Vývojové tendence kriminality dětí a mládeže v klatovském okrese / Juvenile crime developmental tendencies in Klatovy district

DUSPIVOVÁ, Jana January 2009 (has links)
My thesis deals with the very complicated topic of juvenile crime. The circumstances that result in socially pathological phenomenons and crime are now-days relatively easy to happen. The questions of juvenile crime are more frequently discussed not only by the scientists but also by the general public. The goal of my thesis is to outline the problems of the juvenile crime development in the district Klatovy and to use the acquired information in crime prevention and to focus the care on difficult individuals. In the theoretical part, the thesis presents the development of juvenile crime in the Czech Republic and factors that shape and influence it. The practical part of my thesis describes the performed research that is a type of quantitative research from the sociological point of view. The method of questioning, the method of data secondary analysis and the method of model casuistics were used. The targeted group is represented by children and adolescents living in the district Klatovy. The respondents´ principal residence in Klatovy district and the age under 18 are the main criteria of categorization. All respondents were chosen with the method of random stratification. The research was held from January to March of the year 2009. Following hypothesis were determined: Hypothesis 1: The rate of juvenile crime is higher in towns than in villages. Hypothesis 2: Socially pathological features are side-effects of the juvenile crime. Hypothesis 3: Child crime in the district Klatovy is ascending in comparison to adolescent crime in the district Klatovy. I believe that all three hypotheses were confirmed. Based on the OSPOD (Department for juvenile care) reports we can assume that there is na increase in educational problems and subsequently the crime is gradually increasing. If we consider the crime committed by children in the district Klatovy from 2004 to 2008, we find that the year 2007 is a year with the lowest crime rate monitored. We are witnessing the gradually decreasing development trend. Lately, the total development of child crime has been slightly increasing and adolescent crime slowly decreasing.

Efektivita primární prevence v prostředí kolejní školy / Effectivity of primary prevence in the enviroment of a boarding school

Haspeklová, Elen January 2015 (has links)
This master's project on the topic of "Effectiveness of primary prevention in the environment of a boarding school" offers a glimpse of some irregularities of primary prevention and their causality relation with their respective environments. The theoretical part of the project considers the characteristics and views on the area of pathological issues; it is also extended by the problem of bullying, the area of prevention, and especially primary prevention. The empirical part is composed out of two parts. In the first part a group of students from Sekunda performs sociometry; afterwards, the group completes a primary prevention programme for three years, and then a control sociometry is completed. The second part includes another group of students from Sekunda undergoing the same process as the first group of students; however, the primary prevention programme is based on valid information not only from the environment of school, but also from the dormitories. The summary will offer view on the problem of primary prevention on boarding school and all its possible applications.

Pavlíček, Tomáš January 2014 (has links)
This thesis is interested in describing stationary random discrete signals, especially) in music discrete signals. Here is described when is signal stationary and when is not stationary. It contains tip for preprocessing of signal for accurate recognition of local stationarity. Thesis contain mathematical definition of parameters of random digital signals, which are used for stationarity recognition. It is followed by description of basic windows, their categories, describing of their parameters and comparing of each. In next part of thesis are described mothods of segmentations with constant window constant overlap save, constant window constant ovelap add, variable window constant overlap save, variable window constant ovelap add and variable window variable overlap add. It is followed by analyzing of windows used in segmentations with variable lengths of segments. As next point of thesis are transients made by step changes of coefficients of filter in filtering of segments with variable lengths. At the end is investigated the best accurate method of signal stationarity detection. Segments made by accurate method of detection are analyzed. thesis contains exapmle of music signal segmentation.

Analýza ferorezonančního přepětí v elektrických sítích / Analysis of Ferroresonance Overvoltage in Electrical Net

Bátora, Branislav January 2014 (has links)
This thesis deals with the ferroresonance phenomenon and ferroresonance overvoltage in electric networks. That’s why the introduction part explains the theoretical basis of ferroresonance and its consequences in the power system. The work then focuses on the power system as a non-linear dynamic system and describes various analytical methods for solving these systems. These methods are further applied to diagnose specific systems. There are a number of various power system configurations susceptible to ferroresonance. The most frequent one is theoretically analyzed in this thesis and a number of recommendations are offered for reducing the ferroresonance phenomenon. The thesis further deals with the selection of suitable software for this computationally chal-lenging task. A number of different tools are considered and efficiently reduced to Matlab Sim-ulink and PSCAD software. Matlab Simulink and its SimPowerSystem Toolbox are used to ana-lyze the effect of hysteresis of the magnetic core of the transformer on the emergence and course of the ferroresonance phenomenon. Using PSCAD, various configurations of the power systems are compared in terms of possible emergence and course of ferroresonance and also to find the limiting conditions that increase the probability of this phenomenon. The possibility of using arti-ficial neural networks for ferroresonance diagnosis is also mentioned in this thesis. The final part provides a number of recommendations for design and operation of both new and existing power systems.
