As a suitable interface container was selected the Eclipse development environment. The created inter- face visualizes results of JPF and details of paused JVM state, especially a list of variables and their values. Two subprojects were created, i.e. debug4jpf and JPFDeb.core. The first one is responsible for controlling and communication with the JPF instance. The latter one is an Eclipse plugin and provides user interface which is similar to the interface of standard Java debugger. Administrative judiciary in Hungary Abstract The purpose of this thesis is to give a comprehensive picture of the institute of administrative judiciary in Hungary mainly by using the comparative method. Its aim is therefore to show the similarities and the differences between the Czech and Hungarian administrative judiciary, while also comparing the two legislations to the European standards of the Rule of Law principle. The Rule of Law principle is then used as defined by the European Commission for Democracy through Law, better known as the Venice Commission. Chapter one dives directly into an analysis of the Rule of law principle and its importance in the context of administrative judiciary. Furthermore, this chapter will also provide a short description of the traditional models of administrative judiciary. The purpose of chapter two is to give its reader a brief introduction of the evolution of administrative judiciary in Hungary from the late 19th century to today's legislation, while also mentioning the upcoming changes and their foreseeable impacts. This thesis aims to analyze problems of employee monitoring in constitutional frameworks as well as in terms of the most used types of employee monitoring. The goal is to point out that employee surveillance underwent a considerable evolution in last few years. To illustrate that considerable evolution, there is a comparison of Supreme courts of Czech Republic judgement from 2012 and European Court of Human Rights Grand chambers judgement from 2017. After a comparison of those two judgements there is a conclusion of the Supreme court's judgement from 2012 to analyze whether it is still up-to-date. This thesis is divided into six chapters. In the first chapter there is an analysis of constitutional frameworks and explanation which constitutional rights and freedoms should be took into consideration, compared with each other and what are reasons to do so. In the second chapter, there is an analysis of relevant Czech Republic law and EU regulation well known under abbreviation GDPR and there are also examples of relevant law usage on particular situations. Purposes of thesis is estimation choice managerial function - scheduling, organization and controlling, and the financial analyses applied in the company and designed pertinent general changes for efficient run a business.

Each human society creates during its existence a system of reactions against undesirable activities of persons, who break the rules of the smooth passing of a particular community and contravene the standards and values of the community. The view of these reactions {--} punishments, changes over time and also with a respect to culture of the community or the state and its approach to an individual and his rights. In the past, the forms of punishments were, and in some countries still are, mainly primitive, such as amputations of body parts. However, the civilised world, especially, in case of non-arrestable offences, tends to prefer non-custodial service, such as home detention. Home detention as a form of penalty has been used in various alternatives for many years in countries such as Italy, Germany etc. However, the Czech legal system did not allow to impose this penalty until 2010. This form of penalty should facilitate the situation in Czech crowded prisons. It might be imposed on thousands of the sentenced a year and, at the same time, it would save money of the tax payers. The thesis deals with the legislative framework, where the home detention belongs and it is also focused on the fact how the other states, where home detention has been applied for years, have adopted this form of penalty. The objective of the Probation and Media Service of the Czech Republic is also mentioned in this work. The theoretical part of the thesis is divided into two parts {--} the first part deals with the punishment in general, the other one is focused on home detention in particular.

Biological plant protection against insect pests is an important alternative to chemical protection. One of the most important group used in the biological plant protection against insect pests are the entomopathogenic fungi. Entomopathogenic fungi are microscopic fungi that are able to induce a primary disease to insect pests. It is a very heterogeneous group of species. Worldwide there were isolated and described more than 750 species of entomopathogenic fungi. Genus Beauveria is considered one of the most important genera of entomopathogenic fungi. In the Czech Republic there has been confirmed species B. bassiana, B. brongniartii and now, on the basis of this work, B. caledonica. This study is aimed to confirm the occurrence of B. caledonica in National Park Šumava. To confirm this occurrence, I used analyzes based on the methods of molecular markers. Molecular markers are an indispensable part of science in the field of mycology, for example the strain characterization, population genetics, detection and identification of fungi, phylogenetic studies and evolutionary biology. For this study there were used sequence analysis of ITS, EF1- and LSU regions. The output data of these analyzes were used to create phylogenetic trees. The result of my thesis is taxonomical classification of studied isolates on species level.

This dissertation with the evaluation of soil penetration resistance area between rows of vineyards. Values and the results evaluated here are two periods, spring and autumn of 2014 at two sites, Lednice and Pouzdřany. At each station was performed 25 measurements at depths of 40-520 mm, in the field of rail tracks and grassy Wednesday and cultivated an alleyway. To check was measured axis line. The thesis shows the unsatisfactory condition of the soil at all sites.

The subject of this thesis is to evaluate various managerial positions in selected executives working in different management levels (a line, middle and senior manager) at Stock Božkov Ltd. The theoretical part focuses on terms of management, the manager, styles and roles of managerial work. The following is a key part of the literature review and characterization of sequential and parallel managerial functions. The practical part focuses on the actual survey, which was conducted by observing the daily work of selected managers and a personal interview with each of them. In the end, the work compares ten defined theoretical assumptions from literature the identified practical results. It was found that five theoretical assumptions (no. 1, 4, 7, 8 and 10) was confirmed in practice, and five (no. 2, 3, 5, 6 and 9) was not confirmed. Furthermore, the results indicate that the proportion of managerial functions and activities performed within these functions depends on the level of management. Finally, the proposed recommendations executives selected one that would contribute to improving utilization managerial functions designed for different types of executives. Line leaders were advised to delegate more tasks to the department shift supervisor, head of middle management was advised to focus on department performance and its completing and work more with subordinates and senior managers was raised in support of his decision to find qualified and competent people to key positions of line managers, which are suppressed due to its functions and duties.

This thesis assesses accounting treatment used within the specific organizational unit of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic. On the basis of expert knowledge and analysis of professional literature and relevant regulations are explained important areas of accounting of organizational branches of government resulting in a comprehensive overview of designated accounting procedures in the selected entity. It clarifies some of the specifics used by this entity arising from its activities. In the conclusion are proposed some remedy actions to address the identified issues.

The diploma thesis is focused on verifying the accuracy of web Analytics Adobe Analytics. Manual control is a time-consuming activity, therefore web analysts are looking for ways leading to its acceleration and automation. Selected problem was solved by writing VBA macro in MS Excel. Macro checks the reports that are uploaded into Excel from analytic database using Adobe Report Builder. The theoretical part is focused on explaining the role of web analytics in online marketing and related concepts. The practical part presents the requirements for macro in Excel and then interprets all functions and procedures created by the program. Thesis also includes the configuration of the ObservePoint system competitive environment, which will be the last part compared with created macro. Created solution in Excel allows to verify the accuracy of web analytics with clearly sorted results quickly, thereby replaces the previous manual control.
