Vliv potenciální výstavby rozhledny na vrchu Oškobrhu na krajinný ráz / The impact potential of construction lookout tower on the hill Oškobrh on the landscape

Stejskal, Martin January 2016 (has links)
Institute of landscape character was anchored in Czech legislation in 1992 as part of Act No. 114/1992 Coll., On nature and landscape protection. The concept of landscape character under that law includes not only natural, cultural and historical values that create a unique landscape character, but and visual aspects of landscape scenes that show the visual attractiveness. Thus it becomes a complex and unique tool for conservation landscape. At present, while is protecting the landscape often discussed topic, as a result of increasing building pressures on Czech countryside. This work deals with the case (current) assessment landscape. On the basis of the methodical process of assessment of proposed construction, activity or land use changes on the landscape character (Vorel et al. 2004) within the meaning of the Act no. 114/1992 Coll., On nature and landscape protection, I tried to expert approach determine the impact of potential construction lookout tower on the hill of Oškobrh on the landscape character.

Hodnocení lokálního systému ÚSES na území obce s rozšířenou působností Jilemnice / Evaluating of territorial system of ecological stability on the territory of the municipality with extended competence Jilemnice

Maryšková, Ivana January 2016 (has links)
The subject of this thesis is an evaluation of the territorial system of ecological stability (hereinafter referred to as TSES) in the Jilemnice territory in the Liberec Region and, specifically, in the cadaster units Jilemnice and Hrabačov. The evaluation is based on an analysis of a general plan for TSES dated 1993 and, also, town-planning documents; for the analysis, ArcGis software was used. Subsequently, certain remedies including principles aimed at preservation of the landscape sustainability were suggested. In the review of relevant scientific literature, TSES is described from a wider perspective of nature and landscape conservation both in the Czech Republic and worldwide and, also, sustainable development. Based on critical evaluation of data resources, relevant landscape including the territory in question is characterized; an evaluation of the structural parts and their functions provides a picture of the current situation. Based on a subsequent current state assessment, the thesis suggests changes to the structural parts. The information gathered therein provide a basis for defining proper methods to improve the conditions of TSES and, also, all the elements and related sites in order to enhance their ecological stability and function.

Analýza vybraných faktorů ovlivňujících výskyt Chalara fraxinea v prostředí. / Analysis of selected factors affecting occurrence of Chalara fraxinea in the environment.

Havrdová, Ludmila January 2015 (has links)
Extensive investigation of ash dieback impact on different rural vegetation types (solitaires, scattered plantations, riparian stands, scree- and ash-alder alluvial forests) was performed in the Lusatian Mts. (the Czech Republic) between 2011 and 2013. The rate of ash dieback and 27 environmental variables were investigated in 80 research plots with a total of 1045 evaluated trees. The developed model (GLM) explained ca 27% of the disease variability. Particular models for each vegetation type importantly differed from each other and explained 28--46% of the disease variability. The variables that positively affected the disease impact included the host crown area, ash area and rate of ash in the stands, tree layer area, canopy closure, north aspect, shrub and herbaceous layer canopy, vertical heterogeneity and standard deviation of TPI. Tree height, the distance and damage of the nearest host as well as the water source distance, slope and its standard deviation affected it negatively. The coincidental attack of the trees by Armillaria sp. and Hylesinus fraxini positively affected the disease progress, whereas the presence of Nectria sp. and Aceria fraxinivorus conclusively decreased progress, most likely via the induction of secondary metabolites. The highly conclusive regression of ash dieback on the number of days with an air humidity of >95% between 6--11 a.m. in the main period of ascospore spread was identified. Because the air humidity near the ground was highly affected by local factors, a GLM model explaining the variability of air humidity with that of investigated factors was developed. This model explained 77% of the variability attributed to air humidity, local factors (TPI and SD of TPI, aspect, slope, altitude, distance from open water, tree and shrub layers canopy, tree stand height, etc.) greatly affected the disease impact related to air humidity. The landscape form was identified as a factor (most likely via air humidity) that affects the impact of the disease -- for example, the stands on mountain tops and slopes were less affected than the stands in valleys. The vegetation types highly differed in the disease extent. In general, the solitaires and scree forests were significantly less damaged than mixed ash-alder forests and riparian stands. The smaller stands were less affected than the more extended, the stands enclosed in canopy of other forests were less damaged than comparable vegetation in open landscapes and stands with higher humidity (riparian stands and mixed ash-alder forests) were more damaged than those without water. The outcome clearly supports the possibility of development and usefulness of appropriate forest and landscape management of the disease.

Přírodní prvky a struktury v obrazu českých měst / Natural elements and textures in the image of Czech cities

Hejtmánková, Barbora January 2015 (has links)
PhD thesis deals with the impact of natural elements and structures in the image of the city. Topic is on the edge of urbanism, urban composition, aesthetics and landscape protection. This topic is often mentioned in relation with the identification and evaluation of landscape character. Landscape character significantly affects the urban structure of a city -- foundation of the city and functional layout; It is also reflected in the spatial and urban composition. Image of the city can be analyzed from different perspectives, just as it is possible to analyze the urban composition. Image of the city is solved by number of methodologies and PhD theses, although there are rather focused on the landscape or the town silhouette in surrounding landscape. This PhD thesis is focused on natural elements and structures in the city. So it is not about a city in a surrounding landscape but about townscape. It analyzes the image of the city and follows the methodology of Michael Hexner -- it evaluates the image of the city with regard to relationship of urban structures and natural elements with respect to their visual expression and visual appeal. Conclusions of the work define a relationship between the application of natural elements in the image of the city and its positive acceptance, perception and evaluation. The thesis is mainly focused on assessment of an aesthetic and compositional relationship of natural elements inside the city.

Poetika a malebnost v krajině / Poetics and picturesqueness in landscape

Patočková, Zdeňka January 2017 (has links)
This thesis offers a compact insight into landscape, its poetics and picturesqueness. It mentions not only basic landscape definition and landscape character but also its structures and typologies. Next, it describes how a person perceives the landscape trough centuries. The next chapter is devoted to Karel Hynek Mácha who was not only a famous poet and representative of Romanticism but also a painter and traveler. Thesis maps poetics and picturesque aspects trough poems, notes and sketches. Author then follows Karel Hynek Mácha. The main aim was to perceive the landscape differently. Main focus is on the poetic and picturesqueness only trough her own eyes, paper and pencil without modern technology and just feel the magic of the moment. Literary research is followed by a project which is situated near Karlovy Vary in the west part of the Czech Republic. Concretely is the landscape located nearby Andělská Hora. First, the thesis describes the character of the area by the help of analysis. There are historical analysis, actual condition, natural condition and trees inventory. Analysis is followed by the project which first contains general concept and its basic principles. Project also contains drawing of the individual sites. The project is aimed at both landscape solutions and restoration of small sacral architecture and other elements that will not only contribute to greater scenic beauty, but also support the genius loci of the local landscape. Proposed elements not only enrich the local landscape and enhance tourist's stay, but also get them to think. It is important to keep in mind the historical legacy and ancestral land.

Hodnocení vlivu vybraných agroenvironmentálních opatření a krajinných prvků na avifaunu

Slavkovský, Radim January 2016 (has links)
The aim of this study, named Assessment of the influence of selected agri-environment measures and landscape elements on avifauna, was a predetermined area to carry out the mapping of bird species in view of to farmland birds depending on their implemented or performed agri-environment measures and the creation of new landscape elements. For the determination of the impact of the measures on individual species has been used relative point method. By using this method was the mapping of the observed total of 453 an individuals in 37 species, among whichThe influence of these measures. Of the 14 species marked for the purposes of this work as farmland birds has been observed 10 kinds. Both types of measures showed effects on species composition and abundance of bird populations in the study area. Deduce the effect of these measures on bird populations agricultural landscape of long-term and global perspective, but not with regard to short-term data can be gathered. In that area it will be necessary to continue the ornithological surveys and evaluate the impact of individual measures in the longer term.

Komponovaná krajina - analýza a návrh péče

Beránková, Šárka January 2016 (has links)
The thesis focuses on the identification of designed landscape in the defined area Ploskovice. The work is divided into four chapters that gradually describe and deal with the issue. A literature review that defines the various concepts, describes the features and legislation, summarizes the main types and explains the history of designed landscapes was obtained from professional literature. Probability of the composition was verified according to the methodology of identification of designed landscapes from the Institute of Landscape Planning. Landscape compositions were subsequently verified based on field surveys, study of historical maps and visual materials, current maps and checked information from literature and various sources. The conclusion then discussed possible pitfalls of the territory and recommended possible ways of protecting and developing compositional modifications in the model area.
