This thesis deals with control of the finances of municipalities in the Czech republic. In the first part there is based on literature and law review and described the topic. The second and third part of thesis contain the analysis of specific parts of financial control and review of management of municipalities with emphasis on analysis of final findings given by the Ministry of finance of the Czech republic. In the last part of thesis there are closely compared and evaluated information about control of the finances of selected municipalities in Tábor's district. It turned out that control of the finances of municipalities is stable part of municipality's life and it is at a good level overall. The review of management of municipalities is at a higher level than the financial control. The control of municipalities is effective and it does not matter, if it is checked by controller of the Regional autority or by external auditor.

The aim of the final thesis was to control the management of dairy cows breeding, nutrition, health and milk production in the chosen company. The next aim was to recommend measures in the order to improve the business situation, to realize some of them and compare results. Literary part is focused on the characteristic of nutrition of calves, heifers and dairy cattle. Methods how to control nutrition and metabolism with using feed mixture, excrements, ruminant, body condition, control of milk production and a content of milk components analysis are described. Practical part includes a description of the company, an analysis of the situation in April 2018 and recommended improvement measures. The implemented measures on the farm in summer 2018 are also described. The breed is characterized by data such as number of cattle, results of reproduction and health, average yields in last years and milk components. Furthermore, the changes that took place on the farm during the reporting period are described. The weights of two groups of calves with different nutrition were compared and evaluated (the group of calves fed with milk and starter from the birth vs. the group of calves fed only with milk). At the age of three months, calves fed with milk and starter had significantly higher weight compared to the group of calves which were fed with starter during weaning period. The milk yield was inconclusive (p = 0.06) after the realization of the measures. However, there were significant changes in milk components — protein, fat and urea content increased. The comparision of milk yield and milk components of the Czech Fleckvieh’s and Holstein’s breed was evaluated. Holstein dairy cows had a higher milk yield with lower somatic cells. On the other hand milk of Czech Fleckvieh’s cows contained more protein and fat. Other analyses showed, that cows are getting fat at the end of lactation and during dry period. Suspicions of acidosis and insufficient homogeneity of feed mixture were evaluated (because of the different consistency of feces of dairy cows in the same group, the content of the raw elements was high in feed ration, the problem of separation of feed mixture components during transport by belt conveyors was proven).

The subject matter of this paper is an analysis of the current system of political parties funding in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to critically assess the current legal regulation and to point out potential shortcomings and possibilities for improvement. At a time when public confidence in political parties is characterized by a systematic and long-term downward trend, it is a recent and widely discussed topic. We may well ask whether the legal regulation of this issue does not provide room for improvement and innovation. The extensive topic is structured into two areas - the question of financial resources and the question of control and transparency. The paper is composed of five chapters. Chapter one deals with the political parties in general and with the law of political parties, especially with constitutional aspects. The second chapter examines the financing of political parties, its basic principles, models and division. In brief, it covers also the development of funding. The subject of the third chapter is a detailed description of the funding of political parties in the Czech Republic. The thesis deals with organizational structures, emphasizing a flexibility of their forms, and reorganization. In the theoretical part there were explained reasons of modern organization, types of organizational forms, incentives and way of reorganization as well as corporate control mechanisms. The practical part applies these findings to restructuring of SAP corporation by a design of a control process of the newly formed organizational structure.

The present thesis deals with the amendment of the Employment Act, which is effective from 1 January 2012. In the first part of the thesis are analyzed the amended provisions, the next section is devoted to the issue of illegal work area. The content of this graduation thesis is to clarify the issues of modern tools in managerial accounting in strategic conception, and their integration and assessment of selected forest-based company. During processing work was divided knowledge into theoretical and practical. Theoretical knowledge are mainly based on foreign literature and subsequent comparison with the analysis of a particular forest-based company content is seen as a practical part. Introductory theoretical chapter first explains the historical genesis of the concept of management accounting and other chapters are trying to bring modern trends and tools in management control costs. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the economic situation of the selected company, the use of modern methods of managerial accounting and besion to implement new methods to streamline the filling of the strategic objectives of the company. The conclusion evaluates analysis, provides suggestions and possible solutions to the identified shortcomings and also serves a direct view of the well-established elements of the company.

The aim of the thesis is to design a system for evaluation of input control data in selected company. The specific proposal for input control data evaluation was preceded by the mapping out of the current situation at the input control using the EPC Diagram. The next part defines weaknesses, the structure of individual users and cases of their use. The final part sets requirements of the new system and creates ER Diagram.

The aim of this thesis is to analyse the machine line FMS-200 made by the company SMC, its control and monitoring. The analysis includes communica-tion between every module of the line and the industrial robot MELFA. Based on this knowledge control programs and applications will be created which will be able to monitor and control the given process. Control programs for each module were created in STEP7 environment from Siemens. OPC server technology was used for communication between the modules and the robot. Control Web application has been made for monitoring and controling of each module. The result of this work can be applied to other production processes, combining various production processes and control elements.

This thesis deals with the evaluation of the technical condition of cars. Introduces legislative conditions for evaluation of technical condition of cars. Summarizes theoretical basis for possible failures of cars and their causes, sorted by individual functional groups. The practical part applies theoretical basis on the specific experiment and describes the principle of the methods utilized in the evaluation and compares it with the other methods, which can be also used for this operation.
