It purposes to identify and to analyze the demands brought by the holder onto the Social Service professional as well as the challenges the latter face to minister to the former. It privileges, from the methodological viewpoint, the qualitative and quantitative analysis with the application of questionnaires, direct observation, semi-structured interviews and bibliographic references. Data were collected from 12 (twelve) social assistants who work at Giselda Trigueiro Hospital in Natal (7) and Rafael Fernandes Hospital in Mossor? (5). The central hypothesis that guided this study is that the social inclusion/exclusion process experienced by the HIV/Aids positive on society implies a demand for the Social Service that is inserted in the public health context (specially in HIV-referred public hospitals), whose agents, however, when attempting to answer those demands, meet obstacles due to both the precariousness of public health services and the social complexity that concerns the HIV/Aids epidemic. Results point out that, de facto, the HIV/Aids epidemic, because of the social exclusion/inclusion process to which the holder is subject results a demand for the social agents at hospitals. Demands rise principally from the patient s life condition, considering the increasing pauperization in the epidemic context. As to what it is concerned, social assistants, responding to the needs, come across concrete twofold challenges: the illness in itself, for all social, negative aspects that make part of quotidian life of holders; and the precarious state of the public health service in RN State, since that working conditions are unsatisfactory / A pesquisa apresenta o trabalho desenvolvido pelo Servi?o Social com os portadores de HIV/AIDS exclu?dos socialmente, nos hospitais p?blicos do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte (RN). Objetiva identificar e analisar as demandas postas pelo portador ao profissional do Servi?o Social e os desafios que os mesmos enfrentam para atend?-las. Privilegia, do ponto de vista metodol?gico, a abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa, com aplica??o de question?rios, observa??o direta, entrevistas semi-estruturadas e leitura bibliogr?fica. A coleta dos dados foi realizada com doze (12) Assistentes Sociais que trabalham nos Hospitais: Giselda Trigueiro, em Natal (7) e Rafael Fernandes, em Mossor? (5). A hip?tese central que orientou a pesquisa ? que o processo de exclus?o/inclus?o social vivenciado pelo portador de HIV/AIDS na sociedade resulta em demanda profissional para o Servi?o Social inserido na ?rea da sa?de p?blica, especificamente, nos hospitais p?blicos de refer?ncia no atendimento ao portador; e que, ao responder ?s demandas os profissionais enfrentam desafios, em raz?o da precariedade dos servi?os de sa?de e da complexidade social que envolve a epidemia do HIV/AIDS. Os resultados apontam que, de fato, a epidemia do HIV/AIDS, em raz?o do processo de exclus?o/inclus?o social ao qual est? subjugado o portador na sociedade, resulta em demanda para o assistente social nos hospitais. Estas se acentuam principalmente pela condi??o de vida do usu?rio, por causa da crescente pauperiza??o no contexto da epidemia. Even with reuse, it is common that not all tests need to be executed again. Because of that, it is encouraged to use Regression Tests Selection (RTS) techniques, which aims to select from all tests, only those that reveal faults, this reduces costs and makes this an interesting practice for the testing teams. Several recent research works evaluate the quality of the selections performed by RTS techniques, identifying which one presents the best results, measured by metrics such as inclusion and precision. The RTS techniques should seek in the System Under Test (SUT) for tests that reveal faults. However, because this is a problem without a viable solution, they alternatively seek for tests that reveal changes, where faults may occur. Nevertheless, these changes may modify the execution flow of the algorithm itself, leading some tests no longer exercise the same stretch. In this context, this dissertation investigates whether changes performed in a SUT would affect the quality of the selection of tests performed by an RTS, if so, which features the changes present which cause errors, leading the RTS to include or exclude tests wrongly. For this purpose, a tool was developed using the Java language to automate the measurement of inclusion and precision averages achieved by a regression test selection technique for a particular feature of change. In order to validate this tool, an empirical study was conducted to evaluate the RTS technique Pythia, based on textual differencing, on a large web information system, analyzing the feature of types of tasks performed to evolve the SUT / O objetivo dos testes de regress?o (RT) ? reutilizar o conjunto de testes da ?ltima vers?o de um software em sua vers?o atual, para maximizar o valor dos testes j? desenvolvidos e garantir que antigas funcionalidades continuem corretas ap?s as novas modifica??es. Mesmo com o reuso, ? comum que nem todos os testes precisem ser executados novamente e para evitar o desnecess?rio, ? estimulada a utiliza??o de t?cnicas de sele??o dos testes de regress?o (RTS), que buscam selecionar dentre todos os testes, apenas aqueles capazes de revelar faltas, isto reduz custos e torna a pr?tica realmente atrativa para as equipes de teste. Diversos estudos recentes avaliam a qualidade da sele??o realizadas por t?cnicas de RTS, identificando qual delas apresenta melhores resultados atrav?s de m?tricas como a inclus?o e a precis?o. Investigations moléculaires dans la mort subite du sujet de moins de 35 ans / Molecular investigations of sudden cardiac death in people younger than 35 years

Les canalopathies cardiaques congénitales constituent la principale hypothèse diagnostique dans les cas de mort subite inexpliquée chez les sujets de moins de 35 ans. Notre travail a eu pour objectif demettre au point une stratégie de détection post-mortem des mutations sur les gènes connus pour être impliqués dans les canalopathies cardiaques, applicable en routine, à partir de la principale source d’ADN post-mortem disponible en France à savoir les prélèvements fixés au formol et inclus en paraffine (FFIP). A partir d’une cohorte de 12 cas, deux techniques de détection de variants génétiques ont été évaluées, une technique de criblage par l’analyse des courbes de fusion haute résolution et une technique de génotypage par spectrométrie de masse MALDI-TOF, respectivement sur le gène KCNQ1 et le gène RyR2. Quelle que soit la technique utilisée, il n’est pas possible de s’affranchir du séquençage de type Sanger afin d’explorer les séquences d’intérêts qui n’ont pu être optimisées avec l’une ou l’autre des méthodes à la fois sur les prélèvements congelés et FFIP. L’arrivée des séquenceurs de nouvelles générations ouvrent ainsi de nouvelles perspectives dans ce domaine. / The congenital cardiac channelopathies constitute the principal diagnostic hypothesis in autopsynegative sudden unexplained death concerning people younger than 35 years old. The present study aimed to develop a strategy of mutations detection on known genes implicated in the cardiac channelopathies. This strategy of mutations detection had to be applicable to routine and has been studied on formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues which are the principal DNA source available in France. On a cohort of 12 cases, two technique of sequence variants detection wereevaluated: the screening method of High Resolution Melt and the genotyping method based on a MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry, respectively on KCNQ1 and RyR2 genes. Whatever the technique, there is a necessity of resorting to the Sanger sequencing to explore the sequence of interest none optimized with one or the other technology both on FFEP and frozen tissues. That’s why the next generation sequencing method should open new perspectives in the post-mortem diagnostic of cardiac channelopathies.

In Brazil, education is a right guaranteed by the Federal Constitution; however, in the Brazilian legislation the right to the three stages of basic education: Kindergarten, Elementary and High School is better promoted and supported than the right to education at College level. According to educational census data (INEP, 2009), 78% of all enrolments in College education are in private schools, while the reverse is found in High School: 84% of all matriculations are in public schools, which shows a contradiction in the admission into the universities. The Brazilian scenario presents that public universities receive mostly students who performed better and were prepared in elementary and high school education in private schools, while private universities attend students who received their basic education in public schools, which are characterized as low quality. These facts have led researchers to raise the possible determinants of student performance on standardized tests, such as the Brazilian Vestibular exam, to guide the development of policies aimed at equal access to College education. Seeking inspiration in North American models of affirmative action policies, some Brazilian public universities have suggested rate policies to enable and facilitate the entry of "minorities" (blacks, pardos1, natives, people of low income and public school students) to free College education. At the Federal University of the state Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), the first incentives for candidates from public schools emerged in 2006, being improved and widespread during the last 7 years. This study aimed to analyse and discuss the Argument of Inclution (AI) - the affirmative action policy that provides additional scoring for students from public schools. From an extensive database, the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) technique was used as well as a Quantile Regression considering as control the variables of personal, socioeconomic and educational characteristics of the candidates from the Brazilian Vestibular exam 2010 of the Federal University of the state Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). The results demonstrate the importance of this incentive system, besides the magnitude of other variables / H? uma s?rie de evid?ncias mostrando que a educa??o ? de extrema relev?ncia em v?rias dimens?es econ?micas e sociais. No Brasil, a educa??o ? um direito assegurado pela Constitui??o Federal; no entanto, o direito ?s tr?s etapas da educa??o b?sica: infantil, fundamental e m?dio est? melhor respaldado e amparado do que o direito ? educa??o em n?vel superior, na legisla??o brasileira. Segundo dados do censo da educa??o (INEP, 2009), 78% do total de matr?culas no Ensino Superior encontram-se na rede privada, enquanto no Ensino M?dio, verifica-se o inverso: 84% das matr?culas est?o na rede p?blica, o que mostra uma contradi??o no ingresso ?s universidades. O cen?rio brasileiro mostra que as universidades p?blicas recebem majoritariamente estudantes que tiveram melhor desempenho e foram preparados no ensino fundamental e m?dio em escolas particulares, enquanto as universidades privadas atendem aos estudantes que frequentaram o ensino b?sico em escolas p?blicas, caracterizadas como de baixa qualifica??o. Tais fatos t?m levado pesquisadores a levantar os poss?veis determinantes do desempenho de estudante em exames padronizados, como o vestibular, para orientar o desenvolvimento de pol?ticas que visam ? igualdade de acesso ao ensino superior. Buscando inspira??o nos modelos norte-americanos de pol?ticas de a??o afirmativa, algumas universidades p?blicas brasileiras t?m sugerido pol?ticas de cotas para viabilizar e facilitar o ingresso das minorias (negros, pardos, ?ndios, popula??o de baixa renda, alunos de escolas p?blicas) ao ensino superior gratuito. Na Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), os primeiros incentivos aos candidatos oriundos de escolas p?blicas surgiram em 2006, sendo aprimorada e difundida nestes ?ltimos 7 anos. To answer the research question, we focus on the database INEP on the infrastructure of schools and the bank rates of school performance. For both technical procedures performed to obtain the relationship between Internet and School Performance. Then the School Settings have been configured for Digital Inclusion and made crosses with the approval rates, distortion and failure. The survey results indicate that according to the classification established in: Included in School Settings, School Settings deficit, Adverse Environments School and School Settings Deleted, which has prevailed in the metropolitan area of Natal are the schools that are provided outside. / O presente trabalho tem por objetivo verificar a influ?ncia da Inclus?o Digital no desempenho escolar dos alunos de Ensino M?dio da rede p?blica na Regi?o Metropolitana de Natal, atrav?s do uso do computador de forma pedag?gica e da utiliza??o da Internet. No decorrer do trabalho, tentamos responder ? indaga??o: O uso pedag?gico da inform?tica, associado ? Internet, contribui para a melhoria do desempenho escolar dos alunos das escolas p?blicas da Regi?o Metropolitana de Natal? Para responder ? indaga??o de pesquisa, debru?amo-nos diante do banco de dados do INEP relativo ? infraestrutura das escolas e ao banco das taxas de desempenho escolar. Para tanto, realizamos procedimentos t?cnicos para obter a rela??o entre Internet e Desempenho Escolar. Em seguida, foram configurados os Ambientes Escolares de Inclus?o Digital e realizados os cruzamentos com taxas de aprova??o, distor??o e reprova??o. Os resultados da pesquisa apontam que, de acordo com a classifica??o estabelecida em Ambientes Escolares Inclu?dos, Ambientes Escolares Deficit?rios, Ambientes Escolares Adversos e Ambientes Escolares Exclu?dos, o que tem prevalecido na Regi?o Metropolitana de Natal s?o as escolas que se encontram na condi??o de exclu?das.

This joint search considering the various spheres that educational technology in Brazilian use, both in school and non-school contexts, including scenarios and distance. This study unites questions addressed piecemeal in the area to new perspectives about the podcast, in order to characterize its nature, examining such technology from a perspective of educational technology itself, as well as unveiling its main potentials and implications. The survey was conducted from the combined use of quantitative and qualitative categories, with emphasis on the last one. The method of participant observation was followed by immersion of the researcher in the audience groups of Brazilians podcasts. Data collection with sources held in non-school contexts, from a look at targeted interactions given the blogs of Brazilian productions, as well as from open-ended interviews with producers - made online - besides giving themselves from the hearing itself about five hundred podcasts of Brazil. In the school context, the research focused on a literature review of the literature of the study area. Were added to the corpus described statistics derived mainly from "Podpesquisa 2009," Numerical major survey on the use of podcasts in Brazil. The articulation and analysis of the collected data, we used the concept of Education Paulo Freire (1971, 1987), so that, understanding it as synonymous to communication - understood this concept in Freire - were able to reveal the various ramifications educational podcast Brazilian atmosphere permeated by a dialogic between its participants. Moreover, the ideas of C?lestin Freinet (1998) about the cooperation, while education practice, conducted the analyzes productive technology addressed in this work. The philosophical thought of Andrew Feenberg (2003) on the notion of "technologies" buoyed technological design elaborate. Such consideration provided the foundation for the reflections and proposals offered in this study, which, in the characterization of the oral nature of the podcast - especially their version for the deaf - appropriated the placements Luis Antonio Marcuschi (2001) about the relationship between orality and writing. In addition to these references, several other authors were considered, dealing with issues that pervade the theme here delimited, contemplating discussions on topics such as educational interest, online production, inclusive education, among other aspects. At the end, there was the podcast as a technology, while still reproducing social asymmetries Brazilian fairly directed at promoting mitigations hierarchical and open production in digital orality promotes. In view of its technical and educational implications in national use, the technology study has revealed potential relevant to the sophistication of teaching practices with orality, in various contexts, and proved adequate to serve as a motto to the revision of school practices, to even the very role of the school. Para isso, o estudo une quesitos abordados de modo fragmentado na ?rea a novas perspectivas acerca do podcast, a fim de caracterizar sua natureza, examinando tal tecnologia a partir de uma ?tica pr?pria da tecnologia educacional, bem como desvelando suas principais potencialidades e implica??es educativas. A pesquisa foi realizada a partir do uso conjunto das categorias quantitativa e qualitativa, com ?nfase nesta ?ltima. O m?todo de observa??o participante foi seguido atrav?s da imers?o do pesquisador nos grupos de audi?ncia de podcasts brasileiros. A coleta de dados junto ?s fontes realizou-se, em contextos n?o escolares, a partir de um olhar direcionado ?s intera??es dadas nos blogs das produ??es brasileiras, bem como a partir de entrevistas semiabertas com produtores - feitas on-line -, al?m de dar-se a partir da pr?pria audi??o de cerca de cinco centenas de podcasts brasileiros. J? no ?mbito escolar, a pesquisa centrou-se em um levantamento bibliogr?fico da literatura da ?rea em estudo. Somaram-se ao corpus descrito, estat?sticas oriundas, principalmente, da Podpesquisa 2009 , principal levantamento num?rico acerca do uso de podcasts no Brasil. Na articula??o e an?lise dos dados colhidos, utilizou-se da concep??o de Educa??o de Paulo Freire (1971; 1987), de tal modo que, entendendo-a como sin?nima ? comunica??o - esta entendida na conceitua??o freireana -, puderam-se revelar as diversas ramifica??es educacionais do podcast brasileiro, permeado por uma atmosfera dial?gica entre seus participantes. Al?m disso, as ideias de C?lestin Freinet (1998) acerca da coopera??o, enquanto pr?tica de educa??o, conduziram as an?lises produtivas da tecnologia abordada no presente trabalho. Por sua vez, o pensamento filos?fico de Andrew Feenberg (2003) sobre a no??o de tecnologias balizou a concep??o tecnol?gica elaborada. A referida considera??o propiciou o alicerce para as reflex?es e proposi??es oferecidas neste estudo, o qual, na caracteriza??o da natureza oral do podcast - em especial de sua vers?o para surdos -, apropriou-se dos posicionamentos de Luis Ant?nio Marcuschi (2001) acerca da rela??o entre oralidade e escrita. Al?m desses referenciais, diversos outros autores foram considerados, versando sobre assuntos que perpassam a tem?tica aqui delimitada, contemplando discuss?es sobre temas como interesse educativo, produ??o on-line, educa??o inclusiva, entre outros aspectos relacionados. Ao final, observou-se o podcast como uma tecnologia, embora ainda reprodutora das assimetrias sociais brasileiras, bastante direcionada ? promo??o de atenua??es hier?rquicas e produ??o aberta na oralidade digital que promove. De acordo com essa lei, os munic?pios devem incentivar a operacionaliza??o da coleta seletiva com a participa??o de entidades de catadores de materiais recicl?veis, objetivando a inclus?o social desses trabalhadores. Por?m, as a??es planejadas nesse sentido nem sempre alcan?am os objetivos legais, visto que inserem estes trabalhadores no contexto da coleta oficial, mas os mantem despidos de certos direitos laborais b?sicos que proporcionariam a concretiza??o do Trabalho Decente. Este deve ser compreendido, segundo a Organiza??o Internacional do Trabalho, como o labor devidamente remunerado e exercido em condi??es de liberdade, equidade, seguran?a e apto a proporcionar uma vida digna ao trabalhador. Neste sentido, a presente pesquisa investigou o processo de efetiva??o das diretrizes da Pol?tica Nacional de Res?duos S?lidos no munic?pio do Natal, a partir da an?lise da inser??o socioprodutiva dos catadores de materiais recicl?veis. Fundamentado no m?todo qualitativo, o estudo utilizou como principais percursos metodol?gicos a consulta bibliogr?fica e documental. Na pesquisa de campo realizada entre os anos de 2013 e 2014 nas cooperativas de catadores de Natal, foram realizadas observa??es in loco do trabalho da cata??o, bem como entrevistas semiestruturadas com representantes das organiza??es pesquisadas. A fim de investigar a efetiva??o do Trabalho Decente no cotidiano da cata??o, foram estudadas as a??es municipais para inclus?o de catadores em Natal, investigando-se tanto a gest?o municipal, quanto as cooperativas de catadores, com a finalidade de refletir acerca dos avan?os e dificuldades vivenciadas no trabalho da coleta seletiva sob a chancela da municipalidade. Verifica-se que, mesmo apoiadas pelo poder p?blico, as cooperativas atuantes no munic?pio de Natal ainda enfrentam dificuldades de diversas ordens. O desempenho do trabalho oferece riscos aos catadores, sem um ambiente de trabalho seguro e/ou adequado ? sa?de daqueles trabalhadores. Persistem ainda o estigma da ocupa??o e a baixa renda obtida pelos indiv?duos, o que distancia a atividade estudada dos par?metros do Emprego Verde e Trabalho Decente. Por outro lado, a pesquisa apontou potencialidades como a busca incessante das cooperativas pela obten??o de melhorias para os trabalhadores. / The integrated management of municipal solid waste in Brazil is held legally responsible by the city council administration. This is done since the year 2010 with the publication of the National Solid Waste Policy term. According to the policy and law, each city must encourage the implementation of selective collection and the participation of waste picker?s entities aiming social inclusion. However, these actions haven?t yet reached its legal aims. These workers are considered regarding collection actions but are stripped of certain basic labor rights not in conformation with the Decent Work concept. This type of work, according to International Labour Organization, must be seen as work that is properly paid for and must be done regarding conditions of freedom, equity, security and able to provide workers with a dignified life conditions. Thus, this work aims to investigate the implementation process regarding the Solid Waste National Policy in Natal-Rio Grande do Norte in Brazil. This is done considering socio-productive insertion of recyclable material collectors. The research is substantiated by a qualitative approach as well as documental and bibliographical research. A field research considering the cooperatives as well ?in locco" observation and semi-structured interviews were carried out between the time span of 2013 and 2014. In order to investigate decent daily working conditions the research emphasized municipal management actions in Natal towards social inclusion that aim to reflect on the progress and difficulties experimented. It is seen that even when these cooperatives receive government support there are still important struggles that need to be overcome. The worker?s tasks are risky, the work environment in not safe or is adequate in terms of health issues. There is the stigma of it being considered an occupational task, the low individual income distancing the activity regarding parameters of the Green Employment and Decent Work concept. On the other hand, the survey showed potential as the relentless pursuit on behalf of the cooperatives that still search better work condition improvement.

Theoretically speaking, this investigation is structured in a way that concepts of information, information society, disability and accessibility are carefully explored. The main goal is to look into the level of accessibility of Brazilian Government research web sites when it comes to disabled people, but also find out whether there is any indication that the discourse of digital inclusion, advocated by information society, is making a real difference for them. This investigation reveals that the access to contents of digital pages in the Brazilian Government web sites is still ineffective, presenting large amount of errors which means a high degree of difficulty for disabled people in general. In this way, it can be concluded that digital inclusion, universalization of internet access, information and knowledge are complex issues and they will continue to demand a lot of effort from everyone in order to become reality. / Este trabalho investigou, documental e historicamente, a quest?o do acesso ? informa??o pelas pessoas com defici?ncia, tomando como unidade de an?lise a avalia??o da acessibilidade em sites de ?rg?os de pesquisa brasileiros, a partir de uma abordagem metodol?gica descritiva e explorat?ria, fundamentada em referenciais te?ricos da Ci?ncia da Informa??o e de sua interface com outros campos do conhecimento cient?fico. Assim, teoricamente a pesquisa se sustenta nos conceitos de informa??o, sociedade da informa??o, defici?ncia e acessibilidade. Investigou-se a situa??o da acessibilidade em sites de ?rg?os de pesquisa brasileiros com objetivo de verificar em que contexto, efetivamente, se d? o acesso ? informa??o pelas pessoas com defici?ncia, tendo em vista o discurso sobre a inclus?o digital, compromisso assumido pela Sociedade da Informa??o e novo elemento introduzido pelas novas tecnologias na luta pela cidadania plena. A investiga??o permitiu inferir que, em que pese os esfor?os empregados, inclusive no ?mbito da prote??o legal que garante a acessibilidade, o acesso aos conte?dos digitais nas p?ginas de ?rg?os oficiais do governo brasileiro ainda n?o ? efetivo, apresentando altos ?ndices de erros que refletem o grau de dificuldade enfrentado pelos usu?rios com defici?ncias, o que coloca a inclus?o digital, a universaliza??o do acesso ? internet, ? informa??o, ao conhecimento, como uma quest?o complexa que continua a exigir os esfor?os de todos para que se torne realidade.
