The aim of the diploma thesis was to evaluate the level of reproduction and kid rearing of the selected goat herd and to evaluate the milk production of the herd. The practical part of the thesis evaluates the results achieved on a selected family farm with goat breeding. In the period 2015-2017, the total dairy yield of the herd was recorded. In 2017, the level of reproduction and kid rearing was also monitored. The detected values are then compared to the average data achieved in performance testing in the given years and the results of foreign studies on a similar topic. Herd fertility was rather average and reached 136 %. The percentage of kids reared by 1 goat was 112 %. Dairy production per 1 goat for lactation was rather below average, it was 437 kg in 2015, 414,4 kg in 2016, and 347,2 kg in 2017. The percentage of fat, protein and lactose content was comparable to performance testing values. In the end of the thesis several modifications are suggested to improve the organisation of goat breeding on the farm.

The main aim of this thesis was to evaluate the influence of 2997 Aristo Z stud horse in Czech horse breeding. The general database listed 357 offspring in the Czech and Slovak Warmblood Studbook, all born between 2009 and 2018. The relevant data has been collected on the websites of the Association of Czech Warmblood Breeders, Association of Slovakian Warmblood Breeders in the Czech Republic, and in the Central Register of Horses in Slatiňany. The database has been compiled manually in Mi-crosoft Office Excel 2016 and the acquired data were processed by the general linear model with the subsequent testing by the Tukey-B method, if the observed effect was proved to be statistically significant. In this process, the UNISTAT 6.5. Mathematical and Statistical Package was used. Collected data proves that stallion 2997 Aristo Z was the most favorite among the breeders in 2008. Furthermore, a comparison of stallions and mares body measurements was performed, as well as point measurements for class, type, exterior and performance in mares. It can be concluded, that from the exterior point of view, 2997 Aristo Z stal-lion has proper offspring, albeit very variable. His daughters demonstrate high class, type, exterior and performance score. When comparing his own jumping index with the indexes of his daughters and sons, he was evaluated as a worse. Furthermore, a general linear model was applied to find a statistically significant influence of year of birth and year of studbook registration to withers height stick. In this case, a statistically conclusive influence of sex on the jumping index and influence of performance points on stud-book listing has been proved. Subsequent Tukey-B testing proved that mares listed in the General studbook have statistically significantly higher performance points when compared to the mares listed in the studbook. Another Tukey-B test was aimed at the statistically significant influence of sex on the jumping index. It has been proved that mares have statistically significantly higher jumping index than stallions and geldings. All the conclusions listed above are evaluated and discussed in the thesis.

The summer season is accompanied by an increased incidence of diptera in livestock farming. The insect is a vector of many diseases and in high frequencies reduce milk and meat production. Significant economic losses in cattle breeding are mainly caused by cosmopolitan synanthropic and synbovine species Musca domestica, Stomoxys calcitrans and Haematobia irritatans. An alternative way of controlling insects without negative affecting health and the environment is the application of the herbal preparations containing repellent essential oils. Formulated mixture of essential oils Mentha x piperita, Pelargonium sp. and Nepeta cataria and essential oils Cymbopogon citratus, Cymbopogon nardus and Eucalyptus globulus were able to repel insects for 6 hours with 87% and 73% efficacy on cattle.

Postavljena je softverska arhitektura predloženog modela kontrole pristupa, čija je prototipska implementacija zatim integrisana u simuliranom Smart Grid okruženju.</p> / <p>This thesis discusses the challenges related to access control in Smart<br />Grid systems. A formal model for access control in the Smart Grid is<br />specified, extending the role-based access control (RBAC) model to be<br />in accordance with the existing security requirement in the power industry.<br />Based on the proposed access control model, software architecture was<br />developed and its prototype implementation is integrated in a Smart Grid<br />simulated environment.</p>

The aim of this thesis is to find out a way of applying the modern methods of quality control in the industrial company and suggestion of some recommendations for small and medium-sized enterprises. The thesis is composed of theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part of this work are compiled notions relevant to the issue. The practical part of the work consists of the results of the analysis of the applied methods of quality controls in the business, which with a kind of a way of service controls the product quality in other businesses. The end of the thesis contains suggestions and recommendations resulting from the practical part.

The thesis deals with the problems of control over grants executed by tax offices. It discusses grants in general: their classification, sources, providing, records, control and breach of budgetary discipline. The practical part is a discussion of the grant control of the Tax Office in Český Krumlov between 2001-2006, specifically on the analysis of its results and evaluation of its efficiency. The difficulty administering grants is described and several particular examples of the process deficiencies and ambiguity are given. On account of these deficiencies, a comparison of some providers within property replacement programmes was carried out. Its results were a basis for a proposal of general conditions for grants.

The diploma thesis deals with the problematics of machine vision. The research is devoted to description of the machine vision system hardware and software components. In practical part is described design and realization of the software, which allows several tasks of machine vision to be performed at the same time.

Thesis deals with the quality control of audit firms in accordance with international regulations. Defining the requirements for quality based on the Code of Ethics and the International quality standard ISQC1. Part of this work is the practical demonstration of ISQC1 in the smaller audit firm. For comparison, there is a description of quality control in the U.S.

The objective of the diploma thesis is to explain and evaluate the process of control of projects that were realized within the Operational Programme Industry and Enterprise. The thesis points out the most common problems and mistakes that were discovered during the financial control and extended the proces of control and postponed the payment of grant. Another aim is prosessing of case study of real project and evaluation of its effects and benefits. Firs part of the diploma thesis contains introduction, second part is theoretical. It sets Operational Programme Industry and Enterprise into wider context. It defines EU regional and structural policies and their objectives. It also mentions particular structural funds. Second part also talks about legislative framework concerning these policies. And this part also mentions operational programmes'administration. Third part of the diploma thesis is concerned with the Operational Programme Industry and Enterprise (OPPP). It describes individual OPPP support programmes from which it was possible to draw the support. Beside that, it shows the process through which the project of applier had to go from application for support, through authorisation to realization and control of project. Fourth part of thesis deals with the control of projects and the main focus is on the financial control. Fifth part contains the case study of real project. The conclusion contains evaluation of projects control process and also evaluation of project that was analysed in the case sudy.

This thesis deals with the application of smart cameras and verification of its functions. In the first part the term smart camera is defined, the parts of it and the most common applications are presented. A review of smart cameras from the different manufactures on the market is made. After selection of the proper camera model three task from real industrial application are specified – inspection of capacitor print, inspection of beer label and dimension measurement. With the picked camera the tasks are performed, including the layout of workplace, scene and lighting. Further the reliability is tested together with the successfulness and the speed of designed solution.
