Bakalauro darbe analizuojamas autistiškų mokinių komunikavimo gebėjimų ugdymas. Suformuluotas tyrimo tikslas, kuriuo siekiama išnagrinėti, autistiškų mokinių komunikavimo ugdymo ypatumus, išryškinant specialiųjų pedagogų patiriamus sunkumus bei autistiškų mokinių komunikavimo ugdymui taikomus metodus, terapijas. Tyrimas buvo atliktas interviu metodu, o jame dalyvavo 15 specialiųjų pedagogų, kurie ugdo autistiškus mokinius ir galėjo atsakyti į užduotus klausimus apie autistiškų mokinių komunikavimo gebėjimų ugdymą. Interviu metodu buvo siekiama išsiaiškinti, kaip autistiškų mokinių tėvai prisideda prie savo vaikų ugdymo. Kokių sunkumų specialieji pedagogai patiria komunikuodami su autistiškais mokiniais. Svarbiausias tikslas buvo išsiaiškinti, kaip ugdomi autistiškų vaikų komunikavimo gebėjimai. Iš gautų duomenų buvo atlikta turinio analizė. Tyrimu nustatyta, jog specialiųjų pedagogų nuomone tėvai dažniausiai įsitraukia į autistiškų vaikų komunikavimo gebėjimų ugdymą bei bendradarbiauja su pedagogais. Išskirtos didžiausios problemos, kurios trukdo autistiškiems mokiniams komunikuoti: agresyvumas, negebėjimas bendrauti, kalbėti, adekvačiai naudoti kalbą, vengia kontakto. Specialieji pedagogai įžvelgia pozityvius autistiškų mokinių komunikavimo gebėjimų ugdymo pasikeitimus. Nurodyta, jog dažniausiai specialieji pedagogai ugdydami autistiškų mokinių komunikavimo gebėjimus naudoja individualias ugdymo programas bei taiko muzikos terapiją. / He present Bachelor Thesis analyses development of communication abilities of autistic pupils. A research aim has been formulated in order to study the development peculiarities of communication abilities of autistic pupils by emphasizing difficulties encountered by special educators as well as methods, therapies applied for development of communication of autistic pupils. The research has been carried out by applying an interview method. 15 educators, who educate autistic pupils, have participated in the interview and could answer the questions about development of communication abilities of autistic pupils. The aim of the interview was to find out how parents of autistic pupils contributed to education of their children; what difficulties were encountered by special educators within communication to autistic pupils. The key aim was to find out how communication abilities of autistic pupils were developed. Content analysis has been carried out on the basis of the obtained data. By means of the research it has been determined that, according to the opinion of special educators, parents usually involved into development of communication abilities of autistic children and communicated to educators. Pastarąjį dešimtmetį, dėl globalizacijos ir plataus technologijų panaudojimo tarptautinės organizacijos patyrė ženklią verslo plėtrą. 2008-aisiais buvo spėjama, kad 41 milijonas visų pasaulio korporacijų darbuotojų dirbs bent vieną dieną per savaitę virtualiai. Taip pat, 65% virtualių komandų narių teigė, kad jie niekada nebuvo įtraukti į efektyvų susibūrimą su kitais komandos nariais, ir 36% komandų narių niekada nėra susitikę su bendradarbiais akis į akį. Virtualios komandos – tai nauja darbo dimensija, apeinanti atstumą, laiko zonas ir organizacijos ribas. Jos pagalba organizacija gali turėti jai tinkamus specialistus, nesvarbu kur jie bebūtų. Tad kaip valdyti virtualioje erdvėje dirbančius žmones ir ar visi moka dirbti šioje aplinkoje Darbo tikslas – remiantis virtualių komandų struktūriniais modeliais bei projektų etapais, sukurti virtualios komandos valdymo modelį integruotą projekto eigoje. Atlikus mokslinės literatūros analizę buvo išskirta: Išanalizavus virtualios komandos sąvokas bei struktūrą suformuotas bendras virtualių komandų apibrėžimas, jo struktūra bei sudedamosios dalys: žmogiškieji ištekliai, erdvė (vieta), komunikacinės technologijos, laikas, bendras tikslas. Paper objectives: 1) Provide conception of virtual teams based on various scientific interpretations. 2) Analyze the concepts of project management and team development theories applicability in virtual environments. 3) Create a virtual team management model according to the project phases and structure models of virtual teams. 4) Create the process of virtual team development during the lifecycle of the project based on the study results. Study methods. Scientific literature comparative analysis methods were used while analysing project management, concepts and structure of virtual teams. Experimental initial research had been conducted in a structured interview, questionnaire survey. The obtained results were processed using a mathematical analysis method (mode, median, mean, percentage expression) while processing the data with Microsoft Excel software. An ability to use seperation marks at the end of the senAn ability to use separation marks at the end of the sentence is one of the determining factors of successful written communication. In this paper the ability to use separation marks at the end of the sentence is discussed according to the results of the research. Two researches were made to distinguish ability mentioned above. The goal of the first research was to find out, how pupils can use separation marks at the end of the sentence according to the teacher's intonation. The goal of the second research was to find out, what marks pupils use in the created works in consider in the situation of communication. The results of the research confirmed the hypothesis that pupils of the 2nd and the 4th grade are able to use proper separation marks at the end of the sentence when sentences are read by the teacher. Though in creative works pupils mostly use declarative sentences that do not reveal the situation of communication. According to the information received from conversations with teachers and from my own experience I can assert, that ability to express situations of communication using proper separation marks at the end of the sentence in creative written works can be developed: - paying regular attention to the sense of marks in the folklore, belles-lettres texts; - dramatizing texts mentioned above; - reading texts in roles; - using interactive teaching strategies.
