The theoretical part of the paper concentrates on the Act on Social Services whose enactment has brought many significant changes into the welfare system that impact above all on the providers and users of social services. The practical part of the paper describes the opinions that selected registered providers of social services have about the legislative update.

This thesis deals with advocacy and content of the concept of advocacy, then elaborates the concepts of legal aid and legal service and looking for differences between these concepts. Thesis also offers a brief glimpse into the history of the legal profession and its evolution over the time. Furthermore, this thesis deals with the influence of the Czech Bar Association as an autonomous professional organization for practicing the legal profession and the provision of legal services by lawyers. Firstly, examines the Czech Bar Association and its organization and its jurisdiction and issuing professional rules. It also deals with other situations, which can occur under the influence of the Czech Bar Association. The thesis also outlines the basic elements of creation, content and termination of the relationship between the lawyer and his client. Individual elements of the content of the relationship attorney - client are analyzed in the fourth chapter. In particular, the duty of the lawyer to promote the rights and legitimate interests of the client's obligation not to lower the dignity of the legal profession, confidentiality, duty to inform the client and keep the documentation to be insured or the right of a lawyer to remuneration. The aim of this thesis is to specify certain legal relationship arising between attorney and his client. This legal relationship characterises, to certain extent, role of attorney in the legal system of the Czech Republic and that is why it deserves attention. The main legal source for this thesis is Act No. 85/1996 Coll., on the Legal Profession, as subsequently amended. This act is interpreted in following chapters in coherence with other acts, subordinate legislation and professional rules. After brief introduction into the issue I focus on particular causes of the formation of attorney-client legal relationship. The origin itself is determining for specification of mutual rights of both subjects. Besides talking about the formation, I will also mention the rejection and termination of the legal relationship. The next chapter deals with the ethics in advocacy, which we should keep in mind while interpreting particular rights and obligations. Ethics is characteristic sign of attorney's profession. Chapters 5 and 6 are the actual core of this thesis, when interpreting individual rights, that constitute the actual attorney-client legal relationship. Vývoj aplikací pro platformu IMS / Development of IMS platform applications

This master’s thesis is focused on the network architecture of IMS (Internet Protocol Multimedia Subsystem) and development an application for IMS. IMS architecture is the convergence of fixed and mobile networks. IMS enables rapid deployment of new multimedia services. In the first chapter is showed and described architecture IMS in four layers and block model of architecture IMS. Next chapter is focused to protocols, which are used in IMS. One of the most important protocols in network IMS is SIP. This protocol is analyzed in details. For development IMS platform application was used Ericsson SDS (Service Development Studio) in version 4.1. In SDS were created applications type of client and servlet. In this master’s thesis is also used development environment NetBeans. In NetBeans was created application for management of captured images. In the same development environment was developed application that shows the contents of a database. Last chapter is devoted to analyze individual parts of communication between client and servlet, and when client uses http to download image file.

This thesis deals with the management of computer servers. The theoretical part describes the client-server architecture, operating system GNU/Linux and server management tools. The second chapter is devoted to design an own application to manage servers. The next chapter describes the design and implementation of individual modules from which application is build. In the fourth chapter there is described how to install and configure the application on the GNU/Linuw operating system. The penultimate chapter is written as a user manual and acquaints reader with application control. In the last section there are results obtained in testing the application presented and commented.

Syftet med studien var att inom socialtjänstens individ- och familjeomsorgsenhet undersöka vilken betydelse relationen mellan socialarbetare och klient upplevs ha för ett framgångsrikt klientarbete, samt vad som upplevs viktigt vid relationsarbete med klienter. Syftet var även att undersöka vilka faktorer och organisatoriska förutsättningar som kan påverka relationen. För att besvara syftet utgick studien från tre frågeställningar, hur upplever socialarbetare att relationen till klienter påverkar deras arbetssituation, vilka komponenter upplever socialarbetare som viktiga vid relationsarbete med klienter, vilka faktorer och organisatoriska förutsättningar upplever socialarbetare främst påverkar relationen till klienter? Det empiriska materialet samlades in genom kvalitativa intervjuer där fem socialarbetare intervjuades för att besvara forskningsfrågorna. Materialet bearbetades sedan genom en kvalitativ innehållsanalys och analyserades med hjälp av intersektionalitet och organisationsteori. Resultatet visade att relationen är av största vikt, samt att en god relation underlättar socialarbetarens arbetssituation. Vidare framkommer det i resultatet att de viktigaste komponenterna i en relation mellan socialarbetare och klient upplevs vara tillit och att klientens röst blir hörd. Faktorer som socialarbetarna beskriver påverka relationen är klientens ålder, kön, sociala etablering och om det finns en samsjuklighet. I resultatet framkom det även att socialarbetarna upplevdes ha tillräckligt med tid och utrymme från organisationens sida för att skapa relationer med klienter. / The purpose of this study was to investigate which meaning the relationship between social workers and client in the social services individual and family care have for a successful client work, but also what is experienced as important with creating a relationship with clients. The purpose was also to examine which factors and organizational conditions can affect the relationship. To answer the study´s purpose three main questions were presented, how do social workers experience the relationship with clients to affect their working situation, which components do social workers experience as important when working with clients and which factors and organizational conditions do social workers mainly experience affect the relationship with clients? The empirical material was collected through qualitative interviews where five social workers were interviewed to answer the main questions. The material was later processed through a qualitative content analysis and was analyzed with help of intersectionality and organizational theory. The result showed that the relationship is paramount, and that a good relationship eases the social worker’s working situation. Further appearsin the result that the most important componentsin a relationship between social worker and client is experienced trust and making sure the client is being heard. Factors that social workers explains affects the relationship is the clients age, gender, social establishment and if there is a comorbidity. Another results were that the social workers experienced having enough time and space from the organizations side to create relationships with clients.

Riktat stöd i föräldraskapet - en måluppfyllelseutvärdering på FöräldraCentrum

På uppdrag av FöräldraCentrum har vi under våren 2008 gjort en måluppfyllelse utvärdering med ett brukarperspektiv på deras verksamhet. FöräldraCentrums verksamhet bygger på att ge föräldrar riktat stöd i sitt föräldraskap. Syftet med att utföra utvärderingen var att ta reda på om FöräldraCentrums behandling har gett effekt utifrån klienternas upplevelser och om dessa upplevelser stämmer överens med verksamhetens mål och affärsidé. Resultaten från behandlingen samt om resultaten kvarstår har vi erhållit genom att skicka ut enkäter till ett urval av FöräldraCentrums klienter. Klienternas svar visar i resultatet på en positiv upplevelse och effekt av behandlingen som även för de allra flesta kvarstår idag. Utvärderingen visar att FöräldraCentrum uppfyller mål och affärsidé.
