen from their profession in the present day. Thesis contains the detailed depiction of the present day state of the social work profession in the context of the postmodern era. Due to professional sources the work analyses and explains personality particularity of social workers which are important for discharging this profession including the theme of the psychological stress of social workers, and the ways of coping with it are included as well. The main mental hygiene resources are fundamental and "superstructural" (the core of the social work) which are necessary for coping with the psychological stress. The thesis demonstrates the importance of cooperation of the three mainstays that are responsible for promoting and formation of the required position for the mental hygiene in social work - meant for employers, educators, and social workers as well. All these mainstays participate in enhancing the quality of social work. The lack of high-quality and appropriate mental hygiene in this profession thwarts the realization of first-rate social work. However, as this thesis outlines, it depends mainly on the social worker whether he or she can use the potential of the mental hygiene resources effectively or not.
