Model kontekstno zavisne kontrole pristupa u poslovnim sistemima / Context Sensitive Access Control Model TI for Business Processes

Sladić Goran 07 April 2011 (has links)
Prikazana prototipska implementacija koja ispunjava ciljeve u&nbsp;pogledu funkcionalnosti postavljene pred sistem predstavlja potvrdu praktične vrednosti predloženog modela.</p> / <p>Access control is concerned with the way in which users can access to&nbsp;resources in the computer system. This dissertation focuses on problems of access control for business processes. The subject of the dissertation is a formal specification of the RBAC-based context sensitive access control model for business processes. By using a context-sensitive&nbsp;access control it is possible to define more complex access control policies whose implementation in existing access control models for business processes is not possible or is very complicated. The given model is&nbsp;applicable in diferent business systems, and supports the definition of&nbsp;access control policies for both simple and complex business processes.&nbsp; The model&#39;s prototype is verified by two case studies on real business&nbsp;processes. The presented prototype implementation represents a proof&nbsp;of the proposed model&#39;s practical value.</p>

User-Defined XML-to-Relational Mapping / User-Defined XML-to-Relational Mapping

Kohan, Tomáš January 2007 (has links)
In the present work we study opportunities of mapping the XML data into relational systems. In the first part we describe basic terminology used in this work and subsequently also basic techniques for mapping XML data into the relational database. In the next part we engaged in theoretical methods like MXM and ShreX, which were proposed on premises of a university or by a research group. In the third part we describe mapping methods, that are used in some commercial systems like Oracle, DB2 and MS SQL. In the whole second half of this work we propose a new mapping method (XRM), which bring in several new features, while the origin positive features are kept. At the end we analyze the prototype implementation of the proposed mapping method.

Stará, Iveta January 2015 (has links)
BACKGROUND: Foreign studies shown, that parenting style and specific aspects of parenting has effect to children in alcohol consumption. In family style, with minimum alcohol consumption were children from families who enforced authoritative parenting style, also in families where parents communicate with children, give them clear boundaries and control them. AIMS: The aim of the research part of the thesis is to investigate the relationship between communication style, selected aspects of parenting style (such as control and following rules) in the family and alcohol use among children. Another theme of the thesis is also to determine the differences between girls and boys in the prevalence of alcohol use, depending on the researched communication aspects and parenting style. METHODS: To obtain the data was used the questionnaire European Family Empowerment Questionnaire (Sumnal, Calafat, 2010). The questionnaire was translated to Czech language. This questionnaire was filled by children and also one of their parents. Only selected questions from survey were used for research project. Beside of the social demographic data and information about the prevalence of consumption of alcohol another two questions about the parenting aspects (control and communication) were chosen. Data from parents and...

Presenting results of software model checker via debugging interface / Presenting results of software model checker via debugging interface

Kohan, Tomáš January 2012 (has links)
Title: Presenting results of software model checker via debugging interface Author: Tomáš Kohan Department: Department of Software Engineering Supervisor of the master thesis: RNDr. Ondřej Šerý, Ph.D., Department of Distributed and Dependable Systems Abstract: This thesis is devoted to design and implementation of the new debugging interface of the Java PathFinder application. As a suitable inte- face container was selected the Eclipse development environment. The created interface should visualize results of JPF and details of paused JVM state, es- pecially a list of variables and their values. Two subprojects were created, i.e. debug4jpf and JPFDeb.core. The first one is responsible for controlling and communication with the JPF instance. The latter one is an Eclipse plugin and provides user interface which is similar to the interface of standard Java debugger. These two components communicate with each other by using the ad-hoc communication protocol created for this purpose. Keywords: Java, verification, model checker, JPF, debugging interface

Ochrana hospodářské soutěže - spojování soutěžitelů / Competition Law - Control of Concentrations between Undertakings

Luptáková, Lucia January 2012 (has links)
Competition law - control of concentrations between undertakings Abstract The subject of this thesis is the control of mergers as it is regulated by Czech laws. Control of mergers is one of the cornerstones of competition law. Competition is an important attribute of the market oriented economies all over the world. Since it is not capable of self-regulation it is necessary to set limits for the behavior of the subjects that are taking part in this competition. These limits are set by competition law. The topic is divided into three chapters. The first chapter contains definition of the term competition, in the second there are described basic terms common to all areas of competition law, while at the end of this chapter there is a description of these areas. In the last chapter focus is on control of concentrations itself in the ambit of Czech law. The aim of this work is to describe merger control as it is provided by Act No. 143/2001 on Protection of Competition (ZOHS). The emphasis is on describing different forms of merger and their characteristics which must be met so that a certain transaction could be classified as a merger. Furthermore, this work provides information on conditions that must be fulfilled so that a merger, division of a company and termination of the company accompanied by transfer...

Daňová kontrola / Tax audit

Václavík, Petr January 2011 (has links)
59 Tax Search - English summary The aim of this work is to describe the basics of tax search of Czech tax authorities in view of new tax procedure act, and jurisdiction. In 2011 a new Tax Procedure Act has come into operation. It affects all tax procedures including tax search. It has established new principles of tax procedures, and has also included some jurisdiction. However, it has also established some new questions, that must be sold by new jurisdiction. Tax search is a specific procedure how government, using its special agencies - usually Tax Authority Offices, monitors declared taxes. Sometime tax authorities think their work is so important that there is no limitation in used tools. Then a court must say there is a limitation not only in act but also in principles of good administration. Some of these opinions were included into the new act, some were left intact since government does not agree with them. Tax search must have its goal. According to Constitutional Court a tax authority cannot start arbitrarily but there must be some suspicions, and a prove of it. Tax search alone can be separated into 3 parts - beginning, process, and conclusion. All these parts have their guidelines. Especially at the beginning tax authority can start tax search in given time of 3 years, and whole tax search must...

Biologie a taxonomie Anaphes flavipes (Hymenoptera: Mymaridae) a možnost jeho využití pro biologickou kontrolu / Biology and taxonomy of Anaphes flavipes (Hymenoptera: Mymaridae) and potential use for biological control

Samková, Alena January 2013 (has links)
My master thesis deals with biology and morphology of the species Anaphes flavipes (Chalcidoidea: Mymaridae) and its potential use for biological control of leaf beetles. Particularly, the fitness of wasps was studied and a statistically significant difference in number of parasitize host eggs for mated females compared to non-mated. The effect of feeding parental population on the number of parasitized host eggs, the number of offspring in F1 generation or their sex ratio, was not proved. Study of host specificity of A. flavipes indicates preference for host eggs of species Oulema melanopus. Preference for heavier host eggs was not confirmed. The effect of host eggs weight on number of eggs wasps inside was not conclusive either. Length of parasitism of host eggs was consistent with earlier studies. The passive defense of host O. gallaecina against parasitoid was observed. Variability of the species depending on location, host, nutrition, etc. was determined using morphological measurements. The third part of the thesis is focused on population density of A. flavipes and its hosts in the localities of organic versus conventional farming in order to use the parasitoid for biological control. There was no significant difference in the size of pest and parasitoid populations between the types of agriculture....

Kontrola územních samosprávných celků Nejvyšším kontrolním úřadem / The control of the Supreme Audit Office over territorial self-governing units

Humhalová, Barbora January 2014 (has links)
Different countries are at varying degrees centralized and need for their activity especially financial and personnel resources in conjunction with the well-defined management processes. In general, both at central and decentralized levels are managed entrusted funds. Therefore it is need in the public sector to set the functioning internal and external control mechanisms. In the Czech Republic, oversees the management of state property and the state budget independent (external) body - the Supreme Audit Office (SAO). This institution has no power of control over the management of local governments or public entities. The issue of extension of SAO competencies is currently highly debated. This work is focused on the possible extension of the SAO competencies towards local government. Author compares and evaluates current opinions about possible amendments to the Constitution and the Law on the Supreme Audit Office towards control of local governments. Fears of the representatives of local government mainly concern the possible limitations of the constitutionally given right to self-government. SAO has no competency to impose remedies or somehow punish controlled entity. The SAO should ideally lead to the responsible management of entrusted funds in public sector. And not just in terms of legality,...

Doping a dopingové kontroly v různých sportech / Doping and doping controls in different sports

Vítek, Michal January 2013 (has links)
Sport as a kind of physical activity should, above all, be a way of entertainment for people. However, one cannot forget to mention the other aspects, which sport provides to people, whether from the point of view of health or psychology. It particularly concerns the improvement of both physical and mental form, prevention against health problems, relaxation, improvement of communication, cooperation etc. Sport has become a phenomena of these days. Shining careers, tremendous popularity and last but not least sometimes huge amounts of money offered to the best sportsmen lead to swindles as a matter of course. Nowadays, the desire for success can overcome the limits of fair play, and therefore a lot of sportsmen tend to the use of illegal aids in order to have an advantage over their rivals. In spite of that, doping is not the term only connected with top-performance sports, but also with recreation sports. Dope substances are used on all sporting levels at the present. The main aim of this work is to introduce readers to the problems of using dopes and their detection. The work describes the ways in which doping checks proceed, and in which sports and on which levels doping checks can be anticipated. Keywords Doping, blood tests, testing, doping controls , prohibited substances , prohibited metods...
