Tarptautinių įmonių darbuotojų tarpkultūrinių kompetencijų ugdymas / Improvement of intercultural competecies of the personnel in the international companies

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamas tarpkultūrinių kompetencijų ugdymas, šio proceso svarba, problemos, aktualumas, įtaka žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymui tarptautinėse įmonėse. Darbe yra supažindinama su tarptautinių įmonių veiklos aplinka, pristatoma tarpkultūrinių kompetencijų samprata, jos elementai, kultūros, žmogiškųjų išteklių vadybos, edukacinės teorijos. Baigiamajame darbe yra parodomos tarpkultūrinių kompetencijų ugdymo tarptautinėse įmonėse sąsajos su šiuolaikinės ekonomikos reiškiniais – globalizacija, darbo jėgos migracija, tarptautinių įmonių plėtra, nacionalinės ir organizacinės kultūros susiliejimu. Praktinėje dalyje pateikiami atlikto tarpkultūrinių kompetencijų ugdymo tarptautinėse įmonėse tyrimo tyrimo rezultatai apie tarptautinėje veikloje reikalingas kompetencijas, kylančias bendravimo su kitataučiais problemas, tarpkultūrinių kompetencijų ugdymo būdus ir pan. Išnagrinėjus teorinę medžiagą, pasaulinę praktiką ir gautus tarpkultūrinių kompetencijų ugdymo tyrimo rezultatus, pateikiami strateginiai sprendimai ir mokslinių tyrimų prioritetai tarpkultūrinėms kompetencijoms ugdyti, tarptautiniu mastu veikiančioms įmonėms. Darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos išvados. Darbą sudaro: įvadas, nagrinėjamos srities tobulinimo prioritetai, teorijų ir metodikų studija, praktinė (tyriminė) dalis, siūlytini starteginiai sprendimai, išvados, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis – 106 p. teksto be priedų, 36 iliustr., 10 lent., 75 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The importance of intercultural competencies improvement, problems, topicality and the influence for the human resource management of this process in the international companies is the aim this masters‘ work. Here are presented the working environment of international companies, the conception and elements of intercultural competence, cultures‘, human recourse maangements‘ and educations‘ teories. There are shown the links between the improvement of intercultural competencies and the phenomenons of todays economy, such as – globalization, labour force migration, global business expansion, the amalgamation of national anr organizational cultures. The results of the survey about the most necessary intercultural competecies, biggest problems in communication with foreignors, the ways how to improve intercultural competiences and so on. are written in the practical part of masters thesis. After theoretical and practical analysis, there are given the strategic proposals and the advices for the future surveys about the improvement of intercultural competencies in the enterprices working internationally. There are conclusions at the end of the work. Structure: introduction, the development priorities of intercultural competecies, the culture study of theories and methods, practical part, strategic proposals, conclusions and suggestions, references. Thesis consist of: 106 p. text without appendixes, 36 pictures, 10 tables, 75 bibliographical entries. Appendixes included.

The aim of the diploma thesis was to evaluate the human resources management in selected organization and to propose changes aimed at improving the activities in the field of human resources management. In the theoretical part were summarized basic information regarding human resource management, personnel department and role of human resources in the organization. Significant attention has been devoted to specific personnel activities. In the practical part was presented the company Danone a.s. and analysed human resources management system. Subsequently, a questionnaire survey was realized, which aimed to find out the views of employees to set system and its function in the company. Based on the observed facts were proposed changes that could contribute not only to improve human resource management system, but also to create a better functioning company.

Summary: Private international law from a comparative perspective (comparison of a particular segment in Czech law and the law of a selected country): International company law in the Czech Republic and in the Federal Republic of Germany The purpose of this thesis to familiarize reader with the regulation of companies in private international law in the Czech Republic and in the Federal Republic of Germany. This thesis primarily compares the approaches of these two states to the methods of determining the personal status of the company and to the regulation of companies in general. Significant part of this thesis is therefore being focused on to the incorporation theory and real seat theory. Due to the membership of both of the states in the European Union, this thesis also deals with the European regulation of companies and analyzes the case law relating to the personal status and relocation of companies within European Union. This thesis is divided in six chapters. The first chapter explains the concept of international private law and international company law. The second chapter discusses the status of the company and basic theoretical approaches to its determination. This chapter is mainly dedicated to the incorporation theory and real seat theory. International companies perform business transactions in different countries all over the world and must be able to manage their financial assets in various currencies. Significant foreign exchange alteration can markedly harm market value of any company. The companies use so called 'hedging' to avoid such situations. The aim of this master thesis is to analyze specifics of currency operations based on a case study in the international company and its transaction exposure. The thesis discovers that the selected company uses only two types of 'hedging'.

This dissertation deals with international company law, namely with piercing the corporate veil doctrine. The dissertation is divided, apart from introduction and conclusion, into 5 chapters. Chapter I deals with general definition of the doctrine. Chapter II explains that the complexity of the doctrine is caused by a fact that it actually consists of several related questions. This Chapter offers an answer to the most serious one - the predictability of use of the doctrine. Chapter III discusses current questions related to the piercing. Chapter IV brings an analysis of use of the piercing in chosen developed legal orders including a comparison summary. Finally, Chapter V is devoted to possibility of use of the doctrine in Czech law. Brand name translation : How translation distorts Oriflame’s Chinese brand name communication

The findings show that the brand name had a tendency to be perceived as phonetic rather than phonosemantic and that the character combination was perceived to make no clear sense. The study identified these as two main reasons to why Oriflame’s intended brand name messages did not get through.</p> / <p>Denna förstudie utforskar hur varumärkesnamnens avsedda budskap kan bli förvrängda genom översättningsprocessen från engelska till kinesiska genom att använda Oriflame som en fallstudie. Resultaten visar på tendenser för varumärkesnamnet att uppfattas som fonetiskt snarare än fonosemantiskt och att kombinationen av tecknen inte anses vara begriplig.
