Gigantické rezonance v atomových jádrech / Gigantické rezonance v atomových jádrech

Repko, Anton January 2011 (has links)
Skyrme functional is commonly used for the description of ground-state and dynamical properties of atomic nuclei. To describe the dynamical properties in the microscopic self-consistent way, we employed Separable Random Phase Approximation (SRPA) based on Skyrme functional. This work describes theory of Skyrme Hartree-Fock and SRPA and presents numerical calculation of E1 and M1 giant resonances in spherical nuclei Ca-40 - Fe-56. There is some evidence for non-zero ground-state deformation of the nucleus Fe-56, so it is treated also with such assumption. The results obtained for various parametrizations are compared to the experimental data.

Pyrrhonská, akademická a metodická skepse - srovnání / Pyrrho's, academic and methodical skepticism - comparison

Brabníková, Petra January 2012 (has links)
The main objective of my dissertation is to research and to introduce hellenistic skepticism of postclassical Greece and methodical skepticism of modern times thinker Rene Descartes. There are differences between the ancient Pyrrhonism and the younger skepticism of Academy, which I would like to clear up. I have in view Descartes' skepticism too, which create a methodological technique of cognition in new way. Rene Descartes, contrary to hellenistic skeptics, doesn't accept the "epoche", which means a certain bliss, but he moves on in his research, when he believes in a possibility of truthful cognition. Purpose of my thesis is to critically take account of historical and philosophical context, from which both of skepticisms have been created, to put a question, what kind of meaning they had in history of philosophy and also to think about fundamental question of connection between hellenistic and Descartes doubt. I try to accent common characteristics and differences of both concepts. key words - skepticism, methodical skepticism, truthful cognition, probability, phenomena, senses, intellect, bliss

Dětská šikana a právo / CHILD BULLING AND THE LAW

SMOLA, Zdeněk January 2009 (has links)
The main reason for undertaking this analysis and synthesis of the findings into the present state of the socio-pathological behaviour of child bullying is the unsatisfactory and complicated situation we find when dealing with this phenomenon. When examining the subject of school bullying in the first instance (within a school), the basic problem is the definition of bullying. We can only use a definition which is acceptable by all three basic subjects: the pupil, the school and the legal guardian of the child. Criminal law does not recognize the definition of bullying as such. The explanation of the actual situation is specifically given in this thesis. Even the definitions quoted by the experts and those found in specialized literature cannot be taken as the final words because they can be easily questioned and undermined. This subject cannot be catigorized by anyone and this based upon the grounds that another of version of the definition of the term can be preferred. This thesis also pays attention to criminal law, as well as finding the means for the prevention of bullying and further education on this subject, as they are all essential parts in combating this socio-pathological phenomena. The qualitative research has been aimed in gathering the relevant information concentrated in the following specific areas: that of primary education, the statistics from the Police of the Czech Republic and also upon the data gathered by the Sdružení Linka bezpečí (the Czech Telepohne Line for Children), as well as the Probation and Mediation Services in Třebíč Region. This research also includes national statistical data from the Police of the Czech Republic and chosen NGOs. To support the finding that have been collected, this data cannot be generalized. Therefore it is necessary to observe certain legal conditions which prevent the objectivity of this research. This mainly concerns the data regarding the perpetrators (aggressors) of bullying who are minors, even though there is no doubt that they are guilty of the crime.

The first part applies to the topic of leisure time and its main characterization and parting. The topic of social-pathologic phenomena is described in the second part and the last part targets the important area of primary prevention of socio-pathologic phenomena. Problematika šikany na základní škole / Dilemma of chicane at the basic school

HOLOUBKOVÁ, Eva January 2008 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the problem of aggressiveness and chicane among children at the second level of basic schools and its prevention in the Pilsen region. Further on it is also concerned with the teachers´ perspective and their awareness of the topic of chicane. In the theoretical part I am going to analyse the fundamental terms of the topic. The attention is going to be localized on the personality of the aggressor and the victims of chicane, on the cooperation of the school and parents, on the authority of the teacher or class and school climate. There is going to be a special chapter devoted to the description of the system concerning the prevention of the chicane. In the practical part I am going to endeavour to find out by the help of a questionnaire survey, how the schoolchildren are informed about the chicane and what kinds of form are used to this purpose. I compare these results with the theoretical knowledge.

Poruchy chování - šikana / Behaviour disorders - bullying

VLKOVÁ, Kateřina January 2008 (has links)
Aggression and bullying currently represent a threat that is present in children´s lives from the early years of school attendance and can aggravate with their age. The problem does not concern the children alone but also the adults and the whole society. The aim of this thesis titled Behaviour disorders {--} bullying was to find out what the experience with bullying was among the 9th graders of cooperating basic schools in Tábor, as well as to describe how these problems are dealt with by the teachers at the schools in question. Dealing with these problems and stopping vexation at the level of the entire society is a complicated, long-term process. It is necessary to start the education early and familiarise the children with moral and social rules. The inevitable precondition is the cooperation of all subjects involved in this process. They have to be informed on the causes, forms, prevention methods and consequences related to the problem.
