Propuesta de levantamiento de perfil por competencias de inspector de colegio

Fernández Aldunate, Jorge January 2013 (has links)

A Study on Legal System of the Police Inspectors on PRC AND TPKM

Huang, Yuan-min 17 July 2012 (has links)
"Inspector" in accordance with the literal interpretation may be called to oversee and inspect. In the police system in the Taiwan region, "duty inspector" is the terminology of the police; mainland China public security organs at or obove the county level, there are "Police Inspector" are prepared. Police services are fighting as the army. Therefore, only to maintain discipline and protect the rights of the police, the people can feel happy and social security will be stable. However, how to exercise the inspectors¡¦ powers¡H These are thesis research motivation. Through the research and analysis of the five major frameworks, this research found that applied "structural stress theory" by sociologists Merton, and found out the inspector¡¦s powers to control the five types of objects. Administrative organization of soundness (for example, the inspectors¡¦ class of the municipal government police station of Taiwan province is too low, or add to inspectors¡¦ allowance), use of limitation of administrative power (for example, as far as possible trying "inspector guidance" instead of " inspector punishment"), the exercise of administrative relief (for example, mainland China should incorporate administrative internal management affairs into the "Administrative Procedure Law of the People¡¦s Republic of China"), perfection of administrative supervision (for example, refer to the practice university evaluation system, or set up Foundation bodies evaluation of the police internal control supervision) for the proposed suggestions. Last but not least, the role of inspectors is very clear. Generally everyone think that inspectors are "managing the police of the police". In fact, in addition to "management-style inspectorate", "operation-style inspectorate" should be the best method.

An approach for code generation in the Sparse Polyhedral Framework

Strout, Michelle Mills, LaMielle, Alan, Carter, Larry, Ferrante, Jeanne, Kreaseck, Barbara, Olschanowsky, Catherine 04 1900 (has links)
Applications that manipulate sparse data structures contain memory reference patterns that are unknown at compile time due to indirect accesses such as A[B[i]]. To exploit parallelism and improve locality in such applications, prior work has developed a number of Run-Time Reordering Transformations (RTRTs). This paper presents the Sparse Polyhedral Framework (SPF) for specifying RTRTs and compositions thereof and algorithms for automatically generating efficient inspector and executor code to implement such transformations. Experimental results indicate that the performance of automatically generated inspectors and executors competes with the performance of hand-written ones when further optimization is done.

A Study on the Features and Issues of Building Public Safety Inspection Institution

CHEN, CHUN-CHI 17 July 2003 (has links)
As the population density increases dramatically and metropolises develop rapidly, which lead to the trend in construction of higher and complex buildings, fire has become the number one disaster inflicted on buildings, imposing great impact on society and causing disturbance to residents in community. Therefore, the government established an professional inspector system in 1997, stipulating building owners and users to entrust private professional institutions and technicians with the implementation of inspection report system for building public safety, for the purpose of fulfilling the principle of separation between ¡§administration¡¨ and ¡§technique.¡¨ As a result, a new service industry called ¡§Building Public Safety Inspection Institution (BPSII),¡¨ transformed from Japan¡¦s fire-fighting inspection system, is spawned by new codes and regulations in response to several severe public safety incidents in recent years. More specifically, the aim of BPSII is to establish professional technician acting system by way of private industries¡¦ participation, thereby facilitating public safety inspection and reporting system. Based on personal experience and practice in managing building public safety inspection tasks, the researcher attempts to in depth explore the related policies, regulations, and research literature, utilizing systemic analysis approach to study the status of BPSII, to explain its difficulties and developmental bottleneck, and thereby depict its future vision. The purpose of this present study is to investigate, after the burgeoning of BPSII, how to enhance its developmental strategies and organizational goals, as well as to predict its future trend, and to propose recommendations for adjusting the current construction-related codes and regulations accordingly. Therefore, to facilitate this study, a survey questionnaire is conducted to probe into current situation and issues. The findings of this study are as follows: ¤@¡BThe Features of Management (¤@)Characteristics of Organizations 1. Unified professionalism. 2. Cross-regional operation. 3. Subcontracting. (¤G)Characteristics of Operation 1. Institution chiefs must be professional inspectors. 2. The minimum capital is 2 million NT dollars. 3. Closely scheduled deadlines cause difficulties in managing manpower and finance. (¤T)Characteristics of Management 1. A lack of marketing management. 2. A difficulty in keeping customers. (¥|)Characteristics of Human Resource 1. High turnover. 2. High educational training cost. 3. High moral standards. ¤G¡BManagerial Issues (¤@)In Business 1. A failure to declare safety and fire-fighting inspection together causes complaints. 2. The market is decided by price, rather than service quality. (¤G)In Operation 1. Price undercutting causes vicious competition. 2. Unpredictable manpower caused by high turnover affects service quality. (¤T)In Management 1. Employee quality is uneven. 2. Educational training is insufficient. (¥|)In Regulations 1. Only institution chiefs are held accountable, which results in inspectors¡¦ poor practices. 2. Some checking items of building safety inspection overlap with that of fire-fighting inspection. This study discusses the issues concerning the operation of BPSII, hoping to promote service quality through participatory discussions among labor unions. In addition, it intends to inform authorities and the public of situations of BPSII, and thereby protect legal businesses, improve their image, and join related industries to engage in multiple operations and services, as well as inventing cutting edge fire-fighting technology. In doing so, BPSII is able to prosper in the 21st century, set up an paradigm for building safety inspection industry, promote a safer living environment and quality, and enhance the cooperation between the government and businesses to weave a seamless social security net.

Postavení a činnost autorizovaného inspektora podle stavebního zákona / The position and activities of an authorized inspector under the Building Act

Fisenková, Tereza January 2012 (has links)
Presented thesis deals with approved inspector as a major entity of simplified procedure. It is focused on the origin of his function, internal organization and impact of his functioning. Author brings comprehensive view of current problems, primarily from point of view of judicature, specialized literature and comparison with foreign legislation. Author considers a possibility of amendment of the act besides an analysis of current legislation. Grammatical or teleological interpretation of the provisions governing the simplified procedure doesn't bring a satisfactory answer to the question of whether the legislation intended for governing bodies applies on the activity of authorized inspector. Whether through negligence or intent the legislature concerning authorized inspector is conceptual hybrid. In an attempt to clarify its functioning and to define it either a subject of public or private law, concept of simplified procedure deforms to disadvantage of different group of subjects and loses partly its original meaning. The only way out of this confusing situation is amendment of Building Act in favor of unambiquous concept of simplified procedure. The author deals with position of the authorized inspector in initial chapters. The procedure of nomination and assumptions that an applicant must meet...

Dokumentera ja, men hur? : En kvalitativ studie om journalgranskares kvalitetskriterier för  tillfredsställande dokumentation i journaler inom socialtjänstens  omsorg om äldre personer och personer med funktionsnedsättningar

Ihrman, Rebecca January 2013 (has links)
Within the social care of today there is a demand that documentation is to be held for  every individual under its caretaking. The purpose of this study was to describe and  analyze the criterias of quality for satisfactory documentation in case books within the  social care for elderly people and people with disabilities. The study has a qualitative  approach and it´s method of gathering data was semi-structured interviews. The data was  analyzed by using a qualitative content analysis with an inductive approach. The studies  result points to four differentiated criterias of quality which are being used by the  inspectors in their work. Two of these were related to the existence of a plan of action,  whilst the remaining two were unrelated. One of the criterias that was related to the plan  of action was to document goal accomplishment. This refers to the possibility of  identifying goal accomplishment within the case books. The second criteria related to the  plan of action, to document anomalies, is about the ability to see from the documents if  the plan of action has been properly executed. The two remaining criterias of quality are  valid for inspection regardless of the existence of a plan of action. One of the categories,  to use words of valuation, is about how the workers should only document what they  actually see instead of adding their own interpretation. The last criteria, consequential  documentation, means that incidents that require any kind of follow up activity or  possible future consequence is to be documented.
