The diploma thesis focuses on description and analysis of the current situation on the market for franchise companies. Namely the conditions for cooperation, currently offered by the operators of the franchise concepts in the gastronomy field. For clarification, the work is divided into several chapters depicting the main aspects of franchise business, to which should pay attention every potential franchisee. The introduction summarizes the main characteristics of the franchising, focusing on characteristics of the franchise business, franchising forms available on the Czech market and advantages and disadvantages of operating on both parts. As following, there are discussed financial and tax aspects of the franchise businesses in the Czech Republic and the available options for financing the enterprises. There is a chapter also devoted to possible pitfalls of franchising and a conflict from the perspective of the competition laws. The next section of this thesis focuses on analysis of the advantages of franchising in terms of gastronomy, putting an emphasis on the main factors affecting the franchisees, such as support for the franchisee, franchise fees, return on investment, length of the contracts and franchise expansion strategy of the concepts. The last chapter of the analytical part of the diploma thesis is devoted to practical example which purpose is to compare the profitability of the two possible options of entrance to a gastronomic franchise concept. The conclusion is dedicated to a summary of the overall profitability of franchise business in general and specifically in the selected area. Furthermore, all the introductionary-defined hypotheses are either verified or disapproved.

The thesis deals with new hospitality marketing concepts and presents some interesting concepts created in the last decade. The aim of this thesis is to analyze concepts, evaluate demand among potential customers for new concepts and design unique hospitality marketing concept. The theoretical part deals with the marketing definition and clarification of what marketing includes. In the analytical part, there are new hospitality marketing concepts described in general, and then the concepts for selected segment -- parents with children. For the purpose of this thesis was created a questionnaire, which examines the demand for new concepts and customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the existing hospitality concepts. Results are presented in a separate chapter. The thesis concludes with a new design concept, its description, competitive analysis and marketing mix.

The theme of the diploma thesis is called "On-line Communications Strategy Plan for the Cinoherni klub theatre". The theoretical part of the thesis deals mainly with internet marketing and communications strategies in a business. A method called Search Engine Marketing (SEM) is described in details in this part. The thesis deals also with some possibilities of how to effectively use internet advertising to drive traffic to company's websites. In the practical part of the thesis a specific internet communications strategy for Cinoherni club theatre is designed. Free Google AdWords and Sklik PPC advertising systems are used in this strategy. The data from a banner (3 options) concept test research are the main fundament for an appropriate graphic and communication tools selection.

Jobbsökning är den process som syftar till att matcha arbetssökande med lämpliga jobb och jobbmöjligheter. Den vanligaste metoden för jobbsökning är användningen av Internet, som tillhandahåller diverse sociala nätverk. Dessa tjänster lockar miljontals besökare varje år, vilket bland annat resulterat i att Internet i nuläget spelar en genomgripande roll vad gäller jobbsökning och sysselsättning. Internet och dess informations- och kommunikationsteknologi kommer framöver fortsätta ta en mer betydelsefull roll i en del av arbets- och jobbsökningsprocessen, vilket efterlämnar dagens socialt missgynnade arbetssökande eftersom nätverken inte täcker dessa individers behov. Således utvärderades konceptet FindMeAJob vars idé handlar om att sammanknyta socialt missgynnade arbetssökande med olika typer av individer och verksamheter som är i behov av arbetskraft. Studien rekryterade socialt missgynnade arbetssökande, HR-specialister, rekryterare och Arbetsmarknadsförvaltningen i Helsingborg för att besvara frågeformulär baserat på Likertskala, fördjupningsfrågor och Storyboard. Resultaten var blandade; respondenter för gruppen socialt missgynnade arbetssökande ser i helhet positivt på FindMeAJob och anser att deras behov kan täckas någorlunda, medan sakkunniga respondenter har delade meningar. En djupare analys av resultatet resulterade i en slutsats om vad FindMeAJob torde innehålla för att möta de behov som kan ställas av de socialt missgynnade arbetssökande.
