Revisorns val av förhandlingstaktik med klienten : Har ett transformativt ledarskap och självförtroende inverkan på valet?

Eskilsson, Sara, Fransson, Patrick January 2015 (has links)
Title: The auditors’ choice of negotiation tactics with the client. Has a transformative leadership and self-efficacy any impact on the choice?Level: Final assignment for Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Author: Patrick Fransson, Sara Eskilsson Supervisor: Jan Svanberg Date: 2015 - 05   Aim: Previous studies indicate different results regarding which tactic the auditor usually use in negotiations with the client. Therefore, this study describes factors that may affect the auditors choice of tactics, that not previously been explored in relation to the tactics that are examined in this study. More specifically, how the auditor’s self-efficacy is influenced by the transformational leadership in the auditing firm, and if there is a relation in the auditor’s degree of self-efficacy and their choice of negotiation tactics. Method: The essay is based on a quantitative survey, where previously tested questionnaire constitutes the basis. Swedish auditors have participated in the survey and respondents’ answers were compiled and analyzed using statistical methods. Result & Conclusions: The study shows a positive and significant relationship between a transformational leadership within the audit firm and the auditor's self-efficacy. An integrative negotiating tactic showed a positive relationship with self-efficacy, the problem-solving approach. This is related to previous studies that argue that the auditor use integrative strategies to achieve the trust of the client, giving rise to a mutual and long term relationship between the parties, which in turn benefits accountants and its management. Suggestions for future research: It would be interesting to explore how other forms of leadership affect the auditor's choice of negotiating tactics. Contribution of the thesis: The study is interesting for auditors, as it gives them indications on how their perceived self-efficacy can be influenced by the transformational leadership and which of the negotiating tactics that they typically uses at a certain quantity of self-efficacy.

Možnosti využití kompetencí sestry pro komunitní péči v oblasti péče o zdraví v ČR / Possible utilize of nurse's competenicies in community health care in Czech Republic

LUPÍŠKOVÁ, Šárka January 2009 (has links)
The philosophy of community care is deeply rooted in an opinion that states that one of the main missions in a cultivated society is helping the people who, due to their disease, are not able to to meet their own demands and their needs vitally necessary for life. Community care means providing an intervention and support at the right level and in the right form for clients, so that they can reach the highest possible level of self-sufficiency and control over their own lives. Recently, there have been many changes in the health care system. The goal of community care is to provide thourough care in clients' home environments and thus enable them to stay with their community as long as possible. The major task is providing phychical, psychological, paliatic and spiritual services. Families are the vital part of the care and a fundamental root of the whole team cooperation within the system of community care. The community teams consist of health care and social workers, community volunteers, the sick or the disabled. Nurses are important members of multidisciplinary teams. They take an active part in community assessment and they also help ensure a complex care for citizens. The research survey combined a quantitave and a qualitative survey. Firstly, a set of questionnaires for nurses and non-professional public were worked out. Next, an interview was prepared for nurses. The research sample group was made of 153 non-professional respondents and 121 nurses working in different medical facilities all over the Czech Republic. Nine nurses were interviewed. In my thesis two goals were set up. The first goal was to find out where in the community care nurses could implement their competences within the legislative frames. The second goal was to find out what opinion on community nurses non-professional public have. I worke out four hypotheses on the grounds of my goals. The first hypothesis is worded as: The non-professional public is interested in having nurses working for the community care. The second hypothesis is worded as: Nurses between 36-45 of age are willing to work as community care nurses. The third hypothesis is worded as: Nurses' interest in working for the communty care depends on their finished education. The fourth hypothesis is worded as: Nurses working 21-30 years in the health care system are interested in being active as community nurses in home care agencies. On the grounds of the qualitative research survey and five research questions it is possible to set up two hypotheses. The first hypothesis is worded as: Nurses do not know who a community nurse is. The second hypothesis is worded as: Nurses are not interested in working as community nurses. Community care has had a long history. The foundations of community care have been laid in Great Britain. In the Czech Republic community care has not been a novelty. However, we can claim that so far, no community care system has been created.

Využití protokolu TCP v simulačním prostředí OPNET Modeler / Application of TCP in OPNET Modeler simulation environment

Tirinda, Viktor January 2008 (has links)
This diploma thesis describes a possibility of application protocol implementation in OPNET Modeler simulation environment. It presumes that this application protocol is going to use TCP protocol for their communication on transport layer. The first part of thesis is focused on a description of TCP. It is a connection oriented, reliable and confirmed protocol which maintains sequence of transmitted data. This data is after receiving positively confirmed. In the second chapter are described the main functions of OPNET Modeler simulation environment. OPNET is hierarchical divided into four editors. Each editor has a specific function by creating a network and setting his behavior. There is also focused on the two lowest layers of OPNET Modeler and their components in detail, which are participating at usage TCP on transport layer to communication. Implemented applications communicate by sockets, which are created and destroyed on request. Communication is controlled by manager process, whose function is maintenance particular connections and redirect dataflow into relevant process. This manager put in action as well a process, which simulates a single TCP. In the practical part I made two applications: one is a client type and a second one is a server type. Both applications are using TCP on transport layer. The establishment of connection initiates a client, who is sending a request to the server for a data. Then server sends back data in desired quantity. After sending the entire data, client terminates the connection. The result of simulation is statistics, where we pictured the size of the transferred data, a number of transferred packets and other parameters typical for TCP.
